本发明公开一种线缆线盘架，包括有线盘架，所述的线盘架的中部通过两圆锥滚子轴承连接有张力轮，所述的张力轮的一端外侧设有夹紧装置总成，所述的夹紧装置总成的一端侧通过销轴与线盘架连接，夹紧装置总成的一端与固定在线盘架内壁的张力调节装置连接，所述的夹紧装置总成通过其设有卡簧装置与张力轮的一外侧边连接，所述的张力轮的另一端外侧通过连接轴轮与把手连接，所述的连接轴轮的外侧圆周端面连接有锁紧销；本发明产品实用，结构简单，安装方便，轴承占用空间较小，减少相关材料的使用，缩短了工人加工、装配时间，大大降低了制造成本。

一种线缆线盘架
技术领域
本发明涉及线缆加工设备装置技术领域，具体尤其涉及一种线缆线盘架。
背景技术
线缆生产中需要用到线盘架，现有大多工厂使用的线盘架多采用三种轴承结构，而这种结构安装比较复杂，给工人在实际操作中带来不便，而且采用两深沟球轴承和一角接触轴承成本较高，产品占有空间较大，使得设置在外面的轴承套提及较大，不仅不够美观，而且浪费材料，增加工厂投入。
发明内容
为此，本发明提出一种线缆线盘架，产品实用，安装方便，轴承占用空间较小，减少相关材料的使用，缩短了工人加工、装配时间，大大降低了制造成本。
本发明通过如下手段实现：
一种线缆线盘架，包括有线盘架，所述的线盘架的中部通过两圆锥滚子轴承连接有张力轮，所述的张力轮的一端外侧设有夹紧装置总成，所述的夹紧装置总成的一端侧通过销轴与线盘架连接，夹紧装置总成的一端与固定在线盘架内壁的张力调节装置连接，所述的夹紧装置总成通过其设有卡簧装置与张力轮的一外侧边连接，所述的张力轮的另一端外侧通过连接轴轮与把手连接，所述的连接轴轮的外侧圆周端面连接有锁紧销。
优选地，所述的线盘架的截面为瓶形状，所述的线盘架的端口的内侧设有导辊装置。
优选地，所述的夹紧装置总成包括有收紧板，所述的收紧板的一端通过卡簧装置与张力轮的一外侧面连接，所述的卡簧装置包括有卡柱、卡簧。
优选地，所述的张力调节装置包括有调节杆，所述的调节杆设在固定柱上，所述的调节杆的一端设有卡件，所述的卡件与固定柱之间设有弹簧。
优选地，两所述的圆锥滚子轴承外侧均设有轴承套。
本发明有益效果：本发明产品实用，结构简单，安装方便，轴承占用空间较小，减少相关材料的使用，缩短了工人加工、装配时间，大大降低了制造成本。

一种线缆线盘架，包括有线盘架1，所述的线盘架1的中部通过两圆锥滚子轴承2连接有张力轮3，所述的张力轮3的一端外侧设有夹紧装置总成4，所述的夹紧装置总成4的一端侧通过销轴5与线盘架1连接，夹紧装置总成4的一端与固定在线盘架1内壁的张力调节装置6连接，所述的夹紧装置总成4通过其设有卡簧装置7与张力轮3的一外侧边连接，所述的张力轮3的另一端外侧通过连接轴轮8与把手9连接，所述的连接轴轮8的外侧圆周端面连接有锁紧销10。
优选地，所述的线盘架1的截面为瓶形状，所述的线盘架1的端口的内侧设有导辊装置11。
优选地，所述的夹紧装置总成4包括有收紧板41，所述的收紧板41的一端通过卡簧装置7与了张力轮3的一外侧面连接，所述的卡簧装置7包括有卡柱71、卡簧72。
优选地，所述的张力调节装置6包括有调节杆61，所述的调节杆61设在固定柱62上，所述的调节杆61的一端设有卡件63，所述的卡件63与固定柱62之间设有弹簧64。
优选地，两所述的圆锥滚子轴承2外侧均设有轴承套21。

1.一种线缆线盘架，其特征在于：包括有线盘架，所述的线盘架的中部通过两圆锥滚子轴承连接有张力轮，所述的张力轮的一端外侧设有夹紧装置总成，所述的夹紧装置总成的一端侧通过销轴与线盘架连接，夹紧装置总成的一端与固定在线盘架内壁的张力调节装置连接，所述的夹紧装置总成通过其设有卡簧装置与张力轮的一外侧边连接，所述的张力轮的另一端外侧通过连接轴轮与把手连接，所述的连接轴轮的外侧圆周端面连接有锁紧销。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆线盘架，其特征在于：所述的线盘架的截面为瓶形状，所述的线盘架的端口的内侧设有导辊装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆线盘架，其特征在于：所述的夹紧装置总成包括有收紧板，所述的收紧板的一端通过卡簧装置与张力轮的一外侧面连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆线盘架，其特征在于：所述的卡簧装置包括有卡柱、卡簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆线盘架，其特征在于：所述的张力调节装置包括有调节杆，所述的调节杆设在固定柱上，所述的调节杆的一端设有卡件，所述的卡件与固定柱之间设有弹簧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆线盘架，其特征在于：两所述的圆锥滚子轴承外侧均设有轴承套。
