背景技术
橡胶具备良好的耐高低温、耐臭氧、耐候性、绝缘性及生产惰性等很多优异的性能,在国民经济的各个领域有着广泛的应用。密封件是防止流体或固体微粒从相邻结合面间泄漏以及防止外界杂质如灰尘与水分等侵入机器设备内部的零部件的材料或零件。橡塑密封件虽小,但它的作用使它成为国防、化工、石油、煤炭、交通运输和机械制造等国民经济主要行业中的基础部件和配件,在国民经济发展中占有相当重要的地位。
汽车密封条是汽车的重要零部件之一,广泛用于车门、车窗、车身、座椅、天窗、发动机箱和后备箱等部位,具有防水、密封、隔音、防尘、防冻、减震、保暖及节能的重要作用。汽车橡胶密封条在长期使用过程中容易发生变形和老化等现象,这些现象严重影响了密封条的密封性能、减振性能和使用寿命,因此研究一种耐高温抗老化橡胶密封条材料非常必要。

一种抗压缩耐高温橡胶密封条材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
天然橡胶 40-50%;
纳米氧化锡锑0.1-1%;
环氧大豆油0.1-3%;
煅烧黄土0.1-3%;
铬酸钡0.1-3%;
三元乙丙橡胶 40-60%。
本发明具有耐热、耐磨、密封性好的特点。

本发明所述一种抗压缩耐高温橡胶密封条材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:天然橡胶 45%、纳米氧化锡锑0.5%、环氧大豆油0.5%、煅烧黄土1%、铬酸钡2%、三元乙丙橡胶 51%。
