本发明公开了一种圆振筛,其结构是:筛架的上方安装有振动体,振动体依靠振动电机带动,在振动体的上方设有底框,底框的上方设有中框,中框的上方设有上框,上框的顶部设有防尘盖;在防尘盖与上框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫,在上框与中框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫,在中框与底框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫;预留卡的外部箍有束环;所述筛框的结构为外环形筛框与内环形筛框之间通过连接管连接,外环形筛框、内环形筛框以及连接管均为空心结构。本发明的有益效果是能够节省钢材,重量轻便,超声波效果明显,生产效率大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及圆振筛,特别是一种结构合理的圆振筛。
背景技术
目前,现有的圆振筛的网架都是实心网架,实心网架的坏处就是重量重,浪费钢材;参振动的重量较大,不利于提高圆振筛的工效;同时现有圆振筛的密封效果较为一般,露料的现象较为严重,也不利于圆振筛的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种结构合理、使用效果好的圆振筛。
本发明的技术方案是,一种圆振筛,它包括筛架,振动体,其特征在于:筛架的上方安装有振动体,振动体依靠振动电机带动,在振动体的上方设有底框,底框的上方设有中框,中框的上方设有上框,上框的顶部设有防尘盖;在防尘盖与上框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫,在上框与中框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫,在中框与底框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫;预留卡的外部箍有束环;所述筛框的结构为外环形筛框与内环形筛框之间通过连接管连接,外环形筛框、内环形筛框以及连接管均为空心结构。在底框与振动体之间设有减震弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是能够节省钢材,重量轻便,超声波效果明显,生产效率大大提高。

一种圆振筛,它包括筛架8,振动体5,筛架的上方安装有振动体,振动体依靠振动电机7带动,在振动体的上方设有底框4,底框的上方设有中框3,中框的上方设有上框2,上框的顶部设有防尘盖1;在防尘盖与上框接触的部分设有预留卡12,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫10,在上框与中框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫,在中框与底框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫;预留卡的外部箍有束环9;筛框11固定在上框与中框之间,所述筛框11的结构为外环形筛框与内环形筛框之间通过连接管连接,外环形筛框13、内环形筛框15以及连接管14均为空心结构;本实施例还可以在底框与振动体之间设有减震弹簧6。
本发明结构合理、能够有效满足圆振筛的筛分需要,减少了筛框的重量,提升了筛分效率,且提升了圆振筛的密封效果,保证了圆振筛的生产质量。

1.一种圆振筛,它包括筛架,振动体,其特征在于:筛架的上方安装有振动体,振动体依靠振动电机带动,在振动体的上方设有底框,底框的上方设有中框,中框的上方设有上框,上框的顶部设有防尘盖;在防尘盖与上框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫,在上框与中框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫,在中框与底框接触的部分设有预留卡,预留卡之间设有橡胶垫;预留卡的外部箍有束环;所述筛框的结构为外环形筛框与内环形筛框之间通过连接管连接,外环形筛框、内环形筛框以及连接管均为空心结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种圆振筛,其特征在于:在底框与振动体之间设有减震弹簧。
