本发明涉及一种超高温绝缘抗热冲击板及其制造方法。
背景技术
传统的高耐温等级的抗热冲击板主要为金属材料以及绝缘金属基板,其 导热快,加工工艺复杂且高温容易开裂。
然而,传统的高耐温等级的抗热冲击板不能同时满足需要隔热防护部位 的抗热冲击要求,且金属基材易导电,即使有绝缘防护层,但高温下绝缘失 效,金属层导通引起短路。本发明提供的超高温抗热冲击板。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于针对可弥补传统抗热冲击板导热快、绝缘差的缺 陷,提出一种具有既能够耐高温,又具有良好绝缘隔热效果的超高温绝缘抗 热冲击板。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种超高温绝缘抗热冲击板,所述抗热冲 击板为复合结构,系织物层、耐热层复合而成。
优选地,还包括补强层,所述抗热冲击板系织物层、耐热层和补强层复 合而成。
优选地,所述织物层为玻璃纤维布、高硅氧布、高硅氧网格布中的一种 或多种。
优选地,所述耐热层为陶瓷化硅橡胶、陶瓷化聚烯烃、云母带中的一种 或多种。

⑵在⑴中未交联陶瓷胶复合带上方放置厚度为0.5mm至5.0mm的补强层 薄板,并压紧,以此为轴,折叠至目标厚度;
⑶热压使该多层结构硫化成整体,形成抗热冲击板。
发明另提供一种超高温绝缘热热冲击板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴将0.03mm至1.5mm的织物层与0.15mm至1.0mm的耐热层,经压延并硫 化形成厚度0.2mm至2.0mm的陶瓷胶复合带;
⑵在⑴中已交联陶瓷胶复合带上方放置厚度为0.5mm至2.0mm的补强层 薄板,以此为轴,折叠至目标厚度,得到预成型抗冲击板;
⑶采用耐高温玻纤胶带沿⑵中预成型抗冲击板四个边粘合或线缝合方式 成型抗冲击板四个边,即得抗热冲击板。
如上所述,本发明超高温绝缘抗热冲击板可弥补传统抗热冲击板导热快、 绝缘差的缺陷,既能够耐高温,又具有良好绝缘隔热效果。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所 描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本 发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得 的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域 普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现 时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明超高温绝缘抗热冲击板为复合结构,系织物层、耐热层复合而成。
优选地,还包括补强层,所述抗热冲击板系织物层、耐热层和补强层复 合而成。
优选地,所述织物层为玻璃纤维布、高硅氧布、高硅氧网格布中的一种 或多种。
优选地,所述耐热层为陶瓷化硅橡胶、陶瓷化聚烯烃、云母带中的一种 或多种。
优选地,所述补强层为碳纤维布、复合玻纤板、金属板、陶瓷片、云母 板中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述织物层的厚度从0.03mm至2.5mm,所述耐热层的厚度从 0.1mm至2.0mm,所述补强层的厚度从0.2mm至5.0mm。
优选地,所述耐热层为耐550℃及以上高温的耐热层。
优选地,该复合玻纤板为环氧树脂玻纤板、酚醛树脂玻纤板、聚氨酯纤 维板。
本发明超高温绝缘热热冲击板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴取厚度从0.03mm至2.5mm的织物层;
⑵在所述织物层上平铺一层厚度从0.1mm至2.0mm的耐热层;
⑶在所述耐热层上平铺一层厚度从0.5mm至5.0mm的补强层薄板;
⑷热压该织物层、耐热层和补强层使硫化成整体,形成抗热冲击板。
优选地,在热压之前织物层和耐热层交替排布于补强层的一侧或两侧, 直至获得目标厚度。
本发明还提供一种超高温绝缘热热冲击板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴将0.03mm至2.5mm的织物层与0.1mm至2.0mm的耐热层,经压延形成厚 度0.2mm至2.0mm的未交联陶瓷胶复合带;
⑵在⑴中未交联陶瓷胶复合带上方放置厚度为0.5mm至5.0mm的补强层 薄板,并压紧,以此为轴,折叠至目标厚度;
⑶热压使该多层结构硫化成整体,形成抗热冲击板。
发明另提供一种超高温绝缘热热冲击板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴将0.03mm至1.5mm的织物层与0.15mm至1.0mm的耐热层,经压延并硫 化形成厚度0.2mm至2.0mm的陶瓷胶复合带;
⑵在⑴中已交联陶瓷胶复合带上方放置厚度为0.5mm至2.0mm的补强层 薄板,以此为轴,折叠至目标厚度,得到预成型抗冲击板;
⑶采用耐高温玻纤胶带沿⑵中预成型抗冲击板四个边粘合或线缝合方式 成型抗冲击板四个边,即得抗热冲击板。
实施例1
采用0.05mm的无碱玻璃纤维布,经过压延机与陶瓷化硅胶复合,制得 0.2mm的复合层,15层复合层依次平铺或折叠,放入140℃,15MPa热压机中 排气硫化,10分钟后,可得3.0mm耐热抗冲击板1。
实施例2
采用0.09mm的无碱玻璃纤维布,经过压延机与陶瓷化硅胶复合,制得 0.02mm的复合层,10层复合层依次平铺或折叠,并在第5层与第6层之间放入 1mm高强度玻璃纤维布,放入140℃,15MPa热压机中排气硫化,10分钟后, 可得耐热抗冲击板2。
实施例3
将陶瓷化聚烯烃材料经压延制成0.9mm的陶瓷化聚烯烃片,第一层取 0.9mm陶瓷化聚烯烃片,第二层为0.1mm高强度玻璃纤维布,第三层为0.9mm 陶瓷化聚烯烃片,第四层为0.1mm高强度玻璃纤维布,第5层为0.9mm的高强 度玻璃纤维布。将以上5层复合后,经热压机160℃,15MPa,10分钟保压后, 可得耐热抗冲击板3。
实施例4
将0.06mm的玻璃纤维布与0.15mm的陶瓷化硅胶,经压延并硫化形成厚度0.2mm至的陶瓷化玻璃纤维复合带;在陶瓷化玻璃纤维复合带上放置厚度为 1mm的环氧树脂玻纤板,以此为轴,折叠至3.0mm预成型板,采用耐高温玻纤 胶带将此预成型抗冲击板四个边粘合,既得抗热冲击板4。
实施例5
将0.6mm的高硅氧网格布,与陶瓷化硅胶,经三辊压延机制得1.0mm的复 合层,将以上复合层对叠,在其中放入1.0mm的高强度玻璃纤维布,经160℃, 12MPa,15min热压后,可得抗热冲击板5。
对比例1
采用3.0mm的玻璃纤维布。
对比例2
采用3.0mm的钢板。
对比例3
采用3.0mm的高硅氧布。
为了详细说明该发明所实现的具体效果,采用火焰温度为1000℃以上的 丁烷喷灯持续烧蚀10min,1MPa的机械冲击,冲击频率为每10s一次,观察同 等厚度被测样品的耐冲击次数及试验背火面温度,其结果如表中所示。
若测试过程中,样品被冲破则实验终止,记录实验时间。若10分钟内未 冲破,则试验时间记录为10min。同时记录10min时的背面温度。

根据表1,可以得出与对比例1-3相比,本发明超高温绝缘抗热冲击板能 够耐高温。另外,本发明超高温绝缘抗热冲击板可弥补传统抗热冲击板导热 快、绝缘差的缺陷,具有良好绝缘隔热效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种超高温绝缘抗热冲击板,其特征在于:所述抗热冲击板系织物层、耐热层和补强层复合而成,所述织物层为高硅氧布、高硅氧网格布中的一种或多种,所述耐热层为陶瓷化聚烯烃,所述补强层为碳纤维布、复合玻纤板、金属板、陶瓷片中的一种或多种;所述织物层的厚度从0.03mm至2.5mm,所述耐热层的厚度从0.1mm至2.0mm,所述补强层的厚度从0.2mm至5.0mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超高温绝缘抗热冲击板,其特征在于:该复合玻纤板为环氧树脂玻纤板、酚醛树脂玻纤板、聚氨酯纤维板。
3.如权利要求1所述的超高温绝缘热热冲击板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
⑴取厚度从0.03mm至2.5mm的织物层;
⑵在所述织物层上平铺一层厚度从0.1mm至2.0mm的耐热层;
⑶在所述耐热层上平铺一层厚度从0.5mm至5.0mm的补强层薄板;
⑷热压该织物层、耐热层和补强层使硫化成整体,形成抗热冲击板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在热压之前织物层和耐热层交替排布于补强层的一侧或两侧,直至获得目标厚度。
5.如权利要求1所述的超高温绝缘热热冲击板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴将0.03mm至2.5mm的织物层与0.1mm至2.0mm的耐热层,经压延形成厚度0.2mm至2.0mm的未交联陶瓷胶复合带;
⑵在⑴中未交联陶瓷胶复合带上方放置厚度为0.5mm至5.0mm的补强层薄板,并压紧,以此为轴,折叠至目标厚度;
⑶热压使该多层结构硫化成整体,形成抗热冲击板。
6.如权利要求1所述的超高温绝缘热热冲击板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴将0.03mm至1.5mm的织物层与0.15mm至1.0mm的耐热层,经压延并硫化形成厚度0.2mm至2.0mm的陶瓷胶复合带;
⑵在⑴中已交联陶瓷胶复合带上方放置厚度为0.5mm至2.0mm的补强层薄板,以此为轴,折叠至目标厚度,得到预成型抗冲击板;
⑶采用耐高温玻纤胶带沿⑵中预成型抗冲击板四个边粘合或线缝合方式成型抗冲击板四个边,即得抗热冲击板。
