Background
At present, for the non-operative treatment of most lumbar vertebra diseases and cervical spondylosis, traction treatment is generally needed for patients, a doctor operates a traction bed to stretch the body of the patient, the traction bed is used as a medical instrument for realizing traction by means of mechanical transmission, and the traction bed is widely applied to hospitals or medical institutions and is used for treating diseases such as cervical vertebra and lumbar disc herniation, muscular atrophy caused by walking weakness, dizziness caused by cervical vertebra compression nerves and the like. The existing traction bed is operated by a doctor, after the head, the feet, the chest or the waist of a human body are fixed, the human body is stretched by mechanical force, in the using process, the traction force cannot be correctly utilized, so that the stress on multiple side parts of the body is uneven, the patient is painful due to the traction, the patient is not favorable for rehabilitation, and the ideal effect is difficult to achieve.
The existing traction bed for treating lumbar disc herniation is characterized in that the head and the tail of a bed body are respectively provided with a bandage bracket, when in use, a bandage is tied on the neck, the armpit, the waist or the ankle of a person, the body is stretched by the elasticity of an elastic bandage, and the traction bed has a single function and can only carry out physical therapy on the body simply.
Some traction beds have a massage function, but the massage mode is generally a knocking mode, and the massage effect is not ideal.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems that the existing traction bed has single function and the massage effect of some traction beds is not ideal enough, the invention provides the massage traction bed which has high automation degree, convenient operation and obvious massage traction effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a massage traction bed, which comprises a bed frame, a traction mechanism and a massage mechanism, wherein the traction mechanism and the massage mechanism are arranged on the bed frame;
the bed frame comprises a horizontally arranged square frame, the square frame consists of two cross beams at the head and the tail of the bed and two longitudinal beams at the left and the right, and supporting legs are respectively arranged at the positions, close to the four corners, of the lower end surface of the square frame;
the traction mechanism comprises a fixed bed board and a movable bed board, wherein the fixed bed board is arranged on the bedstead and is close to the head part of the bed, the movable bed board is arranged on the bedstead and is close to the tail part of the bed, the fixed bed board and the movable bed board are sequentially arranged on the square frame, the fixed bed board is provided with a chest fixing bandage capable of being adjusted front and back, the movable bed board is provided with a waist fixing bandage, and a head fixing bandage is arranged above the fixed bed board and close to the head part of the bed.
The massage mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and a plurality of massage eccentric wheels, wherein two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively arranged on the two longitudinal beams, and the massage eccentric wheels are uniformly arranged on the rotating shaft;
a linkage bevel gear is fixedly sleeved at one end part of the rotating shaft, which is close to the end part, a servo motor is arranged on the square frame, a driving bevel gear meshed with the linkage bevel gear is arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor, and strip-shaped through holes are formed in the fixed bed plate, the movable bed plate and the parts, corresponding to the motion trail of the massage eccentric wheel, of the fixed bed plate and the movable bed plate.

the control mechanism further comprises a remote controller, and the power switch, the traction control switch, the massage position adjusting switch and the massage speed regulating knob are all arranged on the remote controller.

The working principles of the controller and the electromagnetic clutch are the prior art and are not described herein.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for physiotherapy using the massage traction table, comprising the steps of:
(1) lying and fixing: the patient lies on the traction massage bed, the position is adjusted to ensure that the waist is positioned between the fixed bed board and the movable bed board, and the waist fixing band and the chest fixing band or the head fixing band are fixed; when the chest fixing bandage is adjusted, the sliding block is pressed down to enable the teeth of the sliding block to be separated from the tooth-shaped through holes, after the front and rear positions are adjusted, the sliding block is lifted up to enable the teeth of the sliding block to be meshed with the teeth of the tooth-shaped through holes, and then the chest fixing bandage is tightened;
(2) massaging: starting the massage mechanism through the massage speed regulating knob of the control mechanism on the basis of the step (1), and regulating the massage speed through controlling the rotating speed of the servo motor according to the requirement, wherein the servo motor drives the massage eccentric wheel to massage the waist;
(3) carrying out reciprocating massage: on the basis of the step (2), the massage eccentric wheel can be adjusted backwards by controlling the massage position adjusting switch of the control mechanism, and the back is massaged; or the massage eccentric wheel can massage the back and the waist back and forth by controlling the massage position adjusting switch of the control mechanism; the motor is controlled to be started through the massage position adjusting switch, the first electromagnetic clutch is closed, the motor controls the massage eccentric wheel to move back and forth through the first screw rod, when the massage eccentric wheel moves to two ends, the fixed plate triggers the limit switch, and the motor rotates reversely under the control of the controller to drive the massage eccentric wheel to reciprocate;
(4) traction: on the basis of any step from the step (1) to the step (3), the traction control switch of the control mechanism is controlled to start the traction mechanism, so that the spine is dragged; the motor is controlled to be started through the traction control switch, the second electromagnetic clutch is closed, the motor controls the movable bed board to move back and forth through the second screw rod, the distance between the roller close to the bed tail and the limit switch positioned at the bed tail is a traction safe distance, the safety of a traction patient is protected, and the traction distance is kept by disconnecting the second electromagnetic clutch or closing the motor when the required traction distance is reached;
(5) and (3) completing: after the massage or traction is completed, the power is turned off, the head fixing band or the chest fixing band and the waist fixing band are opened, and the patient carefully and slowly gets up and gets away.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the massage traction bed of the invention adopts the design of the massage eccentric wheel while realizing the traction function, and performs rubbing type massage on the waist or the back of the human body, thus having obvious massage traction effect; in the traction process, the focus part of the patient is massaged and dredged in a matching way, so that the muscle of the patient is relaxed, and the traction treatment effect is improved; the invention has the advantages of reasonable structural design, high automation degree, strong universality, simple operation, time and labor saving and good safety, can be operated by a patient by one person, and can well meet the functions of daily treatment and health care.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a massage traction bed, which includes a bed frame, a traction mechanism and a massage mechanism, wherein the traction mechanism and the massage mechanism are disposed on the bed frame;
the bed frame comprises a horizontally arranged square frame 1, the square frame 1 consists of two cross beams at the head and the tail of the bed and two longitudinal beams at the left and the right, and supporting legs 2 are respectively arranged at the lower end surface of the square frame 1, which is close to four corners;
the traction mechanism comprises a fixed bed board 3 which is arranged on the bedstead and is close to the part of the bed head and a movable bed board 4 which is arranged on the bedstead and is close to the part of the bed tail, the fixed bed board 3 and the movable bed board 4 are sequentially arranged on the square frame 1, the fixed bed board 3 is provided with a chest fixing bandage 5 which can be adjusted forwards and backwards, and the movable bed board 4 is provided with a waist fixing bandage 6.
The massage mechanism comprises a rotating shaft 9 with two ends respectively arranged on the two longitudinal beams and a plurality of massage eccentric wheels 8 uniformly arranged on the rotating shaft 9;

The embodiment of the invention also provides a physiotherapy method using the massage traction bed, which comprises the following steps:
(1) lying and fixing: the patient lies flat on the traction massage bed, the position is adjusted to ensure that the waist is positioned between the fixed bed plate 3 and the movable bed plate 4, and the waist fixing bandage 6 and the chest fixing bandage 5 are fixed; when the chest fixing bandage 5 is adjusted, the sliding block 35 is pressed down firstly, so that the teeth of the sliding block 35 are separated from the tooth-shaped through holes 28, after the front and back positions are adjusted, the sliding block 35 is lifted up, so that the teeth of the tooth-shaped through holes 28 of the sliding block 35 are meshed, and then the chest fixing bandage 5 is tightened;
(2) massaging: starting the massage mechanism through a massage speed regulating knob of the control mechanism on the basis of the step (1), regulating the massage speed through controlling the rotating speed of the servo motor 13 according to the requirement, and driving the massage eccentric wheel 8 to massage the waist by the servo motor 13;
(3) carrying out reciprocating massage: on the basis of the step (2), the massage eccentric wheel 8 can be adjusted backwards through controlling a massage position adjusting switch of the control mechanism, and the back is massaged; or the massage eccentric wheel 8 can massage the back and the waist back and forth by controlling the massage position adjusting switch of the control mechanism; the motor 21 is controlled to be started through the massage position adjusting switch, the first electromagnetic clutch 23 is closed, the motor 21 controls the massage eccentric wheel 8 to move back and forth through the first screw rod 22, when the massage eccentric wheel 8 moves to two ends, the fixed plate 10 triggers the limit switch, and the motor 21 rotates reversely under the control of the controller to drive the massage eccentric wheel 8 to reciprocate;
(4) traction: on the basis of any step from the step (1) to the step (3), a traction control switch of the control mechanism is controlled to start the traction mechanism to carry out traction on the spine; the motor 21 is controlled to be started through the traction control switch, the second electromagnetic clutch 30 is closed, the motor 21 controls the movable bed plate 4 to move back and forth through the second screw rod 29, the distance between the roller 26 close to the bed tail and the limit switch positioned at the bed tail is a traction safety distance, the safety of a traction patient is protected, and the traction distance is kept by disconnecting the second electromagnetic clutch 30 or closing the motor 21 when the required traction distance is reached;
(5) and (3) completing: after the massage or traction is completed, the power is turned off, the chest fixing band 5 and the waist fixing band 6 are opened, and the patient carefully lifts up and gets out slowly.

Referring to fig. 1-6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a massage traction bed, which includes a bed frame, a traction mechanism and a massage mechanism, wherein the traction mechanism and the massage mechanism are disposed on the bed frame;
the bed frame comprises a horizontally arranged square frame 1, the square frame 1 consists of two cross beams at the head and the tail of the bed and two longitudinal beams at the left and the right, and supporting legs 2 are respectively arranged at the lower end surface of the square frame 1, which is close to four corners;
the traction mechanism comprises a fixed bed board 3 which is arranged on the bedstead and is close to the part of the bed head and a movable bed board 4 which is arranged on the bedstead and is close to the part of the bed tail, the fixed bed board 3 and the movable bed board 4 are sequentially arranged on the square frame 1, the fixed bed board 3 is provided with a chest fixing bandage 5, the movable bed board 4 is provided with a waist fixing bandage 6, and a head fixing bandage 7 is arranged above the fixed bed board 3 and close to the part of the bed head.

(3) carrying out reciprocating massage: on the basis of the step (2), the massage eccentric wheel 8 can be adjusted backwards through controlling a massage position adjusting switch of the control mechanism, and the back is massaged; or the massage eccentric wheel 8 can massage the back and the waist back and forth by controlling the massage position adjusting switch of the control mechanism; the motor 21 is controlled to be started through the massage position adjusting switch, the first electromagnetic clutch 23 is closed, the motor 21 controls the massage eccentric wheel 8 to move back and forth through the first screw rod 22, when the massage eccentric wheel 8 moves to two ends, the fixed plate 10 triggers the limit switch, and the motor 21 rotates reversely under the control of the controller to drive the massage eccentric wheel 8 to reciprocate;
(4) traction: on the basis of any step from the step (1) to the step (3), a traction control switch of the control mechanism is controlled to start the traction mechanism to carry out traction on the spine; the motor 21 is controlled to be started through the traction control switch, the second electromagnetic clutch 30 is closed, the motor 21 controls the movable bed plate 4 to move back and forth through the second screw rod 29, the distance between the roller 26 close to the bed tail and the limit switch positioned at the bed tail is a traction safety distance, the safety of a traction patient is protected, and the traction distance is kept by disconnecting the second electromagnetic clutch 30 or closing the motor 21 when the required traction distance is reached;
(5) and (3) completing: after the massage or traction is completed, the power is turned off, the head fixing band 7 or the chest fixing band 5 and the waist fixing band 6 are opened, and the patient carefully lifts up and gets out slowly.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a massage traction bed, which includes a bed frame, a traction mechanism and a massage mechanism, wherein the traction mechanism and the massage mechanism are disposed on the bed frame;
the bed frame comprises a horizontally arranged square frame 1, the square frame 1 consists of two cross beams at the head and the tail of the bed and two longitudinal beams at the left and the right, and supporting legs 2 are respectively arranged at the lower end surface of the square frame 1, which is close to four corners;
the traction mechanism comprises a fixed bed board 3 which is arranged on the bedstead and is close to the part of the bed head and a movable bed board 4 which is arranged on the bedstead and is close to the part of the bed tail, the fixed bed board 3 and the movable bed board 4 are sequentially arranged on the square frame 1, the fixed bed board 3 is provided with a chest fixing bandage 5 which can be adjusted front and back, the movable bed board 4 is provided with a waist fixing bandage 6, and a head fixing bandage 7 is arranged above the fixed bed board 3 and is close to the part of the bed head.
The massage mechanism comprises a rotating shaft 9 with two ends respectively arranged on the two longitudinal beams and a plurality of massage eccentric wheels 8 uniformly arranged on the rotating shaft 9;
a linkage bevel gear 11 is fixedly sleeved at one end part of the rotating shaft 9 close to the square frame 1, a servo motor 13 is arranged on the square frame 1, a driving bevel gear 14 meshed with the linkage bevel gear 11 is arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor 13, and strip-shaped through holes 15 are formed in the parts of the fixed bed plate 3, the movable bed plate 4 and the massage eccentric wheel 8 corresponding to the motion trail.
Two ends of the rotating shaft 9 are movably arranged on the longitudinal beam through a fixing plate 10, a fixing rod 12 is arranged between the two fixing plates 10, and a servo motor 13 is arranged on the fixing rod 12; the parts of the two longitudinal beams, which are close to the bed head, are respectively provided with a first rail groove 16, the inner side wall of the first rail groove 16 is provided with a groove matched with the fixing plate 10, and the fixing plate 10 can freely slide in the grooves; both ends of each first track groove 16 are provided with limit switches;
a first supporting beam 17 and a second supporting beam 18 are arranged below the square frame 1 side by side from the head to the tail of the bed, two ends of the first supporting beam 17 and the second supporting beam 18 are respectively fixed at the lower end surface of the longitudinal beam near the middle part, a driving shaft 19 is arranged between the first supporting beam 17 and the second supporting beam 18, and two ends of the driving shaft 19 are respectively hinged at the first supporting beam 17 and the second supporting beam 18 near the middle part; the driving shaft 19 is connected with a motor 21 through a gear;

The upper end surfaces of the two longitudinal beams are respectively provided with a second track groove 25 near the tailstock, and the lower end surface of the movable bed plate 4 is respectively provided with a plurality of rollers 26 matched with the second track grooves 25 at the left side and the right side; both ends of each second track groove 25 are provided with limit switches;
a fourth supporting beam 27 is arranged below the square frame 1 and close to the middle part, two ends of the fourth supporting beam 27 are respectively fixed on the lower end surfaces of the two longitudinal beams, a second supporting block is fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of a cross beam positioned at the tail of the bed and close to the middle part, a second screw 29 is arranged below the movable bed plate 4, the rear end of the second screw 29 is hinged with the second supporting block, the front end of the second screw 29 is hinged with the fourth supporting beam 27 and close to the middle part, and the second screw 29 penetrates through the end part of the fourth supporting beam 27 and is connected with the end part of the driving shaft 19 penetrating through the second supporting beam 18 through a second electromagnetic clutch; a plurality of second screw rod nuts 31 matched with the second screw rods 29 for use are longitudinally arranged on the lower end surface of the movable bed plate 4.
A supporting column 32 higher than the fixed bed board 3 is arranged in the middle of the front end face of the cross beam positioned at the bed head, a hoop 33 is sleeved on the supporting column 32, supporting rods 34 are respectively arranged on the side wall of the hoop 33 in the left-right direction, two ends of the head fixing bandage 7 are respectively connected with the two supporting rods 34, a plurality of adjusting through holes are arranged on the side wall of the supporting column 32 from top to bottom, a positioning through hole matched with the adjusting through hole is arranged on the side wall of the hoop 33, and the hoop 33 is fixed on the supporting column 32 through a pin penetrating through.
The two ends of the chest fixing bandage 5 are respectively fixed on a sliding block 35 with an I-shaped section, the sliding block 35 is composed of two transverse plates and a vertical plate for connecting the two transverse plates, racks are respectively arranged on the two side walls of the vertical plate near the lower end, tooth-shaped through holes 28 matched with the sliding block 35 are respectively arranged on the upper end surface of the fixed bed plate 3 near the left end and the right end, and the teeth of the tooth-shaped through holes 28 are arranged on the side walls of the tooth-shaped through holes 28.
The servo motor 13, the limit switch, the motor 21 and the electromagnetic clutch are all connected with a controller. The control mechanism comprises a controller, and a power switch, a traction control switch, a massage position adjusting switch, a massage speed regulating knob and an emergency stop button which are connected with the input end of the controller, wherein the output end of the controller is respectively and electrically connected with a servo motor 13 of the massage mechanism and a motor 21 of the traction mechanism;
the control mechanism also comprises a remote controller, and the power switch, the traction control switch, the massage position adjusting switch and the massage speed regulating knob are all arranged on the remote controller.
Sponge layers are arranged on the upper end surfaces of the fixed bed board 3 and the movable bed board 4.
The working principles of the controller and the electromagnetic clutch are the prior art, and are not described herein.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a physiotherapy method using the massage traction bed, which comprises the following steps:
(1) lying and fixing: the patient lies flat on the traction massage bed, the position is adjusted to ensure that the waist is positioned between the fixed bed plate 3 and the movable bed plate 4, and the waist fixing bandage 6, the chest fixing bandage 5 or the head fixing bandage 7 are fixed; when the chest fixing bandage 5 is adjusted, the sliding block 35 is pressed down firstly, so that the teeth of the sliding block 35 are separated from the tooth-shaped through holes 28, after the front and back positions are adjusted, the sliding block 35 is lifted up, so that the teeth of the tooth-shaped through holes 28 of the sliding block 35 are meshed, and then the chest fixing bandage 5 is tightened;
(2) massaging: starting the massage mechanism through a massage speed regulating knob of the control mechanism on the basis of the step (1), regulating the massage speed through controlling the rotating speed of the servo motor 13 according to the requirement, and driving the massage eccentric wheel 8 to massage the waist by the servo motor 13;
(3) carrying out reciprocating massage: on the basis of the step (2), the massage eccentric wheel 8 can be adjusted backwards through controlling a massage position adjusting switch of the control mechanism, and the back is massaged; or the massage eccentric wheel 8 can massage the back and the waist back and forth by controlling the massage position adjusting switch of the control mechanism; the motor 21 is controlled to be started through the massage position adjusting switch, the first electromagnetic clutch 23 is closed, the motor 21 controls the massage eccentric wheel 8 to move back and forth through the first screw rod 22, when the massage eccentric wheel 8 moves to two ends, the fixed plate 10 triggers the limit switch, and the motor 21 rotates reversely under the control of the controller to drive the massage eccentric wheel 8 to reciprocate;
(4) traction: on the basis of any step from the step (1) to the step (3), a traction control switch of the control mechanism is controlled to start the traction mechanism to carry out traction on the spine; the motor 21 is controlled to be started through the traction control switch, the second electromagnetic clutch 30 is closed, the motor 21 controls the movable bed plate 4 to move back and forth through the second screw rod 29, the distance between the roller 26 close to the bed tail and the limit switch positioned at the bed tail is a traction safety distance, the safety of a traction patient is protected, and the traction distance is kept by disconnecting the second electromagnetic clutch 30 or closing the motor 21 when the required traction distance is reached;
(5) and (3) completing: after the massage or traction is completed, the power is turned off, the head fixing band 7 or the chest fixing band 5 and the waist fixing band 6 are opened, and the patient carefully lifts up and gets out slowly.
