本发明公开了一种用于废旧塑料的破碎装置,箱体顶部设有气缸;箱体内设有水平的压板;气缸驱动压板上下运动;压板下表面设有锯齿;压板下方设有旋转轴;旋转轴设有两个,在同一水平面上左右布置;旋转轴两端与箱体侧壁转动连接;旋转轴上均设有破碎刀组,两个破碎刀组之间设有间隙;破碎刀组下方设有弧形筛板;筛板下方设有导料板;导料板倾斜设置,导料板与箱体底部之间设有弹簧;导料板下表面设有振动电机;本发明通过压板的向下运动,可减小废旧塑料的运动空间,并通过设置的锯齿和破碎刀组的相互配合,使塑料在破碎装置内被快速破碎,提高破碎效率和效果;同时设置有可振动的导料板,方便收集破碎后的塑料原料。

一种用于废旧塑料的破碎装置
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料生产加工领域,具体是涉及一种用于废旧塑料的破碎装置。
背景技术
目前,大部分的塑料回收加工再利用过程中都要用到破碎装置。通过破碎装置破碎后得到的原料,经过处理后直接供挤出机或者注塑机使用。破碎装置主要是通过破碎刀的高速旋转来切割塑料,并经过筛板过滤以筛选出尺寸符合要求的原料。在实际的破碎过程中,塑料会在破碎装置工作腔室内上下翻滚,停留时间较长,不能很快完成破碎工作,其次,由于破碎后的塑料原料为细小状,收集不方便。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种用于废旧塑料的破碎装置,该装置通过减少塑料的运动空间,可提高破碎效率,且收料方便。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种用于废旧塑料的破碎装置,包括箱体,所述箱体侧面上方设有进料口,顶部设有气缸;所述箱体内设有水平的压板;所述气缸活塞杆穿过箱体顶部,并与压板固定相连,驱动压板上下运动;所述压板下表面设有均匀分布的锯齿;所述压板下方设有旋转轴;所述旋转轴为两个,在同一水平面上左右布置;所述旋转轴两端与箱体侧壁通过轴承转动连接;所述旋转轴上均设有破碎刀组,两个破碎刀组之间设有间隙;所述旋转轴上在箱体外侧设有相互啮合的齿轮组;所述箱体上设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机与齿轮组相连,驱动齿轮组转动;所述破碎刀组下方设有向下凹陷的弧形筛板;所述筛板与箱体侧壁固定连接,筛板靠近破碎刀组底部;所述筛板下方设有导料板;所述导料板倾斜设置,导料板与箱体底部之间设有弹簧;所述弹簧一端与导料板固定连接,另一端与箱体底部固定连接;所述导料板下表面设有振动电机;所述箱体侧壁上在导料板倾斜下端设有出料口。
进一步的:所述箱体内壁上位于破碎刀组上方设有阻止压板向下运动的止挡块。
进一步的:所述振动电机设有两个,分别固定在导料板倾斜上端和倾斜下端的下表面。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的用于废旧塑料的破碎装置,通过压板的向下运动,可减小废旧塑料的运动空间,并通过设置的锯齿和破碎刀组的相互配合,使塑料在破碎装置内被快速破碎,提高破碎效率和效果;同时设置有可振动的导料板,方便收集破碎后的塑料原料。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1、2所示为本发明所述的一种用于废旧塑料的破碎装置,包括箱体1,箱体1侧面上方设有进料口11,顶部设有气缸3;箱体1设有水平的压板2;气缸3活塞杆穿过箱体1顶部,并与压板2固定相连,驱动压板2上下运动;压板2下表面设有均匀分布的锯齿21;锯齿21可撕裂或刺破废旧的塑料;压板2下方设有旋转轴4;旋转轴4为两个,在同一水平面上左右布置;旋转轴4两端与箱体1侧壁通过轴承转动连接;两个旋转轴4上均设有破碎刀组41,两个破碎刀组41之间设有间隙;两个旋转轴4上在箱体1外侧设有相互啮合的齿轮组8;箱体1上设有驱动电机9;驱动电机9与齿轮组8相连,驱动齿轮组8转动;破碎刀组41下方设有向下凹陷的弧形筛板5;筛板5与箱体1侧壁固定连接,筛板5靠近破碎刀组41底部;筛板5下方设有导料板6;导料板6倾斜设置,导料板6与箱体1底部之间设有多个弹簧62;弹簧62一端与导料板6固定连接,另一端与箱体1底部固定连接;导料板6下表面设有提供振动源的振动电机61;振动电机61设有两个,分别固定在导料板1倾斜上端和倾斜下端的下表面;箱体1侧壁上在导料板6倾斜下端设有出料口12。为防止压板2碰撞破碎刀组41,在箱体1内壁上位于破碎刀组41上方设有阻止压板2向下运动的止挡块7。
使用时,废旧塑料从进料口11进入;并在破碎刀组41的作用下不断破碎,驱动压板2向下运动,挤压塑料的运动空间,使塑料可更频繁接触破碎刀组41,并被破碎;此时压板2上的锯齿21,在废旧塑料运动过程中,不断撕裂塑料,可促进废旧塑料更好的被破碎。粉碎后的塑料原料从筛板5中落下到导料板6中,通过导料板6不断的振动,塑料原料从出料口12出来。
本实施例的用于废旧塑料的破碎装置,通过压板的向下运动,可减小废旧塑料的运动空间,并通过设置的锯齿和破碎刀组的相互配合,使塑料在破碎装置内被快速破碎,提高破碎效率和效果;同时设置有可振动的导料板,方便收集破碎后的塑料原料。

1.一种用于废旧塑料的破碎装置,包括箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体侧面上方设有进料口,顶部设有气缸;所述箱体内设有水平的压板;所述气缸活塞杆穿过箱体顶部,并与压板固定相连,驱动压板上下运动;所述压板下表面设有均匀分布的锯齿;所述压板下方设有旋转轴;所述旋转轴设有两个,位于同一水平面上;所述旋转轴两端与箱体侧壁通过轴承转动连接;所述旋转轴上均设有破碎刀组,两个破碎刀组之间设有间隙;所述旋转轴上在箱体外侧设有相互啮合的齿轮组;所述箱体上设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机与齿轮组相连,驱动齿轮组转动;所述破碎刀组下方设有向下凹陷的弧形筛板;所述筛板与箱体侧壁固定连接,筛板靠近破碎刀组底部;所述筛板下方设有导料板;所述导料板倾斜设置,导料板与箱体底部之间设有弹簧;所述弹簧一端与导料板固定连接,另一端与箱体底部固定连接;所述导料板下表面设有振动电机;所述箱体侧壁上在导料板倾斜下端设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废旧塑料的破碎装置,其特征在于:所述箱体内壁上位于破碎刀组上方设有阻止压板向下运动的止挡块。
