将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—30分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，日服一剂，分2—3次服完，五天为一个疗程。
实施例3，一种治疗痛经的内服中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：天仙藤19 份、血竭18 份、淫羊藿28 份、白术18 份、吴茱萸24 份、枸杞子24份、苏木30 份、细辛22 份、肉苁蓉43 份、蒲公英44 份、红花31 份、菟丝子16 份、巴戟天21份、没药14 份、生姜6 份、砂仁25 份、肉桂19 份、白芍28 份、枳壳31 份、金银花22 份、黄柏32 份、青皮31 份、白芷6 份。
将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—30分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，日服一剂，分2—3次服完，五天为一个疗程。
病例，王某，女，39岁，患有痛经，常感觉小腹疼痛，乏力；服用本发明制备的药剂两个疗程，痛经症状完全消失。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗痛经的内服中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：天仙藤18 份、血竭16 份、淫羊藿31 份、白术17 份、吴茱萸21 份、枸杞子21 份、苏木30 份、细辛21 份、肉苁蓉38 份、蒲公英40 份、红花28 份、菟丝子18 份、巴戟天19 份、没药13 份、生姜10 份、砂仁20 份、肉桂18 份、白芍26 份、枳壳29 份、金银花22 份、黄柏35 份、青皮31 份、白芷8 份。
