背景技术
现代生活中,生活节奏越来越快,压力也越来越大,越来越多的人表现出疲倦虚弱、缺乏精力,注意力不集中、体力和工作能力下降等症状,这些都是疲劳的表现。疲劳可以分为病理性疲劳和生理性疲劳,病理性疲劳往往伴随身体或心理疾病。发生疲劳的基本原因包括能源消耗、代谢物积累、内环境变化、自由基增多、内分泌失调、中枢递质失衡等,疲劳发生的原因多种多样,在不同情况下引起疲劳的主要原因以及首发原因并不完全相同,。
运动性疲劳是机体运动中,分解代谢速度加快,乳酸(LD)、尿素氮(BUN)、血氨(BA)等代谢产物会大量堆积,如果不能被迅速清除,将会影响正常的物质代谢,导致机体的运动能力下降,产生运动疲劳。
我国抗疲劳功能食品开发研制的中药理论基础来源于中医中药,抗疲劳原料主要来源于动植物等药食同源类原料,研究方向具有一定的局限性,如何在中药中医的基础上,结合生命科学的最新研究成果,进而制备具有更好抗疲劳功效的保健食品成为当前研究的前沿。
发明内容
本发明克服现有抗疲劳产品抗疲劳功效不足的缺陷,结合中药理论和现代生命科学研究的成果,提供一种具有更好抗疲劳功效的组合物。
一种具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阿片肽15-30份、红景天15-25份、枸杞10-15份、刺五加5-10份、芦荟4-8份、绞股蓝5-9份、葛根18-23份、蜂胶10-17份、何首乌4-9份。
优选地,阿片肽18-28份、红景天16-23份、枸杞11-14份、刺五加6-9份、芦荟4-6份、绞股蓝5-8份、葛根19-22份、蜂胶12-17份、何首乌5-9份。
更优选地,阿片肽20份、红景天18份、枸杞12份、刺五加6份、芦荟4份、绞股蓝6份、葛根19份、蜂胶12份、何首乌5份。
一种具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份称取各原料,除杂,除虫,

一种具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阿片肽20份、红景天18份、枸杞12份、刺五加6份、芦荟4份、绞股蓝6份、葛根19份、蜂胶12份、何首乌5份。其制备方法如下:
1)按重量份称取各原料,除杂,除虫,
2)将红景天、枸杞、刺五加、绞股蓝、葛根、何首乌置于提取罐中,添加6倍95%乙醇回流提取2次,每次提取1h,过滤得滤液和滤渣,合并提取液,得提取液1
将滤渣再次置于提取罐中,加入5倍纯净水煎煮提取2次,每次提取1.5h,过滤,合并提取液,得提取液2,
合并提取液1和提取液2,蒸发浓缩得浓缩浸膏,
3)将芦荟打浆,胶体磨研磨后过滤,浓缩后得芦荟提取浸膏,
4)将浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶、阿片肽混合,添加糊精搅拌混合均匀,用50%乙醇制粒,干燥整粒后,添加硬脂酸镁混合,压片。
实施例2
一种具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阿片肽15份、红景天15份、枸杞10份、刺五加5份、芦荟4份、绞股蓝5份、葛根18份、蜂胶10份、何首乌4份。其制备方法如下:
1)按重量份称取各原料,除杂,除虫,
2)将红景天、枸杞、刺五加、绞股蓝、葛根、何首乌置于提取罐中,添加5倍95%乙醇回流提取2次,每次提取1h,过滤得滤液和滤渣,合并提取液,得提取液1
将滤渣再次置于提取罐中,加入4倍纯净水煎煮提取2次,每次提取1h,过滤,合并提取液,得提取液2,
合并提取液1和提取液2,蒸发浓缩得浓缩浸膏,
3)将芦荟打浆,胶体磨研磨后过滤,浓缩后得芦荟提取浸膏,
4)将浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶、阿片肽混合,添加糊精搅拌混合均匀,用50%乙醇制粒,干燥整粒后,添加硬脂酸镁混合,压片。
实施例3
一种具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阿片肽30份、红景天25份、枸杞15份、刺五加10份、芦荟8份、绞股蓝9份、葛根23份、蜂胶17份、何首乌9份。其制备方法如下:
1)按重量份称取各原料,除杂,除虫,
2)将红景天、枸杞、刺五加、绞股蓝、葛根、何首乌置于提取罐中,添加8倍95%乙醇回流提取2次,每次提取1.5h,过滤得滤液和滤渣,合并提取液,得提取液1
将滤渣再次置于提取罐中,加入6倍纯净水煎煮提取2次,每次提取1.5h,过滤,合并提取液,得提取液2,
合并提取液1和提取液2,蒸发浓缩得浓缩浸膏,
3)将芦荟打浆,胶体磨研磨后过滤,浓缩后得芦荟提取浸膏,
4)将浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶、阿片肽混合,添加糊精搅拌混合均匀,用50%乙醇制粒,干燥整粒后,添加硬脂酸镁混合,压片。
实施例4
一种具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阿片肽23份、红景天20份、枸杞12份、刺五加7份、芦荟6份、绞股蓝7份、葛根20份、蜂胶14份、何首乌6份。其制备方法如下:
1)按重量份称取各原料,除杂,除虫,
2)将红景天、枸杞、刺五加、绞股蓝、葛根、何首乌置于提取罐中,添加7倍95%乙醇回流提取2次,每次提取1.2h,过滤得滤液和滤渣,合并提取液,得提取液1
将滤渣再次置于提取罐中,加入5倍纯净水煎煮提取2次,每次提取1.2h,过滤,合并提取液,得提取液2,
合并提取液1和提取液2,蒸发浓缩得浓缩浸膏,
3)将芦荟打浆,胶体磨研磨后过滤,浓缩后得芦荟提取浸膏,
4)将浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶、阿片肽混合,添加糊精搅拌混合均匀,用50%乙醇制粒,干燥整粒后,添加硬脂酸镁混合,压片。
药效试验:
选取体重为20~25g的小鼠8只,雌雄各半,随机分为试验组、对照组1、对照组2和空白对照组,每组20只,按每只每天给予10mg/kg的剂量给予供试品2周。
实验组给予实施例1中制备的浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶、阿片肽的混合物。
对照组1省去实施例1中的阿片肽,同时按比例增加浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶的含量,使浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶的重量与实施例1中浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶、阿片肽的混合物的重量相等。
对照组2省去浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶,仅给予阿片肽。
空白对照组给予蒸馏水。
末次给养30分钟后,将小鼠置于游泳箱中游泳,鼠尾根部负重5%的橡皮泥,参照保健食品检验与评价技术规范推荐的力竭判断标准,将小鼠头部按入水中,10s仍不能还回水面视为力竭,记录游泳开始时间至力竭时间作为小鼠游泳时间。结果如下:

实验结果表明,实验组相对于对照组1、对照组2能显著延长小鼠游泳时间,说明本申请各原料组合在一起产生了协同作用,具有更好的抗疲劳功效。
以上实施例为较佳实施例而已,不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,在本申请限定的参数范围皆属于本发明专利涵盖的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阿片肽15-30份、红景天15-25份、枸杞10-15份、刺五加5-10份、芦荟4-8份、绞股蓝5-9份、葛根18-23份、蜂胶10-17份、何首乌4-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阿片肽18-28份、红景天16-23份、枸杞11-14份、刺五加6-9份、芦荟4-6份、绞股蓝5-8份、葛根19-22份、蜂胶12-17份、何首乌5-9份。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阿片肽20份、红景天18份、枸杞12份、刺五加6份、芦荟4份、绞股蓝6份、葛根19份、蜂胶12份、何首乌5份。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述具有抗运动性疲劳功效的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)按重量份称取各原料,除杂,除虫,2)将红景天、枸杞、刺五加、绞股蓝、葛根、何首乌置于提取罐中,添加5-8倍95%乙醇回流提取2次,每次提取1-1.5h,过滤得滤液和滤渣,合并提取液,得提取液1将滤渣再次置于提取罐中,加入4-6倍纯净水煎煮提取2次,每次提取1-1.5h,过滤,合并提取液,得提取液2,合并提取液1和提取液2,蒸发浓缩得浓缩浸膏,3)将芦荟打浆,胶体磨研磨后过滤,浓缩后得芦荟提取浸膏,4)将浓缩浸膏、芦荟提取浸膏、蜂胶、阿片肽混合,添加糊精搅拌混合均匀,用50%乙醇制粒,干燥整粒后,添加硬脂酸镁混合,压片。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中添加6倍乙醇提取,提取时间1h;步骤2)中添加5倍纯净水提取,提取时间1.5小时。
