Description

Method and related device for paying without stopping vehicle
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of vehicle no-stop charging, in particular to a method and a related device for paying for a vehicle without stopping.
Background
Currently, electronic toll collection systems (Electronic Toll Collection, ETC) have been widely used to deduct high-speed traffic fees and have also begun to be attempted to be applied in other application scenarios such as parking lots.
Currently, when ETC is handled, an On Board Unit (OBU) is also required to be installed On a vehicle, the OBU and a bank card are required to be bound, and then communication is carried out between the OBU and ETC, so that the fee is automatically deducted from a bank account bound by the OBU under the condition of no parking.
However, since only one vehicle-mounted electronic tag can be mounted on one vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted electronic tag is in one-to-one correspondence with the bank card, all fees paid by the vehicle through the ETC are deducted from one fixed bank account during driving. Therefore, in the case of vehicle rental, a vehicle for a plurality of users, or the like, the fee cannot be correspondingly deducted from the bank account of the user of the current vehicle, and the user needs to calculate the secondary fee based on the payment record, so that there is a significant disadvantage in the conventional method in these cases.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In this application, relational terms such as first and second, and the like are used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for paying without stopping a vehicle, which is applied to an On Board Unit (OBU). The vehicle-mounted electronic tag can also be a vehicle-mounted unit, is a microwave device capable of carrying out communication, and is particularly used for carrying out microwave communication with road side units arranged on roadsides in an electronic toll collection system (Electronic Toll Collection, ETC), so that toll collection is realized. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101, collecting inherent biological characteristics of a user.
Firstly, it should be noted that, the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for implementing the method provided by the embodiment of the application is a vehicle-mounted electronic tag capable of logging in, and the login function is implemented based on the biological feature recognition technology. Therefore, when a user needs to log in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, the inherent biological characteristics of the user need to be acquired.
The intrinsic biological characteristics of the user can be unique and permanent biological characteristics of fingerprints, facial characteristics, eye characteristics and the like. The type of the specific collected inherent biological characteristics is determined according to the type of the inherent biological characteristics used by the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for realizing the login function. It should be noted that, the embodiments of the present application will mainly be described with reference to fingerprint authentication, but other inherent biological features are also included in the protection scope of the present application.
Therefore, particularly when a user of the vehicle is replaced, if the account of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag on the vehicle is required to be replaced by the account of the current user, so that when the vehicle is not parked and charged in the running process of the vehicle, the corresponding fee is deducted from the bank account of the current user, and the user needs to input the inherent biological characteristics of the user to log in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag of the current vehicle.
S102, judging whether the user uses the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time based on the inherent biological characteristics of the user.
If it is determined that the user uses the in-vehicle electronic tag for the first time, it is determined that the in-vehicle electronic tag of the current vehicle is not already bound to the bank account of the user, so step S103 is executed at this time, and if it is determined that the user does not use the in-vehicle electronic tag for the first time, it is determined that the user logs in to the in-vehicle electronic tag of the current vehicle for the first time, it is determined that the user is bound to the bank account, so step S104 is executed at this time.
Since the inherent biological characteristics of the user are unique, it is possible to determine whether the user uses the in-vehicle electronic tag for the first time based on the inherent biological characteristics of the user. Alternatively, whether the user is first to use the in-vehicle electronic tag may be determined by determining whether account information corresponding to the unique biometric feature of the user is stored, or by determining whether the account information is stored in the unique biometric feature of the user.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation manner of step S102, as shown in fig. 2, includes:
s201, judging whether a historical biological characteristic consistent with the inherent biological characteristic of the user is stored or not.
The historical biological characteristics are the inherent biological characteristics of the user acquired when the user logs in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time, namely in the embodiment of the application, if the historical biological characteristics consistent with the inherent biological characteristics of the user are not stored, and after the user finally logs in successfully, the acquired inherent biological characteristics of the user are stored, so that the user can log in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag directly when logging in again next time.
Specifically, the collected fingerprint information of the user is compared with each of the previously stored historical fingerprint information, so as to determine whether the historical fingerprint information consistent with the collected fingerprint of the user is stored. When it is determined that the history biometric feature consistent with the intrinsic biometric feature of the user is not stored, step S202 is performed; if it is determined that the historical biometric matching the unique biometric of the user is stored, step S203 is performed.
S202, determining that the user uses the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time.
S203, determining that the user does not use the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time.
S103, creating an account corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user, binding the account with a bank account of the user, and logging in the account.
Because the user uses the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time, the vehicle-mounted electronic tag does not have the account of the user, so that an account needs to be created for the user, and in order to facilitate the user to log in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag through fingerprints directly next time, the association relationship between the fingerprint information of the user and the account needs to be established, so that the account corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user is obtained. And then after the account number is bound with the appointed bank account of the user, logging in the account number on the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, so that the vehicle-mounted electronic tag of the current vehicle is related to the bank account of the current user.
It should be noted that, when the account number of the current user successfully logs in, the accounts of other users that have previously logged in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag correspondingly log out.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation of binding the account number with the bank account of the user in step S103, as shown in fig. 3, includes:
s301, calling a banking system to determine user information corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user.
Specifically, when or after a user opens an account, the banking system also needs to collect and store fingerprint information of the user, and other user information of the user, such as personal identity information, contact information, account information, and the like. Because the user uses the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time, the information of the user cannot be determined through the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, the user information corresponding to the acquired fingerprint information of the user can be searched through an interface provided by a banking system, and therefore the identity of the user is determined.
S302, inquiring whether the user is a user of the electronic toll collection system or not based on the user information.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, whether the user corresponding to the user information transacts ETC is queried according to the searched user information, if the user transacts ETC, the user is the user of the electronic toll collection system, and if the user does not transact ETC, the user is the user of the electronic toll collection system.
Since the user needs to bind the bank account when the user handles the ETC, and is used for deducting the fee from the bound bank account without stopping the charge, in order to avoid that the user needs to carry out the binding operation every time the user logs in an on-vehicle electronic tag for the first time, in the embodiment of the application, when the user is determined to handle the ETC, step S303 is executed to bind the bank account bound by the user when the user handles the ETC with the account of the user just created. If the user does not transact ETC, step S304 is performed to let the user perform the binding operation.
S303, binding an account corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user with a bank account bound by the user in the electronic toll collection system.
S304, the bank system is called to instruct the user to select the bank account, and the account corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user is bound with the bank account selected by the user.
Alternatively, the information of all bank accounts under the user name can be determined by calling the banking system based on the determined user information. Because the volume of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag is relatively small, the structure is also relatively simple, and a relatively complex user interface and operation keys are not generally configured. The binding information containing the information of all the bank accounts under the user name can be sent to the user in a short message mode, the user is prompted to select the bank account to be bound, and after the user replies the bank account to be bound, the account corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user is bound with the bank account selected by the user. The contact mode of the user can be searched through a banking system. Of course, this is only one alternative, if the vehicle-mounted electronic tag has a complex user interface, the user may also be instructed to select the bank account to be bound through the user interface, or other ways may be adopted to instruct the user to select the bank account to be bound.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, the determined user information includes user identity information and contact information, and after executing step S301, before executing step S302, authentication may be performed on the user to ensure security of the bank account. Wherein, an optional specific verification process, as shown in fig. 4, includes:
s401, sending verification information to the user through the determined contact way, wherein the verification information is used for indicating the user to input personal identity information.
In the embodiment of the application, verification information is sent to the user in a short message mode, and the user is prompted to feed back the appointed personal identity information.
It should be noted that, when the authentication is performed before step S302, the subsequent unnecessary steps are not performed when the user fails the authentication, and the disclosure of the bank account information of the user to other people is avoided.
S402, receiving the personal identity information input by the user, and comparing the input personal identity information with the determined user identity information to determine whether the input personal identity information is consistent with the determined user identity information.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the personal identity information input by the user is compared to be consistent with the determined user identity information, step S302 is performed downwards, and if the personal identity information input by the user is compared to be inconsistent with the determined user identity information, the subsequent steps are not required to be performed. Optionally, when the input personal identity information is inconsistent with the determined user identity information, the authentication information can be sent to the user again, so that the user performs identity authentication again until authentication is passed.
S104, logging in an account corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user, wherein the account is bound with a bank account of the user.
Because the user has previously logged in to the on-board electronic tag of the current vehicle, the user may log in directly to an account corresponding to the collected inherent biometric feature of the user. When the user logs in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time, the account is bound with a bank account of the bound user.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, after performing step S103 or performing step S104 to log in the account corresponding to the intrinsic biometric of the user, the method may further include:
and pushing the account state and balance information of the bank account bound by the currently logged-in account to the user through the contact way of the user.
The account state and balance information of the bank account bound by the account number logged in currently can be pushed to the user in a short message mode, so that the user can transfer money to the bound bank account in time, the bound bank account is ensured to have enough amount for payment, the user can conveniently determine whether to replace the bound bank account, and whether the bound bank account can be normally used or not.
S105, when the vehicle needs to pay without stopping, corresponding fees are deducted from a bank account of the user bound with the account number logged in currently.
After the user logs in successfully, the vehicle-mounted electronic tag is associated with a bank account bound with the current logged-in account, so that when the vehicle passes through a high-speed toll gate or exits a site requiring no-parking toll collection, and the like, the vehicle-mounted electronic tag carries out microwave communication with the road side device, and deducts corresponding fees from the bank account of the user bound with the current logged-in account.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for paying without stopping a vehicle, which is applied to a vehicle-mounted electronic tag, and is characterized in that the method is applied to the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, by collecting the inherent biological characteristics of a user, then judging whether the user uses the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time based on the inherent biological characteristics of the user, if the user is judged to use the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time, creating an account corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user, binding the account with a bank account of the user, logging in the account, and if the user is judged not to use the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time, logging in the account corresponding to the inherent biological characteristics of the user, so that the method for logging in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag based on the inherent biological characteristics of the user is realized. The logged-in account numbers are all bound with the bank accounts of the corresponding users, so that when the vehicle needs to pay without stopping, the corresponding cost is deducted from the bank account of the user bound with the current logged-in account number, and the bank account of one person is not fixedly bound, thereby being capable of deducting the cost from the bank account of the user of the current vehicle when the vehicle rents or the vehicle is used for multiple users.
Another embodiment of the present application provides an in-vehicle electronic tag, as shown in fig. 5, including:
an acquisition unit 501 for acquiring the intrinsic biometric of the user.
A judging unit 502, configured to judge whether the user uses the on-vehicle electronic tag for the first time based on the inherent biological feature of the user.
And the first login unit 503 is configured to create an account corresponding to the intrinsic biological feature of the user when the determining unit 502 determines that the user uses the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time, bind the account with a bank account of the user, and log in the account.
And the second login unit 504 is configured to login to the account corresponding to the inherent biological feature of the user when the determining unit 502 determines that the user does not use the on-vehicle electronic tag for the first time.
Wherein, the account number is bound with the bank account of the user.
And the payment unit 505 is used for deducting corresponding fees from a bank account of the user bound with the current login account when the vehicle needs to pay without stopping.
It should be noted that, the specific working process of the above units in the embodiments of the present application may refer to the steps S101 to S105 in the embodiments of the above method, which is not described herein again.
Alternatively, in another embodiment of the present application, the determining unit 502, as shown in fig. 6, includes:
a judging subunit 601 is configured to judge whether a historical biometric that matches the intrinsic biometric of the user is stored.
The historical biological characteristics are the acquired inherent biological characteristics of the user when the user logs in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag for the first time.
