将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—30分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，日服一剂，分2—3次服完，五天为一个疗程。
实施例2，一种治疗肺气肿的内服中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：土虫11份、赤芍18份、高良姜19份、麦冬17份、鸡血藤23份、桔梗33份、月季花10份、生姜20份、大青叶20份、昆布34份、鳖甲16份、黄精15份、陈皮17份、桑葚11份、石斛17份、茯苓27份、甘草21份、芦根17份、马勃18份、瓜蒌17份、泽兰17份、降香13份、胆南星26份。
将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—30分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，日服一剂，分2—3次服完，五天为一个疗程。
典型病例，经临床诊断治疗肺气肿患者共80例，年龄为74岁以上的46例，74岁以下的34例；80例患者中痊愈76例，有效的2例，无效的2例，总有效率达97.5%。
