Abstract
本发明打孔技术领域,尤其涉及用于票据的自动打孔设备,包括传送单元、打孔单元和标记单元,传送单元包括送纸辊和收纸辊,打孔单元包括电机、打孔盘和打孔环,电机与打孔盘连接,打孔盘的侧壁上设有若干打孔头,打孔环的侧壁上也设有若干可与打孔头配合的钻孔通道,打孔盘和打孔环通过打孔头和钻孔通道啮合,打孔环上还设有用于收集废纸的收集箱,打孔环上还设有用于粘合票据边缘的涂胶棒,涂胶棒内设有用于容纳热熔胶的空腔,涂胶棒上设有用于熔化所述热熔胶的电阻丝;标记单元包括设置在打孔盘侧壁上的若干打标笔,相邻打标笔之间的钻头数量为票据所需打孔的数量。本方案有效提高了票据打孔效率,避免了打不穿的现象。

技术领域
本发明打孔技术领域,尤其涉及用于票据的自动打孔设备。
背景技术
票据在日常生活中经常见到,通常票据的两边都有一排孔,这两排孔是票据在印刷打印过程中为打印机定位和进纸设计的,同时便于电脑打印出票号连续的票据。目前,现有的票据打孔装置,经常出现打不穿的问题,不而且打孔效率较低,浪费了时间,打孔还不准确。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于票据的自动打孔设备,以提高票据打孔效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:用于票据的自动打孔设备,包括传送单元、打孔单元和标记单元,所述传送单元包括送纸辊和收纸辊,所述打孔单元包括电机、打孔盘和打孔环,所述电机与所述打孔盘连接,所述打孔盘的侧壁上设有若干打孔头,所述打孔环的侧壁上设有若干可与所述打孔头配合的钻孔通道,所述打孔盘和打孔环通过打孔头和钻孔通道啮合,所述打孔环上还设有用于收集废纸的收集箱,打孔环上还设有用于粘合票据边缘的涂胶棒,所述涂胶棒内设有用于容纳热熔胶的空腔,所述涂胶棒上设有用于熔化所述热熔胶的电阻丝;所述标记单元包括设置在所述打孔盘侧壁上的若干打标笔,相邻打标笔之间的钻头数量为票据所需打孔的数量。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、打孔盘上的打孔头和打孔环上的钻孔通道啮合,一方面能够实现对打孔环上的票据纸的打孔,另一方面,打孔盘在电机驱动下转动的过程中,由于打孔头始终能与打孔通道啮合,因此,打孔盘的转动可以带动打孔环也一起转动,进而实现了票据纸的传送,具有传送作用。
2、通常票据纸多联票据,涂胶棒的设置使得当票据纸与打孔环相贴合时,票据纸传送过程中,涂胶棒内的热熔胶在电阻丝的作用下熔化后便可以涂覆在票据纸的边缘上,将多张票据纸的边缘粘合在一起,避免传送或打孔过程中发生错位而导致最后打孔效果不理想的问题。
3、相邻打标笔之间的钻头数量为票据所需打孔的数量,这有利于当票据纸上打出所述数量的孔后,打标笔便在票据纸上作上标记,对后续的印刷工序具有一个定位作用。
进一步,所述打孔头为中空结构,打孔头内设有用于清除所述打孔头上废纸的推块,所述推块与所述主打孔圆盘之间固定有拉簧;所述收集箱内设有用于吸引所述推块的电磁铁,所述电磁铁与所述电阻丝电连。
电磁铁通电后产生磁场,便会吸引推块从打孔头中伸出,并将打孔头上的废纸推到收集箱内,同时还可以起到一个打孔的作用,避免出现钻打不穿的现象;当推块上固定在拉簧的拉力大于推块受到的磁力时,便拉动推块回到打孔头中。
进一步,所述送纸辊和收纸辊位于所述打孔单元的同一侧,且送纸辊和收纸辊位于打孔单元的下方。这样设置的好处在于保证票据纸的张力,避免票据纸传送过程中产生褶皱而影响打孔效果。
进一步,所述涂胶棒位于票据纸与所述打孔环相贴合的位置处。当票据纸与打孔环相贴合时,涂胶棒便可对票据纸进行粘合,可以保证当票据纸传送至打孔环与打孔盘啮合处时,票据纸已经被粘合在一起。
进一步,所述打标笔与所述打孔头位于不同圆周上。这样设置的目的在于避免打标笔对打孔头的打孔过程产生干扰。
进一步,所述打孔头的侧壁上固定有弹性定位块。当其中一个打孔头在进行打孔时,弹性定位块也作用在票据纸上将票据纸固定,保证打孔过程中票据纸不会产生褶皱或滑动。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:机架1、电机2、第一转轴3、打孔盘4、第二转轴5、打孔环6、打孔头7、推块701、拉簧702、钻孔通道8、打标笔9、涂胶棒10、空腔101、出胶孔102、送纸辊11、收纸辊12、皮带121、收集箱13、收集口131、电磁铁14。
实施例基本如附图1、附图2和附图3所示,其中,附图1中第二转轴5和打孔环6以竖直平面为剖切面,附图2中本装置以第一转轴3轴线所在的竖直平面为剖切面:
用于票据的自动打孔设备,包括机架1、打孔单元、涂胶单元和传送单元,打孔单元包括电机2、第一转轴3、打孔盘4、第二转轴5和打孔环6,电机2也固定在机架1上,第一转轴3的一端转动连接在机架1上,第一转轴3的另一端与电机2输出轴固定,打孔盘4固定在第一转轴3上,打孔盘4的侧壁均匀排列有若干打孔头7,打孔头7的侧壁上还设有弹性定位块;第二转轴5也转动连接在机架1上并与第一转轴3平行设置,打孔环6转动设置在第二转轴5上且位于打孔盘4下方,打孔环6的侧壁均匀排布有若干钻孔通道8,打孔盘 4和打孔环6通过打孔头7和钻孔通道8啮合,即打孔盘4转动可带动打孔环6也一起转动。
打孔盘4的侧壁上还设有若干打标笔9,打标笔9与打孔头7不在同一圆周上,且打标笔9与打孔头7错开设置,相邻两个打标笔9之间打孔头7的数量为票据所需打孔的数量。同时为避免打不穿的现象出现,本实施例中打孔头7设置成中空结构,打孔头7内滑动设有推块701,推块701优选为铁块,推块701与主打孔圆盘之间固定有拉簧702。
涂胶单元包括涂胶棒10,涂胶棒10固定在机架1上,涂胶棒10与打孔环6相接触,涂胶棒10用于将票据纸的边缘粘合在一起,涂胶棒10内设有用于容纳热熔胶的空腔101以及若干与空腔101连通的出胶孔102,涂胶棒10的外壁上缠绕有电阻丝,电阻丝发热后可将热熔胶熔化。
传送单元包括固定在机架1上的送纸辊11和收纸辊12,送纸辊11和收纸辊12均位于打孔单元的左侧,并且位于打孔单元的下方,送纸辊11和收纸辊12均转动连接在机架1上,收纸辊12与第二转轴5之间设有皮带121;票据纸的传送方向为送纸辊11→打孔环6→收纸辊12。
为了避免废屑随意丢弃,在第二转轴5内还设有收集箱13,收集箱13位于打孔环6内,用于收集废纸,收集箱13上设有收集口131,收集箱13的内壁上固定有电磁铁14,电磁铁14与电阻丝电连,电磁铁14由外界电源通电。
对票据纸进行打孔时,将票据纸卷套设在送纸辊11上,并拉出一段票据纸与副打孔纸相贴合,并粘贴在收纸辊12上。外界电源打开,使电阻丝做功发热,由于电阻丝缠绕在涂胶棒10上,电阻丝发热后通过热传导的方式使热熔胶温度升高并熔化成液态,液态热熔胶从出胶孔102流到票据纸的边缘处,将票据纸的边缘进行粘合。同时电机2启动,电机2通过第一转轴3带动打孔盘4转动,由于打孔盘4与打孔环6通过打孔头7和钻孔通道8啮合,因此打孔盘4会带动打孔环6转动,打孔环6转动便拉动票据纸前进,同时通过皮带121带动收纸辊12转动进行收纸工作。每当打孔盘4上的打孔头7与打孔环6上的钻孔通道8啮合时,打孔头7进入钻孔通道8中便会在票据纸上打孔。由于电磁铁14与电阻丝电连,电阻丝通电后电磁铁14也会通电产生磁场,吸引打孔头7内的推块701从打孔头7中伸出,将打孔头7上的废纸推至收集箱13内,此时拉簧702处于被拉伸状态。当推块701受到拉簧702的弹力大于受到电磁铁14的磁力时,拉簧702便自动回位并将推块701拉回打孔头7 中。

1.用于票据的自动打孔设备,包括传送单元、打孔单元和标记单元,其特征在于:所述传送单元包括送纸辊和收纸辊,所述打孔单元包括电机、打孔盘和打孔环,所述电机与所述打孔盘连接,所述打孔盘的侧壁上设有若干打孔头,所述打孔环上设有若干可与所述打孔头配合的钻孔通道,所述打孔盘和打孔环通过打孔头和钻孔通道啮合,所述打孔环上还设有用于收集废纸的收集箱,打孔环上还设有用于粘合票据边缘的涂胶棒,所述涂胶棒内设有用于容纳热熔胶的空腔,所述涂胶棒上设有用于熔化所述热熔胶的电阻丝;所述标记单元包括设置在所述打孔盘侧壁上的若干打标笔,相邻打标笔之间的钻头数量为票据所需打孔的数量;所述打孔头为中空结构,打孔头内设有用于清除所述打孔头上废纸的推块,所述推块与所述打孔盘之间固定有拉簧;所述收集箱内设有用于吸引所述推块的电磁铁,所述电磁铁与所述电阻丝电连;所述打标笔与所述打孔头位于不同圆周上,打标笔与打孔头错开设置,相邻两个打标笔之间打孔头的数量为票据所需打孔的数量;所述打孔头的侧壁上固定有弹性定位块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于票据的自动打孔设备,其特征在于:所述送纸辊和收纸辊位于所述打孔单元的同一侧,且送纸辊和收纸辊位于打孔单元的下方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于票据的自动打孔设备,其特征在于:所述涂胶棒位于票据纸与所述打孔环相贴合的位置处。
