本发明属于中药加工技术领域,具体是指一种九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制配方及其炮制工艺。
背景技术
地黄为玄参科植物地黄的块根,始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品。历代本草均有记载,为常用中药之一。地黄入药分为:鲜地黄、干地黄、熟地黄、生地黄炭、熟地黄炭等。地黄经过不同的炮制方法加工后,其性味、功效亦发生相应的改变。鲜地黄性寒、味甘苦,以清热生津、凉血止血为主。鲜地黄经加工焙干后名干地黄或生地黄,其性寒、味甘,以清热凉血、养阴生津为主。干地黄经蒸制后名熟地黄,其性由寒转温,其味由苦转甘,其功效由清转补,以滋阴补血,益精填髓为主。临床根据其不同的功效,分别用于不同的病证。地黄的炮制方法及炮制品的质量对临床疗效会直接产生影响。纵观历代本草,地黄的炮制方法有十余种之多,有些方法沿用至今。但是很多炮制方法没有找到最优化的条件,影响到临床准确用药。
地黄采用蒸制法加工最早文献记载见于汉代《金匮要略方论》:“咀,蒸之如斗米饭久,以铜器盛其汁,更绞地黄汁”。在南齐《刘涓子鬼遗方》中有:“切,蒸焙”,唐《外台秘要》有:“细切蒸之极熟”的记载。熟地黄一词始见于唐孙思邈《备急千金要方》,其炮制方法为“采地黄,去其须、叶及细根,捣绞汁以渍肥者,著甑中,土若米无在以盖上,蒸之一时出,暴燥,更内汁中,又蒸汁,尽出,便乾之。”孙思邈《千金翼方》曰:“斤数拣择一准生法,浸讫,候好晴日便早蒸之,即暴于日中,夜置汁中以物盖之,明朝又蒸,古法九遍止,今但看汁尽色黑熟,蒸三、五遍亦得”。其炮制过程要求重蒸三、五遍,质量要求色黑。由文中所述“古法九遍止”可知,炮制熟地黄蒸制多次的方法在此之前即有,但尚未见文献记载。宋代对熟地黄的蒸制标准提出了进一步的要求,《证类本草》引图经曰“今干之法:取肥地黄三、二十斤,洗净,更以拣去细根及根节瘦短者,亦得二、三十斤,捣绞取汁,投银铜器中,下肥地黄浸漉会浃,饭上蒸三、四过,时时浸漉转,蒸讫又暴,使汁尽其地黄光黑如漆,味甘如饴糖”。对熟地黄炮制品的质量提出了“光黑如漆,味甘如饴”的质量标准。熟地黄的这种质量标准要求一直沿用至今。
历代用酒炮制熟地黄均采用黄酒,并以绍兴产黄酒为佳,认为:熟地黄质厚味浓,滋腻碍胃,酒之后则性转温主补血,且可借酒力行散,起到行药势,通血脉的作用,更有利补血,使地黄补而不腻。生地与熟地药理作用是不同的,生地性寒,功能为凉血清热、滋阴补肾、生津止渴,常用于治疗骨蒸痨热、咽喉燥痛、痰中带血等症。生地制成熟地后,药性由寒变微温,其功能也发生变化,成为补血药。熟地黄炮制的方法文献记载不尽相同,有“蒸三、五遍”、“九蒸九制”等,但是大多根据经验炮制,尚不能找到最优炮制方法,这些对熟地黄炮制品的质量要求虽都能达到“光黑如漆,味甘如饴”的标准,但是药效上确有所差别,直接影响到熟地黄炮制品的治病疗效。通过临床实践发现,只有九蒸九制的熟地,才能充分去其寒性,变为温药,其补肾养血的功效才能体现出来,因此,三、五次蒸制不能够达到药效。
在熟地黄的炮制工艺中,常规九蒸九制尽管在外观色泽上达到要求,但由于其工艺复杂,条件繁多,成本高,且炮制工艺过程以临床药工的经验为主,随意性大,最容易出现炮制效果不佳的情况,其有效成分的增加、品质不能够达到最优,因此,并不是一种主流的炮制工艺,但也正是由于这种精细的炮制方法,一旦条件适宜,炮制出的熟地黄药效极为有效。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供了九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制配方及其炮制工艺,为临床该药的炮制加工提供规范依据,通过使用本发明炮制配方和工艺条件,有助于提高药物质量,促使有效成分的增加、实现品质最优化,并且进一步提高了熟地黄的药效。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制配方,包括如下重量份的组分:生地黄100份、黄酒20~50份、砂仁5~12份、肉桂1~5份、陈皮3~10份、八角茴香1~3份。

本发明配方所采用的各种药材的功能主治如下:
生地黄:甘,寒。归心、肝、肾经。清热凉血,养阴生津。用于热入营血,温毒发斑,吐血衄血,热病伤阴,舌绛烦渴,津伤便秘,阴虚发热,骨蒸劳热,内热消渴。
黄酒:黄酒为米、麦、黍等和曲酿制而成。甘、辛,大热。有通血脉,散寒邪,行药势,矫臭矫味及助溶作用。酒制可以分别达到改变或缓和寒性,升提药势,引药上行,增强活血通经作用。可增强疗效,降低副作用。
砂仁:性辛,温。归脾、胃、肾经。化湿开胃,温脾止泻,理气安胎。用于湿浊中阻,脘痞不饥,脾胃虚寒,呕吐泄泻,妊娠恶阻,胎动不安。
肉桂:辛、甘,大热。归肾、脾、心、肝经。补火助阳,引火归元,散寒止痛,温通经脉,用于阳痿宫冷,腰膝冷痛,肾虚作喘,虚阳上浮,眩晕目赤,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,寒疝腹痛,痛经经闭。
陈皮:苦、辛,温。归肺、脾经。理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
八角茴香:辛,温。归肝、肾、脾、胃经。温阳散寒,理气止痛。用于寒疝腹痛,肾虚腰痛,胃寒呕吐,脘腹冷痛。
本发明还公开了一种九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制工艺,包括如下步骤:优选上等生地黄,将上等生地黄洗净、晾干,置不锈钢容器中,再将陈皮、肉桂、砂仁、八角茴香的提取液与黄酒混合均匀后,加入到盛放生地黄的容器中,拌匀,闷润12小时;再放入蒸锅内蒸16小时,取出,置阳光下晾晒,晴天晚上不要收,让其吸收露水,晒到六成干时,进行第二次蒸制,采用上述制法,连续循环进行到第五次;第六次要重新加辅料,蒸16小时,取出晒至七成干,循环到第八次;第九次晒至九成干,即完成九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制工艺。
本发明九蒸九制熟地黄在食用时,用量约15-30g人/次,用水煎服,或依据个人喜好选择加入瘦肉、骨头、鸟、鸡同炖后食用,能起到未病先防、养生保健的作用。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明九蒸九制熟地黄精选合适的纯天然中药材及其配比,各组分之间相互配合,协同作用,选用的生地黄,为产自河南温县的道地药材,用传统加工方法结合现代工艺技术,以黄酒等为辅料经九蒸九晒,直至内外乌黑、发亮,味微酸甜而成。具有补血滋阴,益精填髓之功效。本发明的炮制工艺,为临床该药的炮制加工提供规范依据,通过使用本发明炮制配方和工艺条件,有助于提高药物质量,促使有效成分的增加、实现品质最优化,并且进一步提高了熟地黄的药效。本品既补血滋阴,又益精填髓,对阴虚贫血、熬夜积火、虚火牙痛、酒量过度、月经不调、气滞不通等有显著的效果,是中老年养生保健不可或缺的产品。之所以九蒸九制熟地黄上述效果显著,主要是人的体能是由“气”、“血”作为功能的,缺血即贫血,气不足即神虚,气血两旺即神升力壮,邪气很难侵入身体。九蒸九制熟地黄就是借助熟地黄补血功效,制作过程增添陈皮、肉桂、砂仁、八角茴香、黄酒等辅料,通过独特工艺技术制作,达到理气散寒、温通脾胃、补益肝肾、疏通经脉、益精填髓、温寒平衡。对大部分人群来说,可列为未病先防的优选产品。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1,本发明九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制配方,包括如下重量份的组分:生地黄100份、黄酒35份、砂仁9份、肉桂3份、陈皮6份、八角茴香2份。
本实施例九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制工艺,包括如下步骤:优选上等生地黄,将上等生地黄洗净、晾干,置不锈钢容器中,再将陈皮、肉桂、砂仁、八角茴香的提取液与黄酒混合均匀后,加入到盛放生地黄的容器中,拌匀,闷润12小时;再放入蒸锅内蒸16小时,取出,置阳光下晾晒,晴天晚上不要收,让其吸收露水,晒到六成干时,进行第二次蒸制,采用上述制法,连续循环进行到第五次;第六次要重新加辅料,蒸16小时,取出晒至七成干,循环到第八次;第九次晒至九成干,即完成九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制工艺。

本发明制得的九蒸九制熟地黄性状为不规则略椭圆的块状,内外均呈乌黑色,反光照射有光泽,外表皱缩不平,断面泣润,中心部可看到光亮的油脂块状,粘性大,质柔软,味甜,块根肥大,软润,内外乌黑有光泽,香味佳。
本发明九蒸九制熟地黄具备西医、西药所不能及的功效,如临床实验期间有诸多患者,由于长期酒量过多,存在伤肝,伤胃,长期口腔溃疡,又有失眠的现象,求西医,打点滴及服用其它药物,一般较长时间仍不见好转。该患者日常生活受到严重的干扰,生活状态非常不理想。后来服用九蒸九制熟地黄煮水服用,很快就有了好转,再服半个多月,体能及睡眠完全恢复正常。对体质虚弱引起虚火牙痛,效应也相当显著。
平时朋友聚餐、节日聚会,免不了喝些酒。当酒量过度,身体相当难受,呕吐、头晕等都是常见的现象。如有上述情况发生,取适量九蒸九制熟地,煮水服用,睡上一个晚上,第二天早上起床,人轻松,精神又恢复到正常的状态。

1.一种九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制配方,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:生地黄100份、黄酒20~50份、砂仁5~12份、肉桂1~5份、陈皮3~10份、八角茴香1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制配方,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:生地黄100份、黄酒30~40份、砂仁8~10份、肉桂2~4份、陈皮4~8份、八角茴香2~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种九蒸九制熟地黄的炮制配方,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:生地黄100份、黄酒35份、砂仁9份、肉桂3份、陈皮6份、八角茴香2份。
