背景技术:
现有瓦楞纸箱使用的纸板一般需要多层粘贴形成,而粘贴需要上胶,现有的上胶装置一般是设置上下两个传动辊,纸板从两个传动辊之间挤压,在挤压中将胶液涂在纸板上,现有的胶液槽是固定不动的,而传动辊可以根据需要进行上下调节,当上传动辊与胶液槽距离过大时,就影响胶液滴落在传动辊上的均匀性和效果,从而影响后续的上胶。
而且现有的送料一般是人工送料,需要人工将纸板的端部推至两个传动辊之间夹持后,还需要人时刻扶着纸板,防止其偏移,其效率低,而且容易使操作人员沾到胶水。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种具有自动夹持输送机构的纸板上胶机,它可以实现上传动压辊和上胶槽同步提升和下降,从而保证上胶的均匀,提高上胶效果,而且其可以自动将纸板夹持并输送至两个传动辊之间实现上胶并自动拉出输送,其效率高,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种具有自动夹持输送机构的纸板上胶机,包括机架,所述机架的台板的两侧顶面固定有两个竖直板,台板的两侧底面固定有支撑板,下传动压辊的两端铰接在两个支撑板上,下传动压辊插套在台板的中部具有的长形通槽中,长形通槽的前后两端处的台板的顶面固定有两个限位条,下传动压辊的上部伸出台板的顶面,所述支撑板的外侧壁的两端均固定有移动机构,支撑板的左侧的移动机构中设有至少两个夹块,支撑板的右侧的移动机构中设有至少一个夹块,所述两个支撑板的相对的夹块的相对面上具有插槽,夹块的顶面固定有夹持气缸,夹持气缸的推杆伸入插槽并固定有压板,压板与插槽的底面相对应;
