Abstract
The invention discloses a mud collecting device for a sunlight drying room, and relates to the field of solid waste treatment. The mud collecting device comprises a moving unit, a material collecting unit and a conveying unit. The motion unit is used for installing a foundation and driving the mud collecting device to move so that the mud collecting device moves to any position in the sunlight drying room. The material receiving unit is arranged at the moving unit and provided with movement by the moving unit and is used for collecting the dried sludge and carrying the dried sludge to the conveying unit. The conveying unit is arranged on one side of the moving unit and along the whole moving stroke of the receiving unit and is used for receiving and conveying out the sludge conveyed by the receiving unit. The invention is an automatic device, so that the invention is used for collecting mud, and workers do not need to enter a sunlight drying room, thus greatly reducing the number of labor personnel and the operation cost; the injury to human body is reduced, and the method is more humanized. Background
With the strengthening of the national water pollution treatment, the sludge disposal problem is increasingly revealed and emphasized. The existing treatment modes include sludge composting treatment, auxiliary combustion treatment, landfill treatment, sludge drying treatment and the like. The movement unit 10 is used for the installation foundation of the mud collecting device 1 and driving the mud collecting device 1 to move so that the mud collecting device 1 moves to any position in the sunlight drying room. The receiving unit 20 is installed at the moving unit 10 and is provided with a movement by the moving unit 10 for collecting the dried sludge and carrying it to the transporting unit 30. The conveying unit 30 is disposed at one side of the moving unit 10 and disposed along the entire moving stroke of the receiving unit 20, and is used to receive and convey the sludge conveyed by the receiving unit 20. The conveying unit 30 works while the sludge collecting device 1 is operated, and can receive and convey sludge at all positions.
The sludge collecting device 1 of the invention reaches any position of the sunlight drying room where sludge is required to be collected through the movement unit 10, the dried sludge is collected through the material collecting unit 20 and carried to the transmission unit, and the transmission of the sludge is completed through the transmission unit 30, so that the sludge collecting device 1 for the sunlight drying room is an automatic device, and the sludge is collected by the invention, and as workers do not need to enter the sunlight drying room, the number of labor personnel can be greatly reduced, and the operation cost is reduced; the injury to human body is reduced, and the method is more humanized. In this embodiment, the movement unit 10 includes: a longitudinal movement unit 11 and a lateral movement unit 12. The longitudinal movement unit 11 is used for the installation foundation of the mud collecting device 1 and drives the mud collecting device 1 to perform longitudinal movement. The transverse movement unit 12 is fixedly arranged at the longitudinal movement unit 11 and is used for installing the base of the material receiving unit 20 and driving the material receiving unit 20 to transversely move.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the longitudinal movement unit 11 includes: at least two longitudinal supports 111, at least two wheels 112, at least two platforms 113 and at least one longitudinal drive motor 113. At least two longitudinal supports 111 are arranged in parallel and separated condition, each longitudinal support 111 being used for the installation foundation of the mud collecting device 1 and the lateral movement unit 12. In this embodiment, two longitudinal supports 111 are provided, however, in other embodiments, the number of longitudinal supports 111 may be three, four, etc., depending on the bearing state. At least two wheels 112 are correspondingly arranged below the at least two longitudinal supports 111, and each wheel 112 can rotate relative to the corresponding longitudinal support 111 and is used for driving the mud collecting device 1 to longitudinally move. In this embodiment, four wheels 112 are provided, one wheel 112 being provided at each end of the longitudinal support 111. Of course, in other embodiments, there may be two wheels 112, six wheels 112, etc. even numbers, depending on the exercise requirements. At least one longitudinal drive motor 113 is coupled to one wheel 112 of the at least two wheels 112 for driving the at least two wheels 112 in motion. In this embodiment, one of the wheels 112 is used as a driving wheel, and the other wheels 112 are driven wheels, however, in other embodiments, all the wheels 112 may be used as driving wheels and driven by corresponding longitudinal driving motors 113.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the lateral movement unit 12 includes: two cross beams 121, two transverse rails 122, a frame 123 and a transverse drive motor 124. The two cross beams 121 are parallel and separated and correspondingly erected at the at least two longitudinal supports 111 for supporting the lateral movement unit 12. Two transverse rails 122 are correspondingly installed at the two cross beams 121, and are used for providing motion guidance for the transverse motion unit 12. A frame 123 is mounted at the two transverse rails 122 and is slidable relative thereto. A transverse driving motor 124 is mounted to the frame 123 for driving the frame 123 to slide along the two transverse rails 122.
In the present embodiment, the operation of the movement unit 10: the longitudinal movement unit 11 drives the material receiving unit 20 and the conveying unit 30 to longitudinally move in the sunlight drying room, and the transverse movement unit 12 drives the material receiving unit 20 to transversely move in the sunlight drying room, so that the two-dimensional operation of the mud receiving device 1 in the sunlight drying room is realized, and the mud receiving device 1 can reach any position in the sunlight drying room.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the longitudinal driving motor 113 and the transverse driving motor 124 are variable frequency driving motors, so that each position in the sunlight drying room can be reached stably, soft start and soft stop can be realized, impact on the structure is reduced, and noise is reduced.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the material receiving unit 20 is mounted at the lateral movement unit 12 and is movable laterally with the lateral movement unit 12. Further, the receiving unit 20 comprises a receiver 21 for collecting and releasing the sludge.
Still further, the conveying unit 30 includes: screw conveyor 31 and belt conveyor. A screw conveyor 31 is provided at one side of the lateral movement unit 12 and is arranged along the entire movement stroke of the receiving unit 20 for receiving and lifting sludge carried by the receiving unit 20. A belt conveyor is installed at the end of the screw conveyor 31 for conveying out the sludge. In the embodiment, the spiral conveyor 31 is adopted to convey the sludge, so that the overall stability is improved; on the other hand, the method is suitable for the process with high mud inlet water content and low mud outlet water content, and solves the problem that the same collecting hopper cannot be used together due to large water content difference in the prior art.
Further, in this embodiment, the sludge collecting device 1 further includes a throwing unit 40, which is installed at the moving unit, for throwing sludge to accelerate sludge drying. More specifically, the flip unit 40 is installed at the lateral movement unit 12, and is driven to realize lateral movement by the lateral movement unit 12.
Still further, in this embodiment, the material receiving unit 20 further includes a lifter 22, the lifter 22 is fixed at the moving unit 10, and the material receiver 21 is suspended below the lifter 22 and can be lifted or lowered by the lifter 22, so as to lift the material receiver 21 when the throwing unit 40 is thrown, so as to avoid affecting the operation of the throwing unit 40. In this embodiment, the elevator is fixed to the frame 123 of the lateral movement unit 12.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps: the transverse movement unit 12 and the longitudinal movement unit 11 are operated to the designated positions, the lifter 22 of the material receiving unit 20 puts down the material receiving device 21 of the material receiving unit 20, the material receiving device 21 of the material receiving unit 20 starts to operate, meanwhile, the transverse movement unit 12 is operated, and the material receiving device 21 throws the collected sludge to the screw conveyer 31 of the conveying unit; the screw conveyor 31 conveys the sludge to the belt conveyor for discharge.
By using the mud collecting device 1, mud collecting and throwing turning are more intelligent, and mud at any position can be collected at will and required positions can be thrown and turned at will. In addition, the invention is suitable for the process with high mud inlet water content and low mud outlet water content, and solves the problems that the same collecting hopper cannot be used due to large water content difference and further the material cannot be collected.
It should be noted that the structures and functions of the frame, the receiver, the lifter, the screw conveyor, the belt conveyor, and the throwing unit in the embodiments are known to those skilled in the art, and are not described in detail for reducing redundancy.
