The money inlet and the money outlet can be the same outlet or different outlets.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided in the present application, the exchange flow of the self-service exchange machine is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 2, the exchange process applied to the self-service exchange machine provided by the present application may include the following steps S201 to S216.
S201: the processor obtains the trade data.
The exchange data comprises an exchangeable currency, exchange rates between the exchangeable currency and other currencies and upper limit amount corresponding to the exchangeable currency.
In one implementation, the self-service exchange machine may be provided with a memory, the exchange data may be stored in the memory, and the processor may obtain the exchange data from the memory. In another implementation, the processor may send a trade data acquisition request to the server, which returns the trade data to the processor.
The swap data in the memory may be sent by the server. Specifically, the server can monitor which exchangeable currencies exist in the self-service exchange machine, the server can also obtain the exchange rates of the exchangeable currencies from the exchange rate publishing platform in real time, and the server can also monitor and obtain the upper limit amount of money which can be exchanged for each exchangeable currency on the self-service exchange machine, for example, the total amount put into the self-service exchange machine is recorded, then the amount of money exchanged is reported to the server after each exchange of the self-service exchange machine, and the server can update the upper limit amount corresponding to the exchanged currencies.
S202: and the processor sends the exchange data to the touch screen.
S203: and displaying the exchange data by the touch screen.
The touch screen displays the exchangeable currency in the exchange data so that the user can select the exchangeable currency. The touch screen can also display the exchange rate between the exchangeable currency and other currencies in the exchange data so as to facilitate the user to know the exchange rate condition. The touch screen can show the upper limit amount of money that can redeem currency correspondence to whether the remittance amount that confession user knows self-service money exchange machine provides can satisfy the remittance demand in advance. Of course, the touch screen may not display the upper limit amount of money that can be exchanged.
S204: the touch screen determines a target exchange currency based on the selection operation of the user.
The user can execute selection operation on the touch screen to select a certain exchangeable currency on the interactive interface as a target exchangeable currency. The touch screen takes the exchangeable currency selected by the user as a target exchange currency based on the selection operation of the user. The target exchange currency indicates the currency that the user wants to exchange. For example, the target redemption currency is U.S. dollars.
S205: the touch screen sends the target exchange currency to the processor.
S206: the currency acceptance module receives currency to be exchanged.
Wherein the processor may, upon receiving the target currency exchange type, send an instruction to the currency acceptance module to instruct the currency acceptance module to receive the currency to be exchanged.
The money acceptance module may include a money transporting unit for transporting the money input from the money input port by the user, and the money verifying unit transporting the money into the money acceptance module performs the verification of step S207.
S207: the currency acceptance module determines the currency type of the currency to be exchanged and verifies whether the currency is real or not; and if the verification result is yes, counting the amount of the money to be exchanged.
The currency acceptance module can also comprise a currency verification unit for verifying the received currency, verifying the currency type of the currency and verifying the validity of the currency, and counting the amount of the currency if the validity passes the verification.
It should be noted that the currency to be exchanged may also be entered by the user. Specifically, before or after the user puts in the currency, the touch screen displays multiple currency options, and the currency selected by the user is used as the currency to be exchanged based on the currency selected by the user. In this case, the currency type of the currency to be exchanged input by the user may also be verified, and other operations, such as counting the amount of the currency or performing validity verification, may be performed only after the verification is passed. If the verification fails, indicating that the currency put in by the user is abnormal, the touch screen can output prompt information.
S208: the currency acceptance module sends the currency type and the amount of the currency to be exchanged to the touch screen and the processor.
S209: the processor calculates the target exchange amount according to the exchange rate between the target exchange currency and the currency to be exchanged and the amount of the currency to be exchanged.
The exchange data of the processor comprises exchange rates between various currency types capable of being exchanged and other currency types, and after the processor determines a target exchange currency type and a currency type to be exchanged, the exchange rate between the two currency types can be obtained from the exchange data. For example, if the currency to be exchanged is RMB and the target exchange currency is USD, the exchange rate between USD and RMB is determined. Further, an amount that can be converted is calculated based on the exchange rate and the amount of money to be converted, which may be referred to as a target conversion amount. For example, if the currency to be exchanged is RMB, the amount is 7000 RMB, the target exchange currency is USD, and the exchange rate between the two is 7 (USD for RMB), then the target exchange amount is calculated to be 1000.
It should be noted that, after the processor calculates the target redemption amount, the processor may directly execute step S212.
S210: and the processor sends the target exchange amount to the touch screen.
S211: the touch screen displays the currency type of the currency to be exchanged, the amount of the currency to be exchanged, the target exchange currency and the target exchange amount.
It should be noted that the step S211 of displaying the touch screen is not limited to be performed after the step S210. For example, the touch screen may display the currency type of the currency to be exchanged and the amount of the currency to be exchanged after the currency acceptance module sends the currency type and the amount of the currency to be exchanged to the touch screen in step 208, and then display the target exchange currency type and the target exchange amount after the touch screen sends the target exchange currency type to the processor in step S205 and the processor sends the target exchange amount to the touch screen in step S210. That is, the four items of information in this step may not be displayed simultaneously.
S212: the processor determines whether the target redemption amount does not exceed the upper limit amount for the target redemption currency. If yes, go to step S213.
The processor needs to judge whether the remaining amount of the exchange currency required by the user in the self-service exchange machine meets the exchange amount required by the user. If yes, step S213 is executed.
S213: the processor sends a swap instruction to the currency output module.
Wherein, the exchange instruction comprises a target exchange currency and a target exchange amount.
S214: and the currency sending module sends out the target exchange currency and the currency corresponding to the target exchange amount after receiving the exchange instruction.
The currency sending module sends out the currency with the corresponding amount of money corresponding to the currency type from the currency outlet, so that currency exchange is realized.
S215: if the money is successfully sent out, the money sending-out module sends a money sending-out success feedback message to the processor.
S216: and the processor updates the exchange data according to the target exchange currency and the target exchange amount.
And the processor subtracts the target exchange amount from the upper limit amount corresponding to the target exchange currency in the exchange data to obtain an updated upper limit amount.
According to the technical scheme, the self-service money exchange machine is provided with a processor, a touch screen, a money acceptance module and a money sending-out module, wherein the touch screen can determine the target money exchange type of a user, the money acceptance module calculates the target exchange amount according to the amount of money to be exchanged and the related exchange rate after accepting the money to be exchanged put in by the user, and the money sending-out module sends out the money after the exchange of the target exchange amount, so that the self-service money exchange process of the user on the self-service terminal is realized. The self-service money exchange machine can be arranged in various places, a user does not need to go to a bank to make an appointment for money exchange, and the money exchange mode is simple and convenient.
In practical application, a user may encounter a situation that the amount of money remaining in the self-service money exchange machine cannot meet the money exchange requirement, and the self-service money exchange machine can process the situation according to any one of the following processing modes.
One processing mode is that the processor is further configured to send first prompt information to the touch screen when the target exchange amount exceeds the upper limit amount of the target exchange currency, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that the amount of the currency to be exchanged exceeds the limit; and sends a refund instruction to the money sending-out module; and the currency sending-out module is also used for sending out the currency to be exchanged after receiving the return instruction.
In the processing mode, the touch screen can carry out excess prompt and directly send out the received currency to be exchanged by the currency sending-out module. The user can automatically reduce the amount of the put money to be exchanged according to the prompt, but the processing method can not prompt the user more information, and the user can only clearly determine the amount of the put money.
The second processing mode is that the processor is further configured to calculate the maximum amount of the money to be exchanged according to the exchange rate between the target exchange currency and the currency type of the money to be exchanged and the upper limit amount of the target exchange currency when the target exchange amount exceeds the upper limit amount of the target exchange currency; sending second prompt information containing the maximum amount of the currency to be exchanged to the touch screen, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting that the amount of the currency to be exchanged exceeds the limit and the maximum amount of the currency to be exchanged is exceeded by a user; and sends a refund instruction to the money sending-out module; and the currency sending-out module is also used for sending out the currency to be exchanged after receiving the return instruction.
In particular, in the event of an excess, one possible requirement of the user is to swap out all of the amount that can be provided by the autonomous exchange machine. Thus, in this manner of processing, the processor may also calculate the amount of money to be exchanged that the user needs to put in if the user wants to exchange all the upper limit amounts in the autonomous exchange, which is the maximum amount of money to be exchanged. And then the touch screen not only carries out the excess suggestion, can also indicate the user and wait to exchange the maximum amount of money that currency put into, and this kind of processing mode experiences better for the user.
The third processing manner is shown in steps S217 to S228 in fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows another exchange process of the autonomous exchange machine, which may further include steps S217 to S228 based on the exchange process shown in fig. 2. It should be noted that other steps in fig. 3 are the same as the flow in fig. 2, and are not repeated here, and only steps S217 to S228 need to be described below.
S217: and the processor sends third prompt information to the touch screen, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting whether the user agrees with a bank card transfer mode.
If the judgment result in the step S212 is no, that is, the target conversion amount exceeds the upper limit amount of the target conversion currency, in this case, the processor generates third prompt information, where the third prompt information includes two options whether the user agrees to the bank card transfer mode, where one option is yes and the other option is no.
S218: the touch screen displays the third prompt message and receives a first selection item input by a user.
The user may select any one of yes and no options in the third prompt message, and the option here may be referred to as a first option for convenience of distinguishing from the following options.
S219: the touch screen sends the first selection item to the processor.
S220: the processor determines whether the first option is yes, and if yes, executes step S221.
If the judgment result is yes, the user agrees to the bank card transfer mode, and therefore identification execution is sent to the bank card identification module to identify the bank card of the user.
S221: and the processor sends an identification instruction to the bank card identification module and sends a fourth prompt message to the touch screen, wherein the fourth prompt message is used for prompting the maximum amount to be exchanged and inputting the exchange amount.
The processor may send the identification instruction and the fourth prompting message at the same time, or may not send them at the same time. The fourth prompting message is to provide the user with an option to redeem the maximum amount or other amount at the self-service exchange machine. The option is given to the user, the user can independently decide the amount of the redemption, and the redemption mode is more flexible for the user.
S222: and the touch screen displays fourth prompt information and receives a second option input by the user.
The touch screen may display fourth prompt information, the fourth prompt information includes a selection item, the touch screen may receive the selection item input by the user, and the selection item may be referred to as a second selection item for convenience of distinguishing from the first selection item.
S223: and if the second option is the maximum amount of money to be redeemed, sending the second option to the processor.
S224: and the processor sends a money exchange instruction to the money sending-out module, wherein the money exchange instruction comprises the target exchange currency and the upper limit amount of the target exchange currency.
The second option received by the processor is that the user wants to exchange the maximum amount, and therefore, the processor needs to send a money exchange instruction including the target exchange currency type and the upper limit amount to the currency sending module to instruct the currency sending module to execute step S225 to send out the corresponding currency.
S225: and the currency sending module sends out the currency corresponding to the target exchange currency and the upper limit amount of the target exchange currency.
S226: the bank card identification module detects whether a bank card is input, and if the bank card is detected, the account information is identified according to the bank card.
After receiving the identification instruction, the bank card identification module can detect whether the user puts the bank card into the bank card. It should be noted that the touch screen may prompt the user to input the bank card, so as to prompt the user to input the bank card at the bank card input port. If the bank card identification module detects the bank card, the account information can be identified from the bank card.
It should be noted that the execution sequence of this step is not limited to be executed after step S225, and this step may be executed as long as the bank card identification module receives the identification instruction.
S227: and the bank card identification module sends the account information to the processor.
S228: the processor calculates a difference value between the target exchange amount and the upper limit amount of the target exchange currency, and sends the difference value, the target exchange currency and the account information to the server.
The target exchange amount is the total amount of money to be exchanged input by the user, and the upper limit amount of the target exchange currency in the self-service exchange machine is lower than the total amount, so that the difference value between the target exchange currency and the total amount is calculated, and the difference value is the amount of money to be transferred to the bank card of the user.
The difference value represents the amount of money to be transferred, the target exchange currency represents the currency of the money to be transferred, and the account information represents the account to be diverted. And the self-service money exchange machine sends the difference value, the target exchange currency and the account information to the server so that the server transfers the money to the account information according to the difference value and the target exchange currency.
According to the technical scheme, the money exchange process of the self-service money exchange machine can prompt a user whether the money needs to be transferred to a bank card or not, if the user selects to be needed, the user can be further prompted, whether the conversion currency of the upper limit amount is required to be obtained or other amounts of conversion currency is required to be obtained currently, and if the user selects to obtain the conversion currency of the upper limit amount, the conversion currency of the upper limit amount of the self-service money exchange machine is sent to the user.
It should be noted that, after the touch screen in step S222 receives the second selection item, if the second selection item is the input of the exchange amount, the exchange target amount input by the user needs to be sent to the processor based on the input operation of the user. The processor is also used for calculating the required amount to be exchanged according to the exchange rate between the target exchange currency and the currency type of the currency to be exchanged and the exchange target amount after receiving the exchange target amount; and sending the required money to be exchanged to the touch screen. And then, the touch screen displays the required amount to be exchanged.
Specifically, the fourth information includes two options, one is the maximum amount of money to be exchanged, the other is the input amount of money to be exchanged, and it should be noted that the amount of money to be exchanged, that is, the amount of money after the exchange is performed. Of course, the amount of currency to be exchanged, i.e., the amount of currency prior to being exchanged, may also be entered. If the user selects to input the exchange amount, the exchange amount can be called as an exchange target amount, the touch screen sends the exchange target amount to the processor, the processor calculates the amount to be exchanged corresponding to the exchange target amount, and the amount to be exchanged is the amount required by obtaining the exchange target amount and can be called as the required amount to be exchanged. The touch screen displays the required money to be exchanged so as to prompt the user to exchange the money required to be input by the money.
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the exchange requirement cannot be met, the user can independently determine the amount of money required to be exchanged at present, and the exchange mode is more flexible.
In order to ensure the safety of exchange and prevent illegal exchange operation, the identity of exchange personnel can be verified. As shown in fig. 4, the self-service exchange machine may further include an authentication module 105 based on the structure of fig. 1. Only the authentication module 105 is described below, and the description of other modules can refer to the description in fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
An identity verification module 105 for obtaining identity information of a user; and verifying the identity information and sending an identity verification result to the processor.
The identity verification module 105 may specifically include an identity card acquisition module and/or a biometric acquisition module, and the obtained identity information may include identity card information and/or biometric information. The biometric information may specifically include any one of the following: head portrait images, irises, fingerprints, etc.
If the identity information includes identity card information, the specific way for the identity authentication module 105 to authenticate the identity information may be to send the identity card information to a server, and the server authenticates the identity card information in an identity system, where if the authentication passes, the result of the identity authentication is successful, and if the authentication fails, the result of the identity authentication is failed.
If the identity information includes the biometric information, the specific way of the identity authentication module 105 verifying the identity information may be to send the biometric information to a server, and the server verifies the biometric information in an identity system, where if the verification passes, the result of the identity authentication is successful, and if the verification fails, the result of the identity authentication is failed.
If the identity information includes identity card information and biometric information such as a head portrait image, the identity authentication module 105 may verify the identity information by sending the identity card information and the head portrait image to the server, and verifying whether the head portrait image and the head portrait in the identity card information achieve similarity, if so, determining that the identity authentication result is successful, otherwise, determining that the identity authentication result is failed. Or, the server may further verify the identity card information and the biometric information respectively according to the two verification methods, and determine that the identity verification result is successful only if all the verification results are successful, otherwise determine that the identity verification result is failed.
It should be noted that the authentication process of the authentication module 105 may be performed at any step before the money is dispensed by the money dispensing module, and the authentication result of the authentication module 105 may be transmitted to the processor at any step before the money is dispensed by the money dispensing module.
In one example, after the identity verification result is sent to the processor, the processor judges whether the identity verification result is successful or failed before sending the fourth prompt message to the touch screen, and if the identity verification result is failed, sends the prompt message of the identity verification failure to the touch screen, and does not execute the steps of sending the identification instruction to the bank card identification module and sending the fourth prompt message to the touch screen. The touch screen is also used for displaying prompt information of authentication failure.
Thus, if the authentication fails, the processor will not obtain the bank card information of the user, and thus no account transfer to the account of the user will occur.
In another example, after the authentication result is sent to the processor, the processor judges whether the authentication result is successful or failed before calculating the target exchange amount according to the exchange rate between the target exchange currency and the currency type of the currency to be exchanged and the amount of the currency to be exchanged, if the authentication result is failed, the processor sends prompt information of authentication failure to the touch screen, and does not perform the step of calculating the target exchange amount according to the exchange rate between the target exchange currency and the currency type of the currency to be exchanged and the amount of the currency to be exchanged; the touch screen is also used for displaying prompt information of authentication failure. Thus, if the authentication fails, the processor does not calculate the target conversion amount and further does not trigger the currency sending module to send out the currency.
In a specific implementation manner of the above example, the identity verification result may be sent to the processor before the user inputs the currency to be exchanged to the currency acceptance module, the processor triggers the currency acceptance module to receive the currency to be exchanged only if the verification result is successful, and otherwise, the processor does not trigger the currency acceptance module to receive the currency to be exchanged if the verification result is failed.
It should be noted that the processor of the self-service money exchange machine provided above may obtain the money exchange data, and may perform processing such as money exchange calculation on the data to be exchanged, and of course, the self-service money exchange machine may also hand some processing operations to the server for execution. Thus, as shown in fig. 5, the present application provides a self-service exchange system, which specifically includes a self-service exchange machine 501 and a server 502.
