B. decocting the day lily twice, filtering, adding water 10 times the weight of the day lily each time, decocting for 1h, and mixing filtrates to obtain a day lily extract;
C. mixing the corn slurry and flos Hemerocallis extract, and spray drying to obtain instant sweet corn flour.
Wherein the specific process for preparing the corn steep liquor from the sweet corn kernels in the step A comprises the following steps:
a1, placing sweet corn kernels in boiling water to boil for 8min, filtering, immediately placing in a quick-freezing chamber to quickly freeze for 12h for the first time, taking out the sweet corn kernels subjected to quick-freezing for the first time, placing in the boiling water to boil for 5min again, filtering, immediately placing in the quick-freezing chamber to quickly freeze for 9h for the second time, taking out the sweet corn kernels subjected to quick-freezing for the second time, placing in the boiling water to boil for 3min again, filtering, immediately placing in the quick-freezing chamber to quickly freeze for the third time for 6h, taking out the sweet corn kernels subjected to quick-freezing for the third time, mixing the sweet corn kernels and the boiling water according to the weight ratio of 1:10, boiling for 15min, and grinding and filtering;
a2, cooling corn grit, putting the cooled corn grit into an upper open container with the height of 30-50cm, stirring for 30min by a stirrer, specifically alternately stirring for 2min at 300r/min and 3min at 60r/min, uniformly putting the corn grit into an open container with the height of less than 5cm, pricking a plurality of holes with the depth of 2-3cm on the surface of the corn grit by a wood strip with the diameter of 1mm, inoculating a mixed strain with the weight of 0.5% of the weight of the mixed strain on the surface of the corn grit, and fermenting for 6-8h at 38-40 ℃, wherein the mixed strain consists of bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis in a weight ratio of 3: 1;
a3, stir-frying the fermented corn grit at 95-100 ℃ for 8min, mixing the corn grit with magnetized water according to the weight ratio of 1:8, grinding the mixture by a refiner for 30min, and filtering the mixture to obtain a corn grit filtrate;
a4, mixing the corn residue filtrate with corn juice to obtain corn slurry.
Wherein the temperature of quick freezing is-30 ℃.
Example 5:
on the basis of the embodiment 4, the preparation method of the instant health-care sweet corn flour comprises the following steps:
b1, cutting daylily into small segments of 0.5-1cm, stir-frying for 5min at 95-100 ℃, blanching for 15-20s in boiling water, taking out, and quickly freezing in a quick freezing chamber for 12 h;
b2, mixing the daylily frozen at the medium speed of B1 with magnetized water at the temperature of 100 ℃ according to the weight ratio of 1:8, boiling for 25min, filtering to obtain a first decoction, and immediately placing the daylily in a quick freezing chamber for quick freezing for 10 h;
b3, taking out the quick-frozen daylily in the B2, mixing the daylily with 100 ℃ magnetized water according to the weight ratio of 1:8, boiling for 15min, and filtering to obtain a second decoction;
and B4, combining the first decoction and the second decoction to obtain the day lily extract.
Wherein the temperature of quick freezing is-30 ℃.
In this example, the same procedure as in example 4 was repeated except that the day lily extract was prepared by a method other than simply mixing the filtrates obtained by twice decoction.
Example 6:
on the basis of the embodiment 5, in the step C, when the corn pulp and the daylily extracting solution are uniformly mixed, the corn pulp and the daylily extracting solution are also mixed with the mangosteen auxiliary material solution, the mixture is ground by a colloid mill for 30min and filtered by a 300-mesh sieve, and the filtrate is sprayed and dried to obtain the instant health-care sweet corn flour;
the preparation method of the mangosteen auxiliary material liquid comprises the following steps:
c1, blanching mangosteen pulp in boiling water for 8-10s, taking out, quickly freezing for 8h, taking out, mixing with magnetized water of 40-50 ℃ according to the weight ratio of 1:5, thawing, grinding the pulp for 30min, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain mangosteen pulp, wherein the usage amount of the mangosteen pulp is 1/8 of the weight of the sweet corn grains;
c2, mixing the arrowleaf bamboo leaves, the dendrobium officinale, the jasmine flowers and the tartary buckwheat tea according to a weight ratio of 2:1:2:1 to obtain a first mixture, placing the first mixture in boiling water for blanching for 5-8s, filtering, quickly freezing the filtered substance for 12h, then mixing the quickly frozen substance with magnetized water according to a weight ratio of 1:15, boiling for 30min, filtering to obtain a filtrate to obtain a first mixed solution, quickly freezing the filtered substance for 8h, taking out, then mixing the quickly frozen substance with the magnetized water according to a weight ratio of 1:12, boiling for 20min, filtering to obtain a filtrate to obtain a second mixed solution, wherein the usage amount of the first mixture and the mangosteen flesh is 2:1 according to a weight ratio;
and C3, mixing the mangosteen pulp with the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution, homogenizing for 35min by a colloid mill, and filtering by a 300-mesh sieve to obtain the mangosteen auxiliary material liquid.
Wherein the temperature of quick freezing is-30 ℃.
Comparative example 1:
an instant health-care sweet corn flour comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of sweet corn kernels and 1.5 parts of day lily.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) peeling sweet corn, blanching to inactivate enzyme, cooling, centrifuging to dewater, drying at low temperature, grinding with micro powder of 300 mesh to obtain corn powder;
2) decocting flos Hemerocallis for 8-10min, dewatering, drying, and pulverizing to obtain flos Hemerocallis powder;
3) mixing the corn flour and the daylily powder to obtain the instant health-care sweet corn flour.
In order to illustrate the beneficial effects of the instant health-care corn flour, the inventor of the invention tests the instant health-care corn flour according to the instant solubility and the mouthfeel and efficacy of the product, and the specific method is as follows:
experiment I, aiming at the instant health-care sweet corn flour prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative example 1, the sweet corn flour is brewed by using boiling water, the consumption of the sweet corn flour is the same as that of the boiling water, the container and the stirring spoon used for brewing are also the same, the sweet corn flour is brewed by the same person, the dissolution state of the sweet corn flour within 5 seconds after brewing and the taste sense after uniform stirring are counted, and the result is shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the corn flours prepared in examples 4-6 have good instant properties, no grainy feel, soft mouthfeel, and good palatability. The instant health-care sweet corn flour in the comparative example 1 is obtained by mixing the corn flour obtained by drying and crushing and the day lily powder, the raw materials are fully utilized, but the taste is poor, and the appearance shape of the corn flour product prepared by brewing is poor.
Experiment II, the inventor carries out effect statistics on the corn flour prepared by the methods of examples 3-6 and comparative example 1 after the corn flour is eaten by the puerpera suffering from mild depression, specifically, the degree of depression, the sleep condition and the milk quantity of the puerpera after the puerpera insists on eating for 1 month (1 time per day), and the specific results are shown in a table 2.

It can be seen from table 2 that the depression condition can be improved by eating daylily, but many consumers do not like to eat daylily, if like comparative example 1, daylily is directly and completely added into corn flour to prepare an instant product, the mouth feel is poor, the instant property is poor, and the purchase is not directly caused by consumers, if common twice-decoction filtrate is adopted and is combined into corn steep liquor, the depression condition of the finally prepared corn flour is improved slightly after long-term eating, and the sleep and milk amount are not improved obviously, as in example 3, but the daylily extract prepared by the method of example 5 has the advantages that the depression condition of the puerpera is obviously improved after long-term eating, the sleep and milk amount are also greatly improved, and example 6 adds mangosteen auxiliary liquid on the basis of example 5, the depression of the puerpera is basically eliminated after long-term eating the final product, and the sleep quality is obviously improved, the milk quantity is also greatly increased.

1. The preparation method of the instant health-care sweet corn flour is characterized in that the sweet corn flour is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of sweet corn kernels and 1-2 parts of day lily;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
A. preparing the sweet corn kernels in parts by weight into corn pulp;
B. decocting and filtering the day lily in parts by weight twice, and combining filtrates to obtain a day lily extract;
C. mixing the corn slurry and flos Hemerocallis extract, and spray drying to obtain instant sweet corn flour;
the specific process for preparing the corn steep liquor from the sweet corn kernels in the step A comprises the following steps:
a1, placing sweet corn kernels in boiling water to boil for 8min, filtering, immediately placing in a quick-freezing chamber to quickly freeze for 12h for the first time, taking out the sweet corn kernels subjected to quick-freezing for the first time, placing in the boiling water to boil for 5min again, filtering, immediately placing in the quick-freezing chamber to quickly freeze for 9h for the second time, taking out the sweet corn kernels subjected to quick-freezing for the second time, placing in the boiling water to boil for 3min again, filtering, immediately placing in the quick-freezing chamber to quickly freeze for the third time for 6h, taking out the sweet corn kernels subjected to quick-freezing for the third time, mixing the sweet corn kernels and the boiling water according to the weight ratio of 1:10, boiling for 15min, and grinding and filtering;
a2, cooling corn grit, putting the cooled corn grit into an upper open container with the height of 30-50cm, stirring for 30min by a stirrer, specifically alternately stirring for 2min at 300r/min and 3min at 60r/min, uniformly putting the corn grit into an open container with the height of less than 5cm, pricking a plurality of holes with the depth of 2-3cm on the surface of the corn grit by a wood strip with the diameter of 1mm, inoculating a mixed strain with the weight of 0.5% of the weight of the mixed strain on the surface of the corn grit, and fermenting for 6-8h at 38-40 ℃, wherein the mixed strain consists of bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis in a weight ratio of 3: 1;
a3, stir-frying the fermented corn grit at 95-100 ℃ for 8min, mixing the corn grit with magnetized water according to the weight ratio of 1:8, grinding the mixture by a refiner for 30min, and filtering the mixture to obtain a corn grit filtrate;
a4, mixing the corn grit filtrate with corn juice to obtain corn slurry;
the preparation method of the broccoli extracting solution in the step B comprises the following steps:
b1, cutting daylily into small segments of 0.5-1cm, stir-frying for 5min at 95-100 ℃, blanching for 15-20s in boiling water, taking out, and quickly freezing in a quick freezing chamber for 12 h;
b2, mixing the daylily frozen at the medium speed of B1 with magnetized water at the temperature of 100 ℃ according to the weight ratio of 1:8, boiling for 25min, filtering to obtain a first decoction, and immediately placing the daylily in a quick freezing chamber for quick freezing for 10 h;
b3, taking out the quick-frozen daylily in the B2, mixing the daylily with 100 ℃ magnetized water according to the weight ratio of 1:8, boiling for 15min, and filtering to obtain a second decoction;
and B4, combining the first decoction and the second decoction to obtain the day lily extract.
2. The method for preparing instant health sweet corn flour as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step C, when the corn steep liquor and the daylily extract are mixed, the corn steep liquor and the mangosteen auxiliary material liquor are mixed, the mixture is ground by a colloid mill for 30min and filtered by 300 meshes, and the filtrate is spray-dried to obtain instant health sweet corn flour;
the preparation method of the mangosteen auxiliary material liquid comprises the following steps:
c1, blanching mangosteen pulp in boiling water for 8-10s, taking out, quickly freezing for 8h, taking out, mixing with magnetized water of 40-50 ℃ according to the weight ratio of 1:5, thawing, grinding the pulp for 30min, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain mangosteen pulp, wherein the usage amount of the mangosteen pulp is 1/8 of the weight of the sweet corn grains;
c2, mixing the arrowleaf bamboo leaves, the dendrobium officinale, the jasmine flowers and the tartary buckwheat tea according to a weight ratio of 2:1:2:1 to obtain a first mixture, placing the first mixture in boiling water for blanching for 5-8s, filtering, quickly freezing the filtered substance for 12h, then mixing the quickly frozen substance with magnetized water according to a weight ratio of 1:15, boiling for 30min, filtering to obtain a filtrate to obtain a first mixed solution, quickly freezing the filtered substance for 8h, taking out, then mixing the quickly frozen substance with the magnetized water according to a weight ratio of 1:12, boiling for 20min, filtering to obtain a filtrate to obtain a second mixed solution, wherein the usage amount of the first mixture and the mangosteen flesh is 2:1 according to a weight ratio;
and C3, mixing the mangosteen pulp with the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution, homogenizing for 35min by a colloid mill, and filtering by a 300-mesh sieve to obtain the mangosteen auxiliary material liquid.
3. The method of producing instant health sweet corn flour as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the temperature of the quick freezing is-30 ℃.
