一种新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火窗,具体涉及一种新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗,属于耐火窗技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对房间的采光要求也越来越高,另外,人们也逐渐越来越关注房屋的安全性能,其防火窗应用而生;传统的防火窗采用窗框与防火玻璃组成;窗框采用不锈钢型材制成,在型材中添加钢衬整圈来提高其防火效果;纯钢制的窗框虽然可以达到防火效果,但是由于金属材料的导热性能好,故传统的防火窗的保温隔热性能差,不能符合现代建筑对节能减排的需求;为此,中国专利申请号:201520748470.6,公开了一种新型隔热耐火窗,包括:窗框,包括:耐火芯以及设置于所述耐火芯一侧或两侧的装饰层,所述耐火芯由酚醛树脂基复合材料制成,在所述耐火芯支撑玻璃的支撑面上设有向防火玻璃的方向延伸的防火凸条;防火玻璃,设置于所述耐火芯的支撑面上;该新型隔热耐火窗结构简单,安全性能高,防火效果好,窗框与防火玻璃之间的稳定性能好;同时,该新型隔热耐火窗具有良好的隔音、隔热、保温性能,符合现代建筑对节能减排的需求,适宜大范围的推广应用;但其隔热效果一般,热量容易通过窗框导入;再如中国专利申请号:201510618198.4,公开保温耐火窗,该保温耐火窗包括:窗框,包括:窗框耐火芯以及设置于窗框耐火芯一侧或两侧的窗框装饰层,窗框耐火芯由酚醛树脂基复合材料制成,窗框耐火芯上至少设置有一个防火空腔;窗扇,包括:窗扇耐火芯以及设置于窗扇耐火芯一侧或两侧的窗扇装饰层,窗扇耐火芯由酚醛树脂基复合材料制成,窗扇耐火芯上至少设置有一个防火空腔;防火玻璃,设置于窗扇耐火芯用于支撑防火玻璃的支撑面上;窗框耐火芯与窗扇耐火芯之间形成曲折的通道;该保温耐火窗结构简单,安全性能高,耐火效果好,有效阻止火苗窜出,防止火势的蔓延,达到耐火窗的有关规范要求;同时,其具有良好的隔音、隔热、保温性能,符合各地对建筑节能所要求的门窗节能要求;但其无法实现内外充分隔离,另外,当窗扇打开忘记关上后,其失去了防火效果。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗,断桥式窗框和外扇形成独立的防火耐火系统,安全性能高。
本发明的新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗,包括断桥式窗框;所述断桥式窗框中部一体制成有内外扇隔断框;所述断桥式窗框内侧通过隔热条固定连接;所述断桥式窗框内外侧分别安装有外扇和内扇;所述外扇包括与断桥式窗框安装的断桥式扇框;所述断桥式扇框外部安装有海绵硅防火节能玻璃和内LOW-E玻璃;所述海绵硅防火节能玻璃和内LOW-E玻璃之间设置有中空层;所述内扇包括铝合金内框;所述铝合金内框上设置有钢化玻璃;所述断桥式窗框和断桥式扇框内侧填充有吸热支撑材料;所述断桥式扇框与海绵硅防火节能玻璃和内LOW-E玻璃之间设置有硅橡胶密封条;所述铝合金内框和钢化玻璃之间设置有硅橡胶密封条。
作为优选的实施方案,所述外扇与断桥式窗框通过铰链安装;所述内扇与断桥式窗框通过铰链或推轮安装。
作为优选的实施方案,所述吸热支撑材料由阻燃剂、凝胶剂、交联剂和扩散剂混合构成。

本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗,在没有烟雾的情况下,其外扇和内扇均处于人为的开合和关闭,其能够进行窗户通气换气,同时,在外窗打开内扇关闭的情况下,能够将室内能量和室外能量交换,当室内或室外有烟雾报警时,烟雾检测机构将信号给电控开合机构,电控开合机构带动外扇,从而实现外扇自动闭合,由于窗框采用断桥式,且断桥处设置于外扇处或外扇和内扇两处,其能够保证窗框很好地实现内外彻底隔离;外扇的海绵硅防火玻璃和LOW-E玻璃具有很好地防辐射功能,隔热效果好;硅橡胶密封条耐候性好,平时可做气密水密封,火灾时,不易燃烧,遇火膨胀,将窗框与玻璃之间的缝隙封堵不窜火,保证耐火完整性;断桥式窗框和外扇形成独立的防火耐火系统,安全性能高。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗,包括断桥式窗框1;所述断桥式窗框1中部一体制成有内外扇隔断框2;所述断桥式窗框1内侧通过隔热条3固定连接;所述断桥式窗框1内外侧分别安装有外扇4和内扇5;所述外扇4包括与断桥式窗框1安装的断桥式扇框6;所述断桥式扇框6外部安装有海绵硅防火节能玻璃7和内LOW-E玻璃8;所述海绵硅防火节能玻璃7和内LOW-E玻璃8之间设置有中空层;所述内扇5包括铝合金内框9;所述铝合金内框9上设置有钢化玻璃10;所述断桥式窗框1和断桥式扇框6内侧填充有吸热支撑材料11;所述断桥式扇框6与海绵硅防火节能玻璃7和内LOW-E玻璃8之间设置有硅橡胶密封条12;所述铝合金内框9和钢化玻璃10之间设置有硅橡胶密封条12。
再一实施例中,所述外扇4与断桥式窗框1通过铰链安装;所述内扇5与断桥式窗框1通过铰链或推轮安装。

本发明的新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗,在没有烟雾的情况下,其外扇和内扇均处于人为的开合和关闭,其能够进行窗户通气换气,同时,在外窗打开内扇关闭的情况下,能够将室内能量和室外能量交换,当室内或室外有烟雾报警时,烟雾检测机构将信号给电控开合机构,电控开合机构带动外扇,从而实现外扇自动闭合,由于窗框采用断桥式,且断桥处设置于外扇处或外扇和内扇两处,其能够保证窗框很好地实现内外彻底隔离;外扇的海绵硅防火玻璃和LOW-E玻璃具有很好地防辐射功能,隔热效果好;硅橡胶密封条耐候性好,平时可做气密水密封,火灾时,不易燃烧,遇火膨胀,将窗框与玻璃之间的缝隙封堵不窜火,保证耐火完整性;断桥式窗框和外扇形成独立的防火耐火系统,安全性能高。

1.一种新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗,其特征在于:包括断桥式窗框;所述断桥式窗框中部一体制成有内外扇隔断框;所述断桥式窗框内侧通过隔热条固定连接;所述断桥式窗框内外侧分别安装有外扇和内扇;所述外扇包括与断桥式窗框安装的断桥式扇框;所述断桥式扇框外部安装有海绵硅防火节能玻璃和内LOW-E玻璃;所述海绵硅防火节能玻璃和内LOW-E玻璃之间设置有中空层;所述内扇包括铝合金内框;所述铝合金内框上设置有钢化玻璃;所述断桥式窗框和断桥式扇框内侧填充有吸热支撑材料;所述断桥式扇框与海绵硅防火节能玻璃和内LOW-E玻璃之间设置有硅橡胶密封条;所述铝合金内框和钢化玻璃之间设置有硅橡胶密封条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔热节能型铝合金耐火窗,其特征在于:所述外扇与断桥式窗框通过铰链安装;所述内扇与断桥式窗框通过铰链或推轮安装。
