Abstract

一种偏光片切割装置,包括:偏光片裁切平台,用于放置待切割的偏光片;切割模块,切割模块设置在偏光片裁切平台的上方,切割模块上设置有朝向偏光片裁切平台的切割刀,切割刀包括固定在切割模块上的弹性压板和依据偏光片尺寸设置的多列切割刃,多列切割刃从弹性压板中露出,切割模块驱动切割刀向偏光片裁切平台方向移动切割偏光片。根据偏光片的规格调节调节板之间的距离,让偏光片平稳地放入到光片裁切平台中,切割模块上的切割刀进行切割。通过设置一个设有密集排列切割刃的切割刀,切割刃从弹性压板中露出,弹性压板中设有防止偏光片粘在裁切模具上的吹气孔。垫片起到缓冲的作用,卡合口方便拿取,其结构简单,使用方便,裁切精确度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及偏光片领域,具体涉及一种偏光片切割装置。
背景技术
偏光片的全称应该是偏振光片,液晶显示器的成像必须依靠偏振光,所有的液晶都有前后两片偏振光片紧贴在液晶玻璃,组成总厚度1mm左右的液晶片。如果少了任何一张偏光片,液晶片都是不能显示图像的。传统偏光片的切割主要是使用全自动大型冲切设备对偏光片进行冲切,这种方式比较普遍。但是这样的切割方式,使用的冲切设备本身比较昂贵,切割过程中使用的磨具等辅料成本也较高,因此导致切割成本较高。所以需要对切割模块进行改进。
发明内容
一种偏光片切割装置,包括:偏光片裁切平台,用于放置待切割的偏光片;切割模块,所述切割模块设置在偏光片裁切平台的上方,所述切割模块上设置有朝向偏光片裁切平台的切割刀,所述切割刀包括固定在切割模块上的弹性压板,以及依据偏光片尺寸设置的多列切割刃,且所述多列切割刃从弹性压板中露出,所述切割模块驱动切割刀向偏光片裁切平台方向移动切割偏光片,其中,在偏光片裁切平台上设置有放置偏光片的放置凹槽,并且,放置凹槽的侧面具有镂空结构,在偏光片裁切平台的下方设置有吸尘器,在所述吸尘器的下方设置有集尘箱,通过吸尘器将裁切过程中的灰尘吸入所述集尘箱内。
优选地,所述弹性压板中设置有能够防止偏光片粘在切割刃上的吹气孔,所述吹气孔通过管路与外接气源连接。
优选地,在放置凹槽的底面上设置有吸附待裁切偏光片的真空吸附孔,所述真空吸附孔与真空发生器连接。
优选地,在所述切割刀的上方设置有红外线感应器,所述偏光片裁切平台上设置有与红外线感应器相对应的红外线接收器。
优选地,所述放置凹槽的两端设置有调节放置偏光片区域宽度的调节板。
优选地,所述集尘箱采用卡扣连接在偏光片裁切平台的下方。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图来描述本发明所述的偏光片切割装置的实施例。本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式或其组合对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,附图和描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。此外,在本说明书中,附图未按比例画出,并且相同的附图标记表示相同的部分。
参阅图1和图2所示的一种偏光片切割装置,包括偏光片裁切平台1以及位于偏光片裁切平台1上方的切割模块5。所述的切割模块5上设置有切割刀4。如图1所示,切割模块5水平延伸出切割刀4。如图3所示,所述切割刀4包括固定在切割模块5上的弹性压板41,以及依据偏光片尺寸设置的密集排列的多列切割刃42,多列切割刃42从弹性压板41中露出。该切割刀4可同时切割出多片偏光片。在切割的时候,弹性压板41压在偏光片上,能够保证切割准确。
偏光片裁切平台1的中央设置有放置凹槽7,放置凹槽7可以是矩形。在放置凹槽7内可以放置待切割的偏光片100。并且,放置凹槽7的侧面具有镂空结构(未示出),以便于裁切过程中的灰尘从该镂空结构落入偏光片裁切平台1的下方。
在一个可选实施例中,所述的切割刀4的上方设置有红外线感应器6;所述的偏光片裁切平台1上设置有与红外线感应器6相应的红外线接收器3。
在一个可选实施例中,在偏光片裁切平台1的下方设置有吸尘器11,该吸尘器11可以通过放置凹槽7侧面的镂空结构71将灰尘吸引下来。
在一个可选实施例中,所述的吸尘器11的下方设置有集尘箱10,从吸尘器11吸引过来的灰尘落入集尘箱10内。
在一个可选实施例中,所述的集尘箱10的上部设置有卡合口13,用于将集尘箱10安装在偏光片裁切平台1的下方。
在一个可选实施例中,所述的放置凹槽7的两端设置有调节放置偏光片区域宽度的调节板2。
在一个可选实施例中,如图4所示,所述弹性压板41中设置有能够防止偏光片粘在切割刃42上的吹气孔43,所述吹气孔43连接有压缩空气输入管44,压缩空气输入管与外接气源连接。
在一个可选实施例中,如图4所示,在放置凹槽7上还设有能够吸附待裁切偏光片材的真空吸附孔45,所述真空吸附孔45与真空发生器(未示出)连接。
本发明根据偏光片的规格调节调节板之间的距离,让偏光片平稳地放入到光片裁切平台中,切割模块上的切割刀进行切割。通过设置一个设有密集排列切割刃的切割刀,切割刃从弹性压板中露出,弹性压板中设有防止偏光片粘在裁切模具上的吹气孔。红外线感应器和相应的红外线接收器可以在接收红外线时判断对准的角度,增加切割的精确性,垫片可以起到一定的缓冲的作用,防止切破面板,集尘箱采用卡合口与方便拿取,其结构简单,使用方便,操作简单,使用寿命长,成本低,裁切精确度高,有效除尘。

Claims (6)

1.一种偏光片切割装置,其特征在于,包括:
偏光片裁切平台,用于放置待切割的偏光片;
切割模块,所述切割模块设置在偏光片裁切平台的上方,所述切割模块上设置有朝向偏光片裁切平台的切割刀,所述切割刀包括固定在切割模块上的弹性压板,以及依据偏光片尺寸设置的多列切割刃,且所述多列切割刃从弹性压板中露出,
所述切割模块驱动切割刀向偏光片裁切平台方向移动切割偏光片,
其中,在偏光片裁切平台上设置有放置偏光片的放置凹槽,并且,放置凹槽的侧面具有镂空结构,在偏光片裁切平台的下方设置有吸尘器,在所述吸尘器的下方设置有集尘箱,通过吸尘器将裁切过程中的灰尘吸入所述集尘箱内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的偏光片切割装置,其特征在于,所述弹性压板中设置有能够防止偏光片粘在切割刃上的吹气孔,所述吹气孔通过管路与外接气源连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的偏光片切割装置,其特征在于,在放置凹槽的底面上设置有吸附待裁切偏光片的真空吸附孔,所述真空吸附孔与真空发生器连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的偏光片切割装置,其特征在于,在所述切割刀的上方设置有红外线感应器,所述偏光片裁切平台上设置有与红外线感应器相对应的红外线接收器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的偏光片切割装置,其特征在于,所述放置凹槽的两端设置有调节放置偏光片区域宽度的调节板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的偏光片切割装置,其特征在于,所述集尘箱采用卡扣连接在偏光片裁切平台的下方。
