Under the environment of rapid development of orchard picking mechanization in China, the pineapple picking device still has the following defects:
1) in the traditional pineapple picking device, a fruit grower needs to squat down to use the device, so that the pineapple is picked for a long time and has high fatigue strength; in the traditional pineapple picking device, fruits need to be picked by matching with left and right wrestling of the wrist of a user, and the picking efficiency is low.
2) In the traditional pineapple picking device, when a pineapple is clamped, fingers need to overcome the resistance of a spring to slowly push a clamping switch, when the pineapple reaches a specified position, the clamping switch is pressed down to enable the pineapple to be self-locked, and after the cutting work is finished, the clamping switch is pressed down again to enable the pineapple to automatically recover to an initial state. In the process, the force needs to be from the clamping switch, to the push rod and then to the gear rack to realize the movement, so that the transmission stage is multiple and the energy loss is large. And the transmission ratio is more than 1, so that the device is a labor-consuming device, and the labor intensity of fingers is increased.
3) In traditional pineapple picking device, most of transmission structure are rack and pinion transmission, are difficult to process, and pinion bearing capacity is relatively weak, and fragile needs often to change the part.

The clamping force born by the pineapples can be accurately controlled according to the easiness in sensing of the clamping force of the clamping mechanism, and the pineapples are prevented from being damaged when the clamping force is too large; according to the fact that the power arm in the shearing mechanism is long and the stroke is long, the effect of saving labor can be achieved; the picking device is mainly composed of components such as ropes, pulleys and the like, and has light weight and low cost; the picking device is convenient for operating the device in a standing state by a fruit grower because the handle is far from the shearing cutter in the vertical direction; inverting the device picks fruit growing on trees, such as citrus fruits and the like.
3. In traditional pineapple picking device, most of transmission structure are rack and pinion transmission, are difficult to process, and pinion bearing capacity is relatively weak, and fragile needs often to change the part.
