本发明公开了一种方便出料散状物料储存设备,涉及散状物料储存设备技术领域,本发明包括罐体和设置在罐体上下两端的进料口和出料口,所述的罐体内部设置有下料搅拌机构,下料搅拌机构包括搅拌轴,搅拌轴上端设置有与进料口配合的锥形接料斗,锥形接料斗中心与搅拌轴重合,锥形接料斗底部设置有出口,锥形接料斗下方的搅拌轴上设有螺旋下料机构,搅拌轴底部设置有搅拌组件,罐体靠近出料口一端设置有辅助下料机构;本发明具有结构简单,顺序进料,进料不堵晒,热量不易散失的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及散状物料储存设备技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种方便出料散状物料储存设备。
背景技术
散状物料bulk material,一般是指堆积在一起的大量未经包装的块状、粒状、粉状物料(简称散料),例如煤、砂、谷物、水泥和糖块等。。
在散状物料的生产过程中需要储存在储存罐中,但是现有储存罐进口容易堵塞,同时现有散状物料储罐内具有搅拌机构,由于散状物料具有一定的粘度,散状物料间的混合速度较慢,造成搅拌时间较长,现有的散状物料搅拌装置的搅拌效率低;同时现有散状物料储罐还存在加热不均且热量容易散失的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有散状物料储罐物料进口容易堵塞及保温性能差的技术问题,本发明提供一种方便出料散状物料储存设备。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种方便出料散状物料储存设备,包括罐体和设置在罐体上下两端的进料口和出料口,所述的罐体内部设置有下料搅拌机构,下料搅拌机构包括搅拌轴,搅拌轴上端设置有与进料口配合的锥形接料斗,锥形接料斗中心与搅拌轴重合,锥形接料斗底部设置有出口,锥形接料斗下方的搅拌轴上设有螺旋下料机构,搅拌轴底部设置有搅拌组件,罐体靠近出料口一端设置有辅助下料机构,罐体外壁上设置有一圈隔音层,隔音层的厚度为3~10mm。
进一步地,罐体内部设置有螺旋向上的加热导管。
进一步地,所述辅助下料机构包括的安装座及振动板,所述的安装座设置在罐体壁外侧,安装座通过多根复位弹簧连接有振动底座,振动底座上安装有振动电机,所述的振动板设置在罐体壁内侧,振动板上水平设置有连接杆,所述的连接杆穿过罐体壁和安装座与振动底座连接。
进一步地,所述的罐体外部设置有复合保温层。
进一步地,所述的复合保温层包括若干铝箔层和若干玻璃纤维层,相邻的铝箔层不接触,铝箔层的厚度为0.15~0.2mm。
进一步地,所述的搅拌组件包括开口向下的U型架,U型架内部设置有加强杆。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明结构简单,在工作时,物料从进料口进入罐体,从出料口离开罐体,辅助下料机构的螺旋下料机构设置,这样保证了物料以先进先出的顺序均匀卸出,而且具有卸料速率稳定,进料密度均匀,防堵机构的设置有效的防止进料堵晒,影响工作效率。
2、辅助下料机构结构简单,震动源和进料斗不直接连接,由振动板和料斗内物料直接接触,动力消耗少,因此运行成本低,防拱效果好,开启在振动组件在卸料时所有物料均向进料口流动,不存在“死区”,物料均匀下降,进料流动稳定均匀。
3、所述的复合保温层包括若干铝箔层和若干玻璃纤维层,相邻的铝箔层不接触,绝热保温效果好,有效防止热量散失。

为了本技术领域的人员更好的理解本发明,下面结合附图和以下实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1到3所示,本实施例提供一种方便出料散状物料储存设备,包括罐体1和设置在罐体1 上下两端的进料口3和出料口8,其特征在于,所述的罐体1内部设置有下料搅拌机构2,下料搅拌机构2包括搅拌轴2-3,搅拌轴2-3上端设置有与进料口3配合的锥形接料斗2-4,锥形接料斗 2-4中心与搅拌轴2-3重合,锥形接料斗2-4底部设置有出口,锥形接料斗2-4下方的搅拌轴2-3 上设有螺旋下料机构2-2,搅拌轴2-3底部设置有搅拌组件2-1,罐体1靠近出料口8一端设置有辅助下料机构6,罐体外壁上设置有一圈隔音层,隔音层的厚度为3~10mm。
罐体1内部设置有螺旋向上的加热导管7。
本实施例中,在工作时,物料从进料口进入罐体,从出料口离开罐体,辅助下料机构的螺旋下料机构设置,这样保证了物料以先进先出的顺序均匀卸出,而且具有卸料速率稳定,进料密度均匀,防堵机构的设置有效的防止进料堵晒,影响工作效率。

所述的罐体1外部设置有复合保温层8。
所述的复合保温层8包括若干铝箔层和若干玻璃纤维层,相邻的铝箔层不接触,铝箔层的厚度为0.15~0.2mm。
所述的搅拌组件2-1包括开口向下的U型架2-1.1,U型架2-1.1内部设置有加强杆2-1.2。

1.一种方便出料散状物料储存设备,包括罐体(1)和设置在罐体(1)上下两端的进料口(3)和出料口(8),其特征在于,所述的罐体(1)内部设置有下料搅拌机构(2),下料搅拌机构(2)包括搅拌轴(2-3),搅拌轴(2-3)上端设置有与进料口(3)配合的锥形接料斗(2-4),锥形接料斗(2-4)中心与搅拌轴(2-3)重合,锥形接料斗(2-4)底部设置有出口,锥形接料斗(2-4)下方的搅拌轴(2-3)上设有螺旋下料机构(2-2),搅拌轴(2-3)底部设置有搅拌组件(2-1),罐体(1)靠近出料口(8)一端设置有辅助下料机构(6),罐体外壁上设置有一圈隔音层,隔音层的厚度为3~10mm,罐体(1)内部设置有螺旋向上的加热导管(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方便出料散状物料储存设备,其特征在于,所述辅助下料机构(6)包括的安装座(6-4)及振动板(6-5),所述的安装座(6-4)设置在罐体(1)壁外侧,安装座(6-4)通过多根复位弹簧(6-2)连接有振动底座(6-1.1),振动底座(6-1.1)上安装有振动电机(6-1),所述的振动板(6-5)设置在罐体(1)壁内侧,振动板(6-5)上水平设置有连接杆(6-3),所述的连接杆(6-3)穿过罐体(1)壁和安装座(6-4)与振动底座(6-1.1)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方便出料散状物料储存设备,其特征在于,所述的罐体(1)外部设置有复合保温层(8)。
