The fluorine-containing or silicon-containing anti-fouling resin and the aqueous ultraviolet oligomer are used as main bodies, and the aqueous Ultraviolet (UV) curing anti-fingerprint coating prepared by a certain preparation process adopts water as a dispersion medium, has the characteristics of low smell, nonflammability, low VOC content, water washing and the like, inherits the advantages of short UV coating curing time, high production efficiency, low energy consumption and the like, and meets the requirements of green environmental protection laws and regulations; the coating obtained from the coating has the advantages of excellent fingerprint resistance effect, strong durability and the like.

Particularly for the heat-sensitive plastic substrate, the UV curing coating can be rapidly cured into a film only by UV illumination for 1-5min, the operation is simple and convenient, the energy consumption is low, and the problem of substrate thermal deformation is not needed to be worried about. Patent CN 103073934B discloses an ultraviolet-curing fingerprint-resistant coating for PMMA substrate, which adopts the combined action of fluorine-modified acrylate resin and silicon-modified acrylate resin to obtain the fingerprint-resistant effect of the coating. Patent CN 103571314B uses a fluorine modified hyperbranched oligomer, together with high functionality UV resin and UV monomer, to provide high hardness anti-fingerprint coating for PET substrate. Patent CN 101891991B uses fluorocarbon resin as main body and uses nanoparticles to further construct an ultra-low surface energy surface, thereby providing a high hardness anti-fingerprint coating for steel plate.

The water-based Ultraviolet (UV) curing coating combines the advantages of the traditional UV curing technology and the water-based coating technology, adopts water as a dispersion medium, has the characteristics of low smell, nonflammability, low VOC content, water washing and the like, inherits the advantages of short curing time, high production efficiency, low energy consumption and the like of the UV coating, and meets the requirements of green environmental protection laws and regulations. Therefore, how to improve the water-based ultraviolet curing coating to make the coating have the anti-fingerprint effect is a problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Application example
