Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a squid ointment mildew-inhibiting protective layer, and belongs to the technical field of biology.
Background
With the development of modern aquaculture technology, the traditional single feed is gradually eliminated in the market, and a novel mixed feed is adopted. The form of the feed is different due to different breeding varieties and growth periods. The squid liver paste is a mixed paste of protein and fat obtained by steam cooking squid viscera residues. The invention patent of CN101278703, named as a production method for preparing aquatic feed phagostimulant by squid viscera, already explains the preparation method and the nutritional value of squid paste. Compared with the conventional fish feed, the squid paste is easier to digest, absorb and utilize fish and shrimp and is more beneficial to the growth of fish and shrimp (Tian Aiming, squid paste improvement technology development and industrialization [ D ]. The Master academic paper 2012 of south China university). But the squid paste is easy to mildew in the transportation and storage processes due to the self specificity of the squid paste, the mildew is widely distributed, various and extremely strong in reproductive capacity, and the generated fungoid has serious influence on the health of animals and human beings and the safety of feed.
At present, common mildew-proof technologies are that mildew-proof agents are used as additives to be mixed with feed for bacteriostasis, which influences the palatability of the feed to a certain extent and influences the water area environment for feeding the feed to a certain extent. For example, in the invention patent of CN104522321A entitled "a compound feed mildew-proof antidote", the mildew-proof agent is composed of propionic acid, calcium propionate, white carbon black and the like. The patent has the defects that propionic acid and calcium propionate have stronger irritation and are easy to influence the food attraction of the feed, and the propionic acid also has certain corrosivity and is easy to corrode machine equipment in industrial production; white carbon black is a porous material which is insoluble in water and resistant to high temperature, and is easy to cause environmental pollution in water areas when being fed into the water areas along with feed.
In addition, the existing mildewcide with better mildewproof effect is mainly a composite mildewcide and can be roughly divided into a chemical composite mildewcide and a natural composite mildewcide according to different compounding ingredients. The chemical compound mildew inhibitor has the compounding components of organic acid, organic acid salt and ester. The mildew preventive has the advantages of few compound components, good mildew prevention effect and long mildew prevention period, but the compound components of the mildew preventive are easy to generate a series of side effects on the feed. For example, in the invention patent of CN1087471 named as 'feed mildew preventive', the mildew preventive is prepared by compounding sodium diacetate, dimethyl fumarate, a filling material and the like. The dimethyl fumarate in the patent has certain corrosivity and weak toxicity to feed, and the using amount (500 ppm-1500 ppm) of the dimethyl fumarate has more severe requirements in the domestic feed mildew-proof process. In other countries, member countries of the european union and the like pass a resolution draft of "ensuring that a consumer product containing dimethyl fumarate is not put on the european market" in 2009. The natural composite mildew inhibitor mainly comprises Chinese herbal medicines and partial plant extracts. The mildew preventive has the advantages of better mildew prevention safety of the feed, no stimulation and good palatability of the feed, but the mildew preventive has more compound components, more complex manufacturing process and lower mildew prevention effect than a chemical compound mildew preventive. For example, in the invention patent of CN106578839A entitled feed mildew preventive and preparation method thereof, the mildew preventive is prepared by compounding tea tree oil, natamycin, cinnamon oil, glycerol monocaprylate, sucrose fatty acid ester, hydroxymethyl chitosan, konjac flour and a carrier. The compound components of the patent are as many as eight, and the collocation and dosage of the components have higher requirements on the production process and the production cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a preparation method of a squid paste mildew-inhibiting protective layer, aiming at overcoming the problems of high cost, easy environmental pollution, certain corrosivity and weak toxicity to paste caused by mixing of a mildew inhibitor and the paste in the prior art. The method can avoid the series side effect problem caused by mixing the mildew preventive and the squid paste, and the whole protective layer can be peeled off before the feed is fed, collected and reprocessed for reuse, thereby providing a new method for the squid paste mildew prevention process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a squid paste mildew-inhibiting protective layer comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting raw materials of a protective layer substrate: taking distilled water and agar powder, and stirring uniformly at a certain temperature to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) high-salt condition selection: heating the mixed solution in the step (1) for a certain time, adding sodium chloride, stirring and dissolving;
(3) acid price adjustment selection: adjusting the pH of the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) to acidity by using acid, adding benzoate, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mildew-inhibiting protective solution;
(4) pouring temperature and thickness selection: and (4) pouring the antibacterial protective liquid in the step (3) into the surface of the squid paste by a certain thickness under a certain temperature condition, and cooling and solidifying to obtain the squid paste mildew-inhibiting protective layer.
The addition amount of the agar powder in the step (1) in the distilled water is 1.5-2.5 wt%; the temperature is 80-100 ℃.
The heating time in the step (2) is 15-60 min, and the addition amount of NaCl is 3-6 wt%.
The acid in the step (3) is one of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid, the pH is adjusted to 3-5, and the addition amount of benzoate is 0.1-0.5 wt%.
The pouring temperature in the step (4) is 50-80 ℃, and the pouring thickness is 1.5-3 cm.
In the preparation method of the squid paste mildew-inhibiting protective layer, 1-2 layers of protective layers can be selectively superposed according to the surface condition, the packaging condition and the required mildew-resistant period of the squid paste.
In the preparation method of the squid paste mildew-inhibiting protective layer, the effective mildew-inhibiting period of the squid paste mildew-inhibiting protective layer is 3-12 months.
The invention has the following remarkable advantages:
1. the squid paste mildew-inhibiting protective layer has long effective mildew-resistant period, low production cost, simple preparation process and easy automation, and the safety and palatability of the feed are ensured by adopting a surface mildew-resistant method to replace a mixed mildew-resistant method;
2. the protective layer of the invention can be peeled off in one piece before the feed is fed, and can be recycled, thereby having no environmental pollution and saving resources.
