技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,特别涉及一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜及其制造配方。
背景技术
包装材料目前主要是薄膜与铝箔,与聚乙烯等材料,通过胶水的粘合组合成一种三层或四层的包装材料,此种包装材料应用领域广泛,市场容量巨大。主要特点是性能稳定,易于加工,各种生产包装企业基本都具备相关的生产或加工能力。
目前,公告号为CN2560582Y的中国专利公开了一种高阻隔镀铝复合膜,它包括印刷面料层胶粘层、镀铝层、镀铝基膜和热封层组成,镀铝层和镀铝基膜之间置有一层专用涂层,镀铝层、转动涂层和镀铝基材组成高阻隔镀铝膜。
这种高阻隔镀铝复合膜虽然使用时不会造成铝层庄毅,阻隔性能好,但是其往往在高阻隔性的情况下,撕裂性能较差,不易被使用者撕开。
发明内容
本发明的一目的是提供一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜,其具有在高阻隔性的前提下,具有较好撕裂性能的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜,包括外层、珠光复合层及内层,所述外层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层,所述珠光复合层包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层底部贴附的真空镀铝层、位于真空镀铝层底部的多层共挤聚丙烯基层、位于多层共挤聚丙烯基层底部的非热封层及位于非热封层底部的第一处理层,所述内层包括位于第一处理层底部的第二处理层、位于第二处理层下方的易撕层及位于易撕层底部的热封层。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用珠光复合层来代替传统结构中的纯铝及PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),而使用在PET上进行镀铝形成真空镀铝层可以使得产品具有遮光,高阻湿阻氧效果,并且材料密度较低,不易起折痕,同时该材料为多层共挤出材料,非镀铝面采用可热封性材料,提高了表面能,能极好的与其它材料复合,并且强度较好,同时使用真空镀铝层可以有效的减少铝箔的使用,降低了资源的消耗,解决了在没有铝箔的情况下,阻隔性不变的技术问题,并对传统结构中容易起折痕的问题进行有效的解决,提高了产品的易撕性。
进一步设置:所述第一处理层为聚丙烯层,所述第二处理层为共挤聚乙烯热封层。
通过采用上述技术方案,聚丙烯无毒、无味,密度小,强度、刚度、硬度耐热性均优于低压聚乙烯,可在100℃左右使用。具有良好的介电性能和高频绝缘性且不受湿度影响;三层共挤流延聚乙烯薄膜,简称CPE型薄膜,是以不同类型的聚乙烯原料经三层共挤流延而成的,薄膜具有适宜的摩擦系数,良好的透明度,热粘性及抗污染热封性能。
进一步设置:所述热封层由茂金属PE树脂制成。
通过采用上述技术方案,茂金属PE树脂具有较低的熔点和明显的熔区,并且在 韧性、透明度、热粘性、热封温度、低气味方面等明显优于传统聚乙烯,可用于生产重包装袋、金属垃圾箱内衬、食品包装、拉伸薄膜等。
进一步设置:所述第二处理层、易撕层及热封层厚度比为3:4:3。
通过采用上述技术方案,此厚度比例可以较好的解决传统结构中容易起折痕的问题。
进一步设置:所述外层、珠光复合层及内层的厚度比为9:6:50。
通过采用上述技术方案,在不使用铝箔的情况下,该厚度比例可以使得整个产品整体有较高的阻隔性前提下,易撕性能较好。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜的制造配方,其具有可以有效的制造出在高阻隔性的前提下,具有较好撕裂性能复合膜的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜的制造配方,包括所述第二处理层的主要材料重量份数如下:密度为0.918的低密度聚乙烯1份;密度为0.9线性低密度聚乙烯1份;所述易撕层的主要材料重量份数如下:低密度聚乙烯2份;聚合物多元醇1份;线性低密度聚乙烯2份;所述热封层主要材料重量份数如下:低密度聚乙烯2份;茂金属聚乙烯3份。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用上述配方制成的产品,具有遮光,高阻湿阻氧效果,并且材料密度较低,不易起折痕,同时该材料为多层共挤出材料,非镀铝面采用可热封性材料,提高了表面能,能极好的与其它材料复合,并且强度较好。内层材料常用的聚乙烯PE材料具有密封强度好,易撕,耐介质等优点。其中,三层厚度比例按第二处理层:易撕层:热封层=30:40:30设计,第二处理层配方为LDPE:LLDPE=50:50混和,前者选用密度0.918的高压聚乙烯,后者选用0.912的线性聚乙烯;易撕层配方为:LDPE:POP:LLDPE=40:20:40; 热封层配方按LDPE:MLLDPE=40:60设计;以上配方的设计,使得材料既达到了易撕性又具备了可靠的热封性。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:其具有节省了铝箔的应用,降低了资源消耗,解决了在没有铝箔的情况下,阻隔性不变的技术问题;解决了传统结构中容易起折痕的问题;简化了结构和工艺,成本降低;提高了产品的易撕性。

实施例1:一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜,如图1所示,包括外层9、珠光复合层10及内层11,其中内层11为底部的热封层8,在热封层8上方设有的易撕层7,位于易撕层7上方的第二处理层6,第二处理层6主要为共挤聚乙烯热封层。
内层11的上方为珠光复合层10,包括在第二处理层6上方设有第一处理层5,第一处理层5为聚丙烯层。位于第一处理层5上方的非热封层4,位于非热封层4上方的多层共挤聚丙烯基层3,位于多层共挤聚丙烯基层3上方的真空镀铝层2。外层9则为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层(PET)1。
其主要工作原理如下:采用高阻隔镀铝珠光膜来代替传统结构中的纯铝及PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),该镀铝材料,具有遮光,高阻湿阻氧效果,并且材料密度较低,不易起折痕,同时该材料为多层共挤出材料,非镀铝面采用可热封性材料,提高了表面能,能极好的与其它材料复合,并且强度较好。内层11材料常用的聚乙烯PE材料具有密封强度好,易撕,耐介质等优点。其中,三层厚度比例按第二处理层6:易撕层7:热封层8=30:40:30设计,第二处理层6配方为LDPE:LLDPE=50:50混和,前者选用密度0.918的高压聚乙烯,后者选用0.912的线性聚乙烯;易撕层7配方为:LDPE:POP:LLDPE=40:20:40; 热封层8配方按LDPE:MLLDPE=40:60设计。以上配方的设计,使得材料既达到了易撕性又具备了可靠的热封性,有效节约资源,降低成本,简化工艺,提高包装性能。
当在使用过程中外层9作为印刷层,珠光复合层10为一种多层材料组成的高阻隔镀铝聚丙烯材料,并带有特殊的珠光效果,具有优良的阻湿阻氧性能,并对非镀铝面内复合接触层做电晕处理,以达到良好的复合强度,该层材料具有较好的易撕裂效果;内层11为三层共挤聚乙烯热封层,中间选高密度材料,使整体材料具备较好的挺度和易撕效果,同时对复合层做电晕处理,并对第二处理层6在配方上添加适量的聚氨酯树脂,以达到较好的复合强度,最内热封层8则选用茂金属PE树脂,起到制袋时热封作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜,其特征在于:包括外层(9)、珠光复合层(10)及内层(11),所述外层(9)为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层(1),所述珠光复合层(10)包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层(1)底部贴附的真空镀铝层(2)、位于真空镀铝层(2)底部的多层共挤聚丙烯基层(3)、位于多层共挤聚丙烯基层(3)底部的非热封层(4)及位于非热封层(4)底部的第一处理层(5),所述内层(11)包括位于第一处理层(5)底部的第二处理层(6)、位于第二处理层(6)下方的易撕层(7)及位于易撕层(7)底部的热封层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜,其特征在于:所述第一处理层(5)为聚丙烯层,所述第二处理层(6)为共挤聚乙烯热封层(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜,其特征在于:所述热封层(8)由茂金属PE树脂制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜,其特征在于:所述第二处理层(6)、易撕层(7)及热封层(8)厚度比为3:4:3。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜,其特征在于:所述外层(9)、珠光复合层(10)及内层(11)的厚度比为9:6:50。
6.根据权利要求1~4所述的一种高阻隔易撕珠光复合膜的制造配方,其特征在于:所述第二处理层(6)的主要材料重量份数如下:密度为0.918的低密度聚乙烯1份;密度为0.9线性低密度聚乙烯1份;所述易撕层(7)的主要材料重量份数如下:低密度聚乙烯2份;聚合物多元醇1份;线性低密度聚乙烯2份;所述热封层(8)主要材料重量份数如下:低密度聚乙烯2份;茂金属聚乙烯3份。
