It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the steps as a sequential process, many of the steps can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the steps may be rearranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for using a water dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be suitable for the situation that a user uses the water dispenser to take water, and the method can be executed by the using device of the water dispenser provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the device can be realized by a hardware and/or software mode and can be generally integrated in the water dispenser. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S11, performing face scanning authentication on the user, and activating the water dispenser to enter a usable state if the authentication is passed.
Specifically, in an unattended state, the water dispenser may be in an inactivated state, and the water dispenser may not be used in the inactivated state, for example, if the water dispenser needs to fetch water by pressing the water outlet key, in the inactivated state, the water dispenser may lock the water outlet key, that is, no response is made to the action of pressing the water outlet key, and the user may not obtain drinking water through the water dispenser.
When the water dispenser is in an inactivated state, the user is subjected to face scanning authentication, and if the authentication is passed, the water dispenser is activated to enter a usable state. Optionally, if the authentication fails, authentication failure information is displayed to the user, and the user is prompted that the water dispenser is in an unavailable state.
Optionally, performing face-scanning authentication on the user, and if the authentication passes, activating the water dispenser to enter a usable state, including: initiating a device activation request to a server, and sending the device information of the water dispenser and the face scanning authentication information of the user to the server; and receiving an activation result which is returned by the server and generated according to the equipment information and the face scanning authentication information, and activating the water dispenser to enter a usable state if the activation result is successful.
Specifically, when the user is subjected to the face scanning authentication, the face scanning authentication information of the user can be acquired, specifically, the face image of the user obtained through shooting by a camera on the water dispenser, and the like can be acquired. Meanwhile, the equipment information of the water dispenser can be obtained, wherein the equipment information can comprise identification information of the water dispenser equipment and the like, and can be used for determining equipment to be activated in a plurality of water dispenser equipment. And then initiating an equipment activation request to the server, and sending the acquired equipment information of the water dispenser and the face scanning authentication information of the user to the server together, so that the server can determine the equipment to be activated and whether the equipment can be activated according to the equipment information and the face scanning authentication information.
The server can pre-input a face image of a user using the water dispenser, when the server receives an equipment activation request, the server can match the received face scanning authentication information with the pre-input face image, and if the matching is successful, the face scanning authentication information is determined to be legal. Meanwhile, the server can update the state information corresponding to the equipment information in real time in the process of using the water dispenser, such as normal operation or failure. When the server determines that the received face-scanning authentication information is legal and the state of the water dispenser identified by the equipment information is normal, a successful activation result can be returned to the water dispenser identified by the equipment information. After receiving the activation result, the water dispenser can be activated to enter a usable state.
And S12, detecting whether a trigger event for controlling the water outlet of the water dispenser exists or not, and if so, starting water outlet.
Specifically, the triggering event is a response event of the water dispenser for user operation when the authenticated user needs to take water through the water dispenser, and for example, the triggering event may be that a water outlet key on the water dispenser is pressed, a water outlet baffle on the water dispenser is pushed for a certain distance, a specified position on the water dispenser is blocked, or a water cup is detected at the specified position on the water dispenser, and the like. When the trigger event for controlling the water outlet of the water dispenser occurs, the water dispenser can start to discharge water.
And S13, detecting whether the trigger event is finished or not, and finishing water outlet if the trigger event is finished.
Correspondingly, the triggering event can be that the water outlet key on the water dispenser is lifted, the water outlet baffle on the water dispenser is restored to the original position, the specified position on the water dispenser is not shielded any more or the water cup is not detected at the specified position on the water dispenser, and the like. When the trigger event for controlling the water outlet of the water dispenser is finished, the water dispenser can finish the water outlet.
On the basis of the above technical scheme, optionally, detecting whether there is a trigger event for controlling the water outlet of the water dispenser, and if so, starting water outlet, including: detecting whether a water cup is placed in a water taking induction range of the water dispenser or not; if so, starting water outlet; correspondingly, whether the trigger event is finished or not is detected, if so, the water outlet is finished, and the method comprises the following steps: detecting whether a cup leaves a water taking induction range or not; if yes, water outlet is finished.
Specifically, the water intake sensing range can be a certain position range over against the position of the water outlet of the water dispenser, and can be adapted to the size of a common water cup, wherein the water outlet can comprise a hot water port, a normal temperature water port, an ice water port and the like, whether the water cup is placed in the water intake sensing range corresponding to each water outlet can be specifically and respectively detected, and if so, the corresponding water outlet starts to discharge water. Correspondingly, when the placed cup leaves the current water taking induction range, water outlet is finished.
Optionally, whether detect the water intaking response scope that has the drinking cup to put into the water dispenser can include: whether a cup is placed in the water taking induction range or not is detected in one or more of an infrared diffuse reflection induction mode, a capacitance induction mode and an ultrasonic induction mode. The water outlet of the water dispenser is controlled in an induction mode, so that the contact between a user and the water dispenser can be reduced, and the possibility of pathogen transmission and pollution of the water dispenser is further reduced.
On the basis of the above technical solution, optionally, detecting whether there is a trigger event for controlling the water dispenser to discharge water, and if so, starting to discharge water, further comprising: detecting whether a water outlet key of the water dispenser is pressed down or not; if so, starting water outlet; correspondingly, whether the trigger event is finished or not is detected, if so, the water outlet is finished, and the method further comprises the following steps: detecting whether the water key is lifted; if yes, water outlet is finished.
Specifically, the original key water outlet mode can be still kept on the basis of controlling the water outlet of the water dispenser in an induction mode, wherein the water outlet key can comprise a hot water key, a normal-temperature water key, an ice water key and the like, and when the water outlet key is pressed down, the water outlet corresponding to the water outlet key starts to discharge water. Correspondingly, when the water outlet key is lifted, water outlet is finished. Through setting up two kinds of modes of use that response goes out water and button goes out water on the water dispenser for the user can be under the environment of different demands the selection water intaking mode that freely, can provide more convenience for the user.
On the basis of the above technical solution, optionally, before performing face-scanning authentication on the user, the method further includes: and identifying whether a user approaches the water dispenser or not, and if so, starting the face scanning authentication module.
Specifically, the water dispenser can identify whether a user approaches the water dispenser through infrared detection and other modes in a standby state, and when the user approaches the water dispenser, the face scanning authentication module is automatically started to perform face scanning authentication on the user, so that the face scanning authentication process can be performed only when needed, and energy of the water dispenser in the standby state is saved.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user is firstly subjected to face scanning authentication, the water dispenser is activated to enter a usable state after the authentication is passed, then whether a trigger event capable of controlling the water outlet of the water dispenser exists is detected, if yes, the water outlet is started, whether the trigger event is finished after the water outlet is detected, and if yes, the water outlet is finished. Before the user uses the water dispenser, the identity of the user is verified through face scanning authentication, and the user who passes the authentication is limited to use the water dispenser, so that the number of users of the water dispenser is controlled, the possibility of germ spread and pollution of the water dispenser is reduced, and meanwhile, the number of users of the water dispenser is controlled, and the abuse condition of drinking water can be effectively reduced.

The technical scheme of the embodiment is further detailed on the basis of the technical scheme, and optionally, the water dispenser can also have a function of accounting. Specifically, in this embodiment, after the water discharge is started, the method further includes: starting to record the water intake; correspondingly, after finishing water outlet, the method further comprises the following steps: and stopping recording the water intake amount, and generating a settlement order according to the current water intake amount so as to deduct the fee of the target account corresponding to the authenticated user. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S21, performing face scanning authentication on the user, and activating the water dispenser to enter a usable state if the authentication is passed.
And S22, detecting whether a trigger event for controlling the water outlet of the water dispenser exists or not, if so, starting to discharge water, and starting to record the water intake amount.
Specifically, after the water dispenser starts to discharge water, the water intake amount of a user can be recorded in real time, the water intake amount can be calculated in real time according to parameters such as water discharge time and water discharge speed of the water dispenser, and the water intake amount can be determined according to real-time changes of water levels in the water dispenser. Through the real-time recording of the water intake amount, the user can determine the current water intake amount and the cost to be paid more intuitively.
And S23, detecting whether the trigger event is finished or not, if so, finishing water outlet, and stopping recording the water intake amount.
Specifically, after the water dispenser finishes water outlet, the real-time recording of the water intake amount of the user is stopped, and the current water intake amount can be used as the final water intake amount of the user. Optionally, the current water intake amount can be calculated once according to the time difference between the start time and the end time of water outlet and the water outlet speed after the water outlet is ended by respectively recording the start time and the end time of water outlet; or respectively recording the water level value in the water dispenser when the water starts to be discharged and the water finishes to be discharged, and determining the current water taking amount once according to the water level difference between the water level value and the water level value after the water finishes to be discharged. The water intake amount is calculated only through the parameters of the water outlet starting time and the water outlet ending time, so that the energy consumed by the water dispenser in the water intake process can be saved.
And S24, generating a settlement order according to the current water intake amount so as to deduct the fee of the target account corresponding to the authenticated user.
Specifically, after the current water intake amount is determined, the amount of money to be paid by the user can be determined according to the current water intake amount, the water type and the water price, meanwhile, the target account corresponding to the user can be determined in the face scanning authentication process of the user, and the target account can be automatically deducted. The water type may include hot water, normal temperature water, ice water, and the like, and the water price may be a price per liter of water corresponding to the water type.
Optionally, generating a settlement order according to the current water intake amount to deduct a fee from a target account corresponding to the authenticated user, where the method includes: initiating a settlement request to a server and sending the current water intake to the server; and receiving a settlement order returned by the server after the target account is deducted, and displaying the order details to the user.
Specifically, after the current water intake amount is determined, a settlement request may be initiated to the server, and the determined current water intake amount is sent to the server, so as to deduct a fee from the target account of the user through the server. The determination of the target account by the server may refer to the above process of performing device activation by using the server, that is, the target account of the matched user may be determined at the same time in the matching step of scanning the authentication information in the device activation process, and at the same time, the water type and the corresponding water price may be stored in the server in advance, so that the server may directly deduct the fee from the target account according to the current water intake amount sent by the water dispenser device after receiving the settlement request. After the server finishes the fee deduction, a settlement order of the current transaction can be generated and returned to the water dispenser device, so that the water dispenser device can show current order details to a user, wherein the order details can comprise the water intake amount of the user, fee deduction information of the current transaction, balance of a target account and the like.
Optionally, a settlement request may be initiated to the server when the user presses a settlement key on the water dispenser or the water dispenser does not discharge water for a continuously set time period, so as to more accurately determine that the user has finished the current water taking process.
On the basis of the above technical solution, optionally, after the water dispenser is activated to enter the usable state, the method further includes: the water type, water usage pattern and water price are shown to the user. Specifically, the water dispenser can comprise a display screen, and can further interact with a user in a touch manner. Wherein, the water use mode can include response water intaking and button water intaking etc to the suggestion user operates. After the water dispenser is activated to enter the usable state, the type of water used, the manner of water used, the price of water used, and the like can be displayed to the user so that the user can know and select the required type and amount.
