Abstract

本发明公开一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，包括靠背骨架，靠背骨架下部通过调角器连接有座框骨架，靠背骨架和座框骨架之间连接有遮盖布，遮盖布位于调角器后方，遮盖布将调角器掩盖，采用本发明的有益效果是通过遮盖布即可将靠背骨架和座框骨架连接处安装的调角器遮挡起来，外形上更美观，同时也能防止后排乘员的手误伸入该间隙内，另外遮盖布采用层状结构，表层的硬度稍大，能维持遮盖布外形的整体美观，而调节座椅靠背的角度时，通过伸缩缝即可消化吸收座椅靠背相对坐垫之间间隙的变化。

一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅配件技术领域，具体涉及一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的迅速发展，汽车这种便捷的交通工具已经普及，对汽车内饰而言，特别是汽车座椅，不仅要满足驾驶的需求，人们对其各个方面的要求也越来越高，因此汽车座椅安全、舒适、美观等成为赢取激烈市场竞争的重要因素。
现今汽车座椅为了舒适性，座椅靠背的角度是可以调节的，但当座椅的靠背度变化时，座垫是静止的，所以当座椅靠背角度变化时，靠背与座垫的接触区域在不同的靠背角度下形成一个大的间隙或是一个挤压变形状态，这首先会使得乘客感到不美观。另外，如果后排乘客的脚指和手指正在这个区域，而前排的乘客在不知情的情况下调节靠背角度时，后排乘客被夹住的可能性非常大。因此有必要对该区域进行遮挡和美化。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题，本发明提供一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构。
技术方案如下：一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，其关键在于：包括靠背骨架，该靠背骨架下部通过调角器连接有座框骨架，所述靠背骨架和座框骨架之间连接有遮盖布，该遮盖布位于所述调角器后方，所述遮盖布将所述调角器掩盖。采用上述技术方案靠背骨架和座框骨架之间的间隙被遮盖布遮盖，不仅能有效防止后排乘员将手误伸入该间隙，起到安全防护的作用，同时还使整个座椅骨架背面更美观。
作为优选：
上述调角器与靠背骨架和座框骨架的中部连接，在所述靠背骨架的背面设有靠背覆盖件，所述座框骨架的后端设有座框覆盖件，所述遮盖布位于所述靠背覆盖件和座框覆盖件之间。采用该方案靠背骨架和座框骨架的背面都被其上覆扣的相应覆盖件遮盖，骨架不外露，更美观。
上述遮盖布为弹性布。采用此方案在调整靠背骨架角度过程中，弹性部可伸缩适应二者之间间隙的宽度变化，这样安装的遮盖布更小，更美观。
上述遮盖布包括表层和里层，其中里层朝向所述调角器，所述表层的硬度小于里层的硬度，所述里层上沿座框骨架的宽度方向设有伸缩缝。采用此结构表层的硬度稍大可起到支撑、维持遮盖布的外形，里层上的伸缩缝，在调整角度的过程中能更好地适应靠背骨架和座框骨架之间位置的相对变化。
上述里层的边缘四周与所述表层的边缘四周固定连接，所述表层和里层之间夹设有中间过渡层。采用此结构里层和表层之间夹设一个中间过渡层，具有缓冲的作用。
上述遮盖布的上部和下部分别安装有挂钩，所述挂钩分别钩挂在所述靠背骨架和座框覆盖件上。采用该方案方便安装和拆卸遮盖布。
上述中间过渡层的材质为泡沫。采用此方案泡沫柔软度较好，可让整个遮羞布手感更柔和。
上述表层的材质为织物，所述里层的材质为塑料。采用此塑料具有一定硬度，可支持里层织物层的外形，而织物本身一般即具有一定弹性，即能满足调节需要，原料采购源更丰富。
上述遮羞布本体上部的挂钩数量小于其下部的挂钩数量。在调节座椅靠背角度的过程中，遮盖布下部相对变化小，遮羞布上部会随座椅靠背角度的变化而变化，因此遮盖布上部的钩挂不能太多，防止其影响角度的调整。
上述遮盖布上部的挂钩的钩柄与所述遮盖布的上边缘固定连接，所述遮盖布下部的挂钩的钩柄通过伸缩带与所述遮盖布的下边缘固定连接。采用此结构可进一步提升遮盖布上部和下部之间的相对伸缩间距，拓宽遮盖布的适应角度范围。
有益效果：采用本发明的有益效果是通过遮盖布即可将靠背骨架和座框骨架连接处安装的调角器遮挡起来，外形上更美观，同时也能防止后排乘员的手误伸入该间隙内，另外遮盖布采用层状结构，表层的硬度稍大，能维持遮盖布外形的整体美观，而调节座椅靠背的角度时，通过伸缩缝即可消化吸收座椅靠背相对坐垫之间间隙的变化。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1，如图1所示，一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，包括靠背骨架1，该靠背骨架1下部通过调角器3连接有座框骨架2，所述靠背骨架1和座框骨架2之间连接有遮盖布6，该遮盖布6位于所述调角器3后方，所述遮盖布6将所述调角器3掩盖。
所述调角器3的上部和下部分别与靠背骨架1和座框骨架2的中部连接，所述靠背骨架1的背面设有与之形状相匹配的靠背覆盖件4，所述座框骨架2的后端设有与之形状相匹配的座框覆盖件5，该座框覆盖件5的上部向上延伸将部分调角器3遮盖住，所述遮盖布6位于所述靠背覆盖件4和座框覆盖件5之间，所述遮盖布6的上部与所述靠背骨架1连接，下部与所述座框骨架2连接，所述靠背覆盖件4和座框覆盖件5均为塑料件。
如图2和3所示，所述遮盖布6包括表层601a和里层601c，其中里层601c朝向所述调角器3，所述里层601c的边缘四周与所述表层601a的边缘四周固定连接，所述表层601a和里层601c之间夹设有中间过渡层601b，所述表层601a的硬度小于里层601c的硬度，所述里层601c上沿座框骨架2的宽度方向设有伸缩缝603，所述伸缩缝603靠近所述里层601c的上边缘，所述中间过渡层601b通过里层601c上的伸缩缝603即可装入表层601a和里层601c之间或从表层601a和里层601c之间取出，所述中间过渡层601b的材质为泡沫，所述表层601a的材质为织物(一般普通的布即可满足要求)，所述里层601c的材质为塑料。
所述遮盖布6的上部和下部分别安装有挂钩602，所述遮盖布6的上部的所述挂钩602钩挂在所述靠背骨架1上，其下部的挂钩602则钩挂在座框骨架2上，所述遮盖布601上部的挂钩602数量小于其下部的挂钩602数量，所述遮盖布601上部的挂钩602的钩柄与所述遮盖布601的上边缘固定连接，所述遮盖布601下部的挂钩602的钩柄通过伸缩带604与所述遮盖布601的下边缘固定连接。
实施例2，一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于，所述遮盖布6为弹性布。

1.一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，其特征在于：包括靠背骨架(1)，该靠背骨架(1)下部通过调角器(3)连接有座框骨架(2)，所述靠背骨架(1)和座框骨架(2)之间连接有遮盖布(6)，该遮盖布(6)位于所述调角器(3)后方，所述遮盖布(6)将所述调角器(3)掩盖；
所述遮盖布(6)包括表层(601a)和里层(601c)，其中里层(601c)朝向所述调角器(3)，所述里层(601c)的边缘四周与所述表层(601a)的边缘四周固定连接，所述表层(601a)和里层(601c)之间夹设有中间过渡层(601b)，所述表层(601a)的硬度小于里层(601c)的硬度，所述里层(601c)上沿座框骨架(2)的宽度方向设有伸缩缝(603)，所述伸缩缝(603)靠近所述里层(601c)的上边缘，所述中间过渡层(601b)通过里层(601c)上的伸缩缝(603)即可装入表层(601a)和里层(601c)之间或从表层(601a)和里层(601c)之间取出，所述中间过渡层(601b)的材质为泡沫，所述表层(601a)的材质为织物，所述里层(601c)的材质为塑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，其特征在于：所述调角器(3)与靠背骨架(1)和座框骨架(2)的中部连接，在所述靠背骨架(1)的背面设有靠背覆盖件(4)，所述座框骨架(2)的后端设有座框覆盖件(5)，所述遮盖布(6)位于所述靠背覆盖件(4)和座框覆盖件(5)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，其特征在于：所述遮盖布(6)为弹性布。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，其特征在于：所述遮盖布(6)的上部和下部分别安装有挂钩(602)，所述挂钩(602)分别钩挂在所述靠背骨架(1)和座框骨架(2)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，其特征在于：所述遮盖布(601)上部的挂钩(602)数量小于其下部的挂钩(602)数量。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅背部覆盖结构，其特征在于：所述遮盖布(601)上部的挂钩(602)的钩柄与所述遮盖布(601)的上边缘固定连接，所述遮盖布(601)下部的挂钩(602)的钩柄通过伸缩带(604)与所述遮盖布(601)的下边缘固定连接。
