本发明公开了一种环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,去离子水配合多种复合添加剂,包括:极压剂、助剂、调节剂、稳定剂、抗磨剂、抗氧防腐剂、增粘剂、杀菌剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、表面活性剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防腐性、低挥发性、热容量大以及对油漆的相溶性。

技术领域
本发明属于金属加工(磨削加工)润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
背景技术
在金属加工过程中,磨削加工,磨粒成为多刃微细的切削。其切削形式:一是磨粒切削;二是通过磨粒摩擦,将加工部分挤出,并沿轨迹两侧降起。在磨削过程中,磨粒会随磨损增加,钝化后的磨粒在压力作用下,会自动生产小缺口,形成新的有切削小口的磨粒。这就是磨粒的自锐现象。磨削是直接提高工件精度最重要加工方法。磨削以砂轮或者其他模具对工件进行加工,其主运动是砂轮的旋转。砂轮由磨料、结合剂和气孔构成,其磨削作用。磨粒具有硬度高、耐磨性好、耐热性好、韧性好的特点,并且有锋利的形状。砂轮的磨削过程实际是对工件表面的切削、犁向和滑擦三种作用的综合效益。
磨削液是一种用在金属磨削加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具与加工件的工业用液体。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类。一类是用刀具进行切削加工,如车削、钻削、镗削、铣削、创削和拉削等;另一类是用磨料进行的磨削加工,如磨削、珩削、研削和超精研加工等。按加工苛刻程度排列,切削加工可分为16种,其中磨削排名第一。切削润滑剂以使用上分为两大类,都需要有良好的冷却和润滑效果,但两种加工方式存在着根本的不同。在磨削加工中,磨削速度高达1000r/min以上,温度超过1100℃,因此要求有更高的冷却性能;另外,磨具(如砂轮)孔隙容易堵塞,也因此需要更高的清净性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防腐性、低挥发性、热容量大以及对油漆的相溶性的环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,去离子水与多种复合添加剂组合而成,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
极压剂是硼酸。助剂是硼酸二氢铝;调节剂是氟硼酸钠。稳定剂是硅酸钠;抗磨剂是水镁石。抗氧防腐剂是肌醇六磷酸酯;增粘剂是变性淀粉。
杀菌剂是二氢二氮唑。防锈剂是质量比50%的甲基苯三氮唑和50%的苯甲酸钠复合;抗泡剂是乳化硅油。表面活性剂是油酸三乙醇胺。
本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防腐性、低挥发性、热容量大以及对油漆的相溶性。

将以下各组分按质量百分比调和而成:

3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于助剂是硼酸二氢铝;调节剂是氟硼酸钠。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于稳定剂是硅酸钠;抗磨剂是水镁石。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧防腐剂是肌醇六磷酸酯;增粘剂是变性淀粉。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于杀菌剂是二氢二氮唑。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好水基磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的甲基苯三氮唑和50%的苯甲酸钠复合;抗泡剂是乳化硅油。
