Abstract

本发明涉及一种双质量飞轮,包括驱动轮毂、惯性环,在双质量飞轮处于对应于铆接件未发生变形的第一状态时,由于驱动轮毂的抵挡使得插块处于预压缩状态;一旦铆接件发生轻微的变形,此时对应于双质量飞轮处于第二状态,驱动轮毂与惯性环发生轻微的周向转动,使得插块弹出惯性环的盲孔,进入驱动轮毂的盲孔中,此时在双质量飞轮中,不仅有原有的铆接件的铆接连接,还拥有新的插块连接,这样能够避免铆接件的进一步变形或折断,从而避免噪音和变速箱的损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及双质量飞轮。
背景技术
现有的双质量飞轮1’,参见图1和图2所示,其中驱动轮毂11’与惯性环12’相铆接,在对铆接件13’进行强度测试时,我们发现,共振以及其他误操作引起的冲击扭矩会作用到铆接件,导致铆接件容易发生塑性变形,甚至容易折断,从而造成噪音,增大变速箱损坏的风险。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是,铆接件容易变形或折断的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种双质量飞轮,包括驱动轮毂、惯性环,其中所述驱动轮毂和所述惯性环相对置的表面上均开设有盲孔,所述惯性环的盲孔中设置有插块,所述插块与所述惯性环在盲孔孔底的部位之间设置有能够提供该插块弹性回复力的弹性件,所述双质量飞轮具有第一状态和第二状态,在该双质量飞轮处于第一状态时,所述驱动轮毂的盲孔的中轴线与所述惯性环的盲孔的中轴线相偏离设置,所述插块在所述弹性件的弹性回复力作用下抵靠在所述驱动轮毂在盲孔孔口的边缘部位上;在所述双质量飞轮处于第二状态时,所述驱动轮毂的盲孔的中轴线与所述惯性环的盲孔的中轴线相重合,所述插块同时插在所述驱动轮毂的盲孔和所述惯性环的盲孔中。

进一步地,所述驱动轮毂和所述惯性环上均开设有多个所述盲孔,所述多个盲孔沿着周向方向间隔排列。

与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:在双质量飞轮处于对应于铆接件未发生变形的第一状态时,驱动轮毂的盲孔的中轴线与惯性环的盲孔的中轴线相偏离设置,即由于驱动轮毂的抵挡使得插块处于预压缩状态;一旦铆接件发生轻微的变形,此时对应于双质量飞轮处于第二状态,驱动轮毂与惯性环发生轻微的周向转动,使得在弹性件的弹性回复力作用下插块弹出惯性环的盲孔,进入驱动轮毂的盲孔中,此时在双质量飞轮中,不仅有原有的铆接件的铆接连接,还拥有新的插块连接,这样能够避免铆接件的进一步变形或折断,从而避免噪音和变速箱的损坏。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
参见图3和图4,一种双质量飞轮1,包括驱动轮毂11、惯性环12,驱动轮毂11与惯性环12相铆接,不仅如此,驱动轮毂11和惯性环12相贴触的表面上还均开设有盲孔13和14,惯性环12的盲孔14中设置有插块15,插块15与惯性环12在盲孔孔底的部位之间设置有弹性件16,该弹性件16譬如能采用螺旋弹簧,用于提供该插块15弹性回复力。本实施例中,驱动轮毂11和惯性环12上的盲孔13和14均有多个,譬如均有六个,在驱动轮毂11或惯性环12上,六个盲孔均沿着周向方向间隔排列。开设盲孔以及设置插块和弹性件的功能在于,在铆接驱动轮毂11与惯性环12的铆接件未发生变形时,对应地,双质量飞轮处于第一状态,此时如图4所示,驱动轮毂11的盲孔13的中轴线与惯性环12的盲孔14的中轴线相偏离设置,这样插块15在弹性件16的弹性回复力作用下抵靠在驱动轮毂11在盲孔孔口的边缘部位上,即由于驱动轮毂11的抵挡使得插块15处于预压缩状态;一旦铆接件发生轻微的变形,此时对应于双质量飞轮处于第二状态,驱动轮毂11与惯性环12发生轻微的周向转动,使得驱动轮毂11的盲孔13的中轴线与惯性环12的盲孔14的中轴线相重合,这样在弹性件16的弹性回复力作用下插块15弹出惯性环12的盲孔14,进入驱动轮毂11的盲孔13中,即插块15同时插在驱动轮毂11的盲孔13和惯性环12的盲孔14中,这样能够避免铆接件的进一步变形或折断,从而避免噪音和变速箱的损坏,此时,在双质量飞轮中,不仅有原有的铆接件的铆接连接,还拥有新的插块连接,从而保护铆接件免受冲击扭矩的损坏。

Claims (5)

1.一种双质量飞轮,包括驱动轮毂、惯性环,其特征在于,所述驱动轮毂和所述惯性环相对置的表面上均开设有盲孔,所述惯性环的盲孔中设置有插块,所述插块与所述惯性环在盲孔孔底的部位之间设置有能够提供该插块弹性回复力的弹性件,所述双质量飞轮具有第一状态和第二状态,在该双质量飞轮处于第一状态时,所述驱动轮毂的盲孔的中轴线与所述惯性环的盲孔的中轴线相偏离设置,所述插块在所述弹性件的弹性回复力作用下抵靠在所述驱动轮毂在盲孔孔口的边缘部位上;在所述双质量飞轮处于第二状态时,所述驱动轮毂的盲孔的中轴线与所述惯性环的盲孔的中轴线相重合,所述插块同时插在所述驱动轮毂的盲孔和所述惯性环的盲孔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的双质量飞轮,其特征在于,所述驱动轮毂和所述惯性环相铆接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的双质量飞轮,其特征在于,所述驱动轮毂和所述惯性环相贴触。
4.如权利要求1所述的双质量飞轮,其特征在于,所述驱动轮毂和所述惯性环上均开设有多个所述盲孔,所述多个盲孔沿着周向方向间隔排列。
5.如权利要求1所述的双质量飞轮,其特征在于,所述弹性件采用螺旋弹簧。
