Abstract

本发明提出了一种镗孔加工液,按照质量分数计算,包括以下组分:润滑油基础油30~50%、椰子油脂肪酸乙醇酰胺3~5%、防锈剂3~5%、活性硫2~4%及增粘剂1~3%,余量为水。该加工液用于深孔加工的时候可以极大改善加工中的工件表面粗糙和润滑散热问题。

技术领域
本发明属于金属加工液技术领域,具体涉及镗孔加工液。
背景技术
金属加工过程包括各种工艺,其中一些工艺包括从工件上去除金属,而另一些工艺包括改变形状或外型而不去除金属。去除金属工艺的非限制的例子包括,切削、钻孔、镗孔、镗磨、拉削和研磨。
深镗孔钻加工需要加工孔的深度远远超过普通钻孔的深度,因此其排屑难度比较大。另外,深镗孔内进行加工,使得内部产生半封闭腔体,因此切削热量不易散发,温升快,如果没有良好的冷却和润滑措施,将造成刀具快速磨损。在深孔加工过程中,经常出现被加工件尺寸精度、表面质量以及刀具的寿命等问题,如何减少甚至避免这些问题的产生,使我们目前亟待解决的问题。提高机床精度、优化刀具设计都是解决的办法,改善切削液的性能也是解决问题的一个好方法。
发明内容
本发明提出一种镗孔加工液,该加工液用于深孔加工的时候可以极大改善加工中的工件表面粗糙和润滑散热问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种镗孔加工液,按照质量分数计算,包括以下组分:
润滑油基础油30~50%、椰子油脂肪酸乙醇酰胺3~5%、防锈剂3~5%、活性硫2~4%及增粘剂1~3%,余量为水。
优选地,所述润滑油基础油为矿物油。
优选地,所述椰子油脂肪酸乙醇酰胺为椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺或者椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
优选地,所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钠。
优选地,所述增粘剂为纤维素类增粘剂。
优选地,所述纤维素类增粘剂为甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠或者羟乙基纤维素。
优选地,还包括0.02~0.1%杀菌剂。
优选地,所述杀菌剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮。
优选地,还包括50~100ppm的消泡剂。
优选地,所述消泡剂为聚醚。
本发明的镗孔加工液的制备方法:将上述组分混合均匀即可。
下面对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述:
本发明一些实施例中,润滑油基础油优选为矿物油,不仅润滑效果好,而且冷却效果也不错。以椰子油脂肪酸乙醇酰胺作为乳化剂,将加工液制成乳化液可以极大提高加工液的冷却作用。
本发明一些实施例中,防锈剂优选为石油磺酸钠,不仅起到防锈作用,还可以起到乳化作用。活性硫起到极压抗磨作用。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的镗孔加工液具有良好的极压性,有效提高工件的精密度和光洁度,降低加工中所产生的温度和烟雾的产生、减少损耗,有效的防止金属接触面烧结,减少钻头磨损,提高机械寿命。良好的杀菌性和低泡性,延长工作液的使用寿命。
本发明的镗孔加工液添加增粘剂保证其合适的粘度,同时具有较高的冲刷排屑性能和清洗性能,保证工件无粘附。无油雾,无气味,保持车间环境安全健康。
本发明的镗孔加工液中加入活性硫赋予其优异的极压抗磨性,能为刀锋提供极好的保护、冷却和润滑作用,保证极高的进给度和切削率,以达到完美的表面质量,延长钻头使用寿命并阻止刀瘤的形成,降低切削刀口的摩擦阻力及操作负荷,同时提高加工精度及表面光洁度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种镗孔加工液,按照质量分数计算,包括以下组分:
矿物油35%、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺3%、石油磺酸钠4%、活性硫2%及甲基纤维素1%,余量为水。
实施例2
一种镗孔加工液,按照质量分数计算,包括以下组分:
矿物油40%、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺4%、石油磺酸钠3%、活性硫3%、羟丙基甲基纤维素2%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.02%,余量为水。
实施例3
一种镗孔加工液,按照质量分数计算,包括以下组分:
矿物油30%、椰子油脂肪酸双乙醇酰胺3%、石油磺酸钠3%、活性硫2%、甲基纤维素1%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.06%及聚醚50ppm,余量为水。
实施例4
一种镗孔加工液,按照质量分数计算,包括以下组分:
矿物油50%、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺5%、石油磺酸钠5%、活性硫4%及甲基纤维素3%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1%及聚醚100ppm,余量为水。
实施例5
一种镗孔加工液,按照质量分数计算,包括以下组分:
矿物油45%、椰子油脂肪酸双乙醇酰胺4%、石油磺酸钠3%、活性硫3%、甲基纤维素2%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.08%及聚醚80ppm,余量为水。
下面将本发明的实施例1-3的镗孔加工液与市售普通镗孔液(比如201110109641.7)进行加工性能比较,结果见表1。

注明:实施例4-5的镗孔加工液性能与实施例1-3基本相同。

1.一种镗孔加工液,其特征在于,按照质量分数计算,包括以下组分:
润滑油基础油30~50%、椰子油脂肪酸乙醇酰胺3~5%、防锈剂3~5%、活性硫2~4%及增粘剂1~3%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,所述润滑油基础油为矿物油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,所述椰子油脂肪酸乙醇酰胺为椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺或者椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,所述增粘剂为纤维素类增粘剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,所述纤维素类增粘剂为甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠或者羟乙基纤维素。
7.根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,还包括0.02~0.1%杀菌剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮。
9.根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,还包括50~100ppm的消泡剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的镗孔加工液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚。
