技术领域
本发明涉及车库设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有充电功能的智能车库及其存车充电方法。
背景技术
随着经济的迅猛发展,为减少环境污染,国家大力提倡发展新能源,电动车普及越来越广泛,然后目前给电动车充电环节并不完善,主要是通过家用插座给电动车充电,但是家用插座充电时间长,且电动车在路上容易出现电量不足而导致无法行驶的情况,这给电动车带来充电难的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有充电功能的智能车库,在实现多辆电动车存放的基础上,能够给电动车充电,有效解决电动车充电难的问题。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有充电功能的智能车库的存车充电方法,在实现多辆电动车存放的基础上,能够给电动车充电,有效解决电动车充电难的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种具有充电功能的智能车库,包括出入车位以及若干停车层,每一所述停车层分别包括若干存车位,所述存车位设置有充电桩以及与所述充电桩电性连接的供电接口,所述具有充电功能的智能车库还包括用于承载电动车的若干载车板、用于将所述载车板在所述出入车位与若干所述存车位之间进行运送的运送装置,所述载车板包括板体、设置在所述板体上的受电接口以及与所述受电接口电性连接的充电线,所述板体的底部还设置有支撑脚,所述运送装置包括升降台及可升降的AGV小车,所述AGV小车用于驶入所述板体的下方并向上支撑所述载车板以运送所述载车板,当所述载车板于所述存车位上运送到位时,所述AGV小车下降以使所述支撑脚支撑在所述存车位上并使所述受电接口向下与所述供电接口对接。
较佳地,所述受电接口为设置在所述板体上的受电插头,所述供电接口为供电插座盒。
较佳地,所述受电插头包括若干接电插销,所述供电插座盒包括若干接电套筒,当所述载车板于所述存车位上运送到位时,若干所述接电插销对应插进所述供电插座盒的若干接电套筒内。
较佳地,所述接电套筒内设置有套筒弹簧,所述接电插销的一端设置有插销弹簧,所述接电插销插入所述接电套筒时,所述接电插销挤压所述套筒弹簧,所述接电套筒挤压所述插销弹簧。
较佳地,具有充电功能的智能车库还包括充电电控箱,所述充电电控箱连接供电网,所述供电接口均与所述充电电控箱电性连接。
较佳地,所述充电电控箱通过供电线连接至所述供电接口。
为实现本发明的另一目的,本发明提供了一种上述的具有充电功能的智能车库的存车充电方法,包括:
将所述充电线接入至停在所述出入车位上的载车板上的电动车的充电端口;
所述升降台将载有电动车的所述载车板运送至相应的所述停车层;
所述AGV小车于所述载车板的板体下方升起以支撑所述载车板;
所述AGV小车将所述载车板运送至相应的所述存车位;
当所述AGV小车将所述载车板运送到位时,所述AGV小车下降以使所述支撑脚支撑在所述存车位上以及所述受电接口与所述供电接口对接;
当检测到所述受电接口与所述供电接口对接时,所述充电桩对所述电动车充电。
较佳地,当检测到所述电动车充电完成后,所述充电桩自动断电。
较佳地,当接收到取车指令时,所述充电桩自动断电。
较佳地,当接收到取车指令时,所述AGV小车驶入相应的所述存车位并向上升起以使所述载车板向上升起以及所述受电接口与所述供电接口分离。
与现有技术相比,本发明的具有充电功能的智能车库只需将电动车驶入出入车位,然后将充电线接入至电动车即可建立充电桩与电动车的连接关系,而后,升降台将载有电动车的载车板运送至相应的停车层,AGV小车于载车板的板体下方升起以支撑载车板,并将载车板运送至相应的存车位,当AGV小车将载车板运送到位时,AGV小车下降以使支撑脚支撑在存车位上及受电接口与供电接口对接,充电桩即可给电动车充电;在取车时,当接收到取车指令时,通过AGV小车及升降台即可将电动车运送至出入车位;藉此,本发明的具有充电功能的智能车库,在实现多辆电动车存放的基础上,还可同时为多辆电动车进行智能化充电,有效解决了电动车充电难的问题。

请参阅图1至图5,本发明的具有充电功能的智能车库包括出入车位(图未示)以及若干停车层1,每一停车层1分别包括若干存车位11,存车位11设置有充电桩7以及与充电桩7电性连接的供电接口,具有充电功能的智能车库还包括用于承载电动车900的若干载车板3、用于将载车板3在出入车位与若干存车位11之间进行运送的运送装置,载车板3包括板体31、设置在板体32上的受电接口以及与受电接口电性连接的充电线321,板体31的底部还设置有支撑脚34,运送装置包括升降台(图未示)及可升降的AGV小车41,AGV小车41用于驶入板体31的下方并向上支撑载车板3以运送所述载车板3,当载车板3于存车位11上运送到位时,AGV小车41下降以使支撑脚34支撑在存车位11上并使受电接口向下与供电接口对接。在本实施例中,充电桩7的底部固定安装在载车板3的尾端,以便于电动车900的驶入而承载于载车板3上,不过,充电桩7的设置不以此为限。
请参阅图1及图3,在本实施例中,出入车位于升降巷道内(图未示)并以升降台作为车位平台,存车时,升降台将载车板3从出入车位运送至相应的停车层1,然后设于该停车层1的AGV小车41驶入板体31的下方,并上升以支撑载车板3并将载车板3从升降台运送至存车位11,当载车板3于存车位11上运送到位时,AGV小车41下降以使载车板3的支撑脚34支撑在存车位11上并使受电接口向下与供电接口对接,然后AGV小车41可以选择离开该存车位11至设定位置或者根据其他存车或取车指令行驶至相应的存车位11或升降台,当然,AGV小车41也可以待在该存车位11处待命;取车时,AGV小车41驶入对应的存车位11并上升来支撑载车板3以使载车板3的支撑脚34离开存车位11并使受电接口断开与供电接口的对接,并将载车板3从存车位11运送至升降台,升降台将载车板3从相应的停车层1运送至出入车位。在本实施例中,每层停车层1均配置有AGV小车41,AGV小车41在存车位11与升降台之间来回移动;但不以此为限,比如,具有充电功能的智能车库也可只配置一个AGV小车41,AGV小车41正常情况下放置在升降台上,当AGV小车41将承载有电动车900的载车板3运送至存车位11后,再返回至升降台。在其他实施例中,出入车位也可以不位于升降巷道内,此时,升降台上需携带有AGV小车41,以运送载车板3于出入车位和升降台之间。
请参阅图4,在本实施例中,受电接口为设置在板体31上的受电插头3a,供电接口为供电插座盒2a;具体地,受电插头3a设置在板体31的底部尾端,当载车板3于存车位11上运送到位并降下时,受电插头3a对接至供电插座盒2a上。
请参阅图1及图4,受电插头3a包括若干接电插销31a,充电插座盒包括若干接电套筒21a,当载车板3于存车位11上运送到位时,若干接电插销31a对应插进充电插座盒的若干接电套筒21a内;具体地,接电套筒21a内设置有套筒弹簧211a,接电插销31a的一端设置有插销弹簧311a,接电插销31a插入接电套筒21a时,接电插销31a挤压套筒弹簧211a,接电套筒21a挤压插销弹簧311a;藉此设计可避免损坏接电插销31a以及接电套筒21a。
请参阅图5,具有充电功能的智能车库还包括充电电控箱5,充电电控箱5连接供电网6,供电接口均与充电电控箱5电性连接;具体地,充电电控箱5通过供电线连接至充电桩7,充电桩7通过供电线连接至供电插座盒2a,充电电控箱5可同时连接多个存车位11上的充电桩7;不过也可为每个充电桩7对应设置一个充电电控箱5,充电电控箱5与充电桩7的设置不以此为限制。
请参阅图1至图5,在本实施例中,存车充电时,在升降台的带动下,当承载有电动车900的载车板3到达具有充电功能的智能车库的相应停车层1后,AGV小车41将承载有电动车900的载车板3往存车位11方向运送,当AGV小车41精确运行到存车位11后,将承载有电动车900的载车板3放下,此时载车板3的支撑脚34支撑在存车位11上,受电插头3a的接电插销31a插入到供电插座盒2a的接电套筒21a,接电插销31a挤压接电套筒21a的套筒弹簧211a,接电套筒21a挤压接电插销31a的插销弹簧311a,随即供电网6给充电电控箱5供电,充电电控箱5通过插接至供电插座盒2a的受电插头3a给充电桩7供电,充电桩7通电后,通过接入至电动车900的充电端口91的充电线321给电动车900充电;取车时,充电桩7断电,AGV小车41将位于存车位11的承载有电动车900的载车板3运送升降台,升降台将载车板3从相应的停车层1运送至出入车位。
较佳地,具有充电功能的智能车库还包括自动门(图未示),自动门设置于出入车位处,自动门设置有刷卡设备(图未示);自动门打开后,电动车900驶入或者驶出出入车位。
较佳地,充电桩7上设置有充电计费机(图未示),充电计费机实时记录电动车900充电消费。
请继续参阅图1至图5,本发明提供了一种具有充电功能的智能车库的存车充电方法,包括:
将充电线321接入至停在出入车位上的载车板3上的电动车900的充电端口91;
升降台将载有电动车900的载车板3运送至相应的停车层1;
AGV小车41于载车板3的板体31下方升起以支撑载车板3;
AGV小车41将载车板3运送至相应的存车位11;
当AGV小车41将载车板3运送到位时,AGV小车41下降以使支撑脚34支撑在存车位11上以及受电接口与供电接口对接;
当检测到受电接口与供电接口对接时,充电桩7对电动车900充电。
较佳地,当检测到电动车900充电完成后,充电桩7自动断电。
较佳地,当接收到取车指令时,充电桩7自动断电。
较佳地,当接收到取车指令时,AGV小车41驶入相应的存车位11并向上升起以使载车板3向上升起以及受电接口与供电接口分离。
请结合图1至图5,以下将以本发明实施例为例来描述具有充电功能的智能车库的存车充电以及取车的具体工作过程。应该注意的是,不应将该工作过程视作对本发明的限制。
首先,将电动车900驶入出入车位的载车板3上;

然后,AGV小车41将承载有电动车900的载车板3往存车位11方向运送,当AGV小车41将载车板3运送到位后,AGV小车41放下承载有电动车900的载车板3,此时载车板3的受电插头3a对接至存车位11的供电插座盒2a上,当检测到受电插头3a与供电插座盒2a完成对接时,充电电控箱5通过充电桩7对电动车900供电;具体地,当检测到电动车900充电完成后,充电桩7自动断电;
进行取车时,当接收到用户的取车指令时,如果电动车900还未充满电,充电桩7自动断电;
然后,升降台移动至相应的存车位11对应的停车层1;
然后,AGV小车41将相应存车位11上的承载有电动车900的载车板3运送至升降台上;
然后,升降台将承载有电动车900的载车板3运送至出入车位;
最后,自动门打开,拔掉充电线321并交付相应的充电费,即可将电动车900驶出。
与现有技术相比,本发明的具有充电功能的智能车库只需将电动车900驶入出入车位,然后将充电线321接入至电动车900即可建立充电桩7与电动车900的连接关系,而后,升降台将载有电动车900的载车板3运送至相应的停车层1,AGV小车41于载车板3的板体31下方升起以支撑载车板3,并将载车板3运送至相应的存车位11,当AGV小车41将载车板3运送到位时,AGV小车41下降以使支撑脚34支撑在存车位11上及受电接口与供电接口对接,充电桩7即可给电动车900充电;在取车时,当接收到取车指令时,通过AGV小车41及升降台即可将电动车900运送至出入车位;藉此,本发明的具有充电功能的智能车库,在实现多辆电动车900存放的基础上,还可同时为多辆电动车900进行智能化充电,有效解决了电动车900充电难的问题。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实例而已,不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,均属于本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有充电功能的智能车库,其特征在于,包括出入车位以及若干停车层,每一所述停车层分别包括若干存车位,所述存车位设置有充电桩以及与所述充电桩电性连接的供电接口,所述具有充电功能的智能车库还包括用于承载电动车的若干载车板、用于将所述载车板在所述出入车位与若干所述存车位之间进行运送的运送装置,所述载车板包括板体、设置在所述板体上的受电接口以及与所述受电接口电性连接的充电线,所述板体的底部还设置有支撑脚,所述运送装置包括升降台及可升降的AGV小车,所述AGV小车用于驶入所述板体的下方并向上支撑所述载车板以运送所述载车板,当所述载车板于所述存车位上运送到位时,所述AGV小车下降以使所述支撑脚支撑在所述存车位上并使所述受电接口向下与所述供电接口对接。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有充电功能的智能车库,其特征在于,所述受电接口为设置在所述板体上的受电插头,所述供电接口为供电插座盒。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有充电功能的智能车库,其特征在于,所述受电插头包括若干接电插销,所述供电插座盒包括若干接电套筒,当所述载车板于所述存车位上运送到位时,若干所述接电插销对应插进所述供电插座盒的若干接电套筒内。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有充电功能的智能车库,其特征在于,所述接电套筒内设置有套筒弹簧,所述接电插销的一端设置有插销弹簧,所述接电插销插入所述接电套筒时,所述接电插销挤压所述套筒弹簧,所述接电套筒挤压所述插销弹簧。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有充电功能的智能车库,其特征在于,还包括充电电控箱,所述充电电控箱连接供电网,所述供电接口均与所述充电电控箱电性连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有充电功能的智能车库,其特征在于,所述充电电控箱通过供电线连接至所述供电接口。
7.一种如权利要求1至6任一项所述的具有充电功能的智能车库的存车充电方法,其特征在于,包括:
将所述充电线接入至停在所述出入车位上的载车板上的电动车的充电端口;
所述升降台将载有电动车的所述载车板运送至相应的所述停车层;
所述AGV小车于所述载车板的板体下方升起以支撑所述载车板;
所述AGV小车将所述载车板运送至相应的所述存车位;
当所述AGV小车将所述载车板运送到位时,所述AGV小车下降以使所述支撑脚支撑在所述存车位上以及所述受电接口与所述供电接口对接;
当检测到所述受电接口与所述供电接口对接时,所述充电桩对所述电动车充电。
8.如权利要求7所述的具有充电功能的智能车库的存车充电方法,其特征在于,当检测到所述电动车充电完成后,所述充电桩自动断电。
9.如权利要求7所述的具有充电功能的智能车库的存车充电方法,其特征在于,当接收到取车指令时,所述充电桩自动断电。
10.如权利要求7所述的具有充电功能的智能车库的存车充电方法,其特征在于,当接收到取车指令时,所述AGV小车驶入相应的所述存车位并向上升起以使所述载车板向上升起以及所述受电接口与所述供电接口分离。
