The system comprises a complete set of equipment for blowing films, printing ink and manufacturing bags by using full-biodegradable environment-friendly bags, a monitoring system, a control system, a background data service platform and a server; the monitoring system, the control system and the background data service platform are in communication connection with the server. The system can realize the networking of the complete equipment for integrating the film blowing, the ink printing and the bag making of the full-biodegradable environment-friendly bags in the workshops of all factories, realize the remote intelligent monitoring of the production process, realize intelligent factories, save the labor cost and improve the production efficiency of enterprises. In addition, the system realizes the functions of enterprise system management, production statistics, equipment state monitoring and production information management through an enterprise background data service platform, and realizes the intelligent management of enterprises.

Since it does not contain volatile organic solvent, it can not only reduce the residual toxicity on the surface of the printed matter, making the cleaning of the printing equipment convenient, but also reduce the fire hazard and hidden trouble caused by static electricity and flammable solvent, so the water-based ink is called as a novel "green" printing material.

Further, the monitoring system 300 is provided with a plurality of sets, which are respectively used for obtaining the operation parameters of each device in the complete equipment 200 for the film blowing, the ink printing and the bag making of the fully biodegradable recycle bags.
The production information management module 501 of the background data service platform 500 is used for managing product information and production process information records.
