一种高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物,包括以下组分:以添加剂组合物为100%计,抗氧剂52‑73%、清净剂6‑12%、金属钝化剂3‑5%、防锈剂3‑5%、破乳剂1‑3%,余量为稀释剂,其中,所述抗氧剂为半阻型双酚、长链液态高分子量酚类抗氧剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的混合物。本发明所述高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物与II或III类基础油调合后,可以得到适用于高压柱塞泵的抗磨液压油,具有优异的抗氧性、过滤性等性能,其各项性能完全满足GB/T11118.1‑2011标准的技术要求。

一种高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油添加剂组合物,特别是适用于高压柱塞泵液压油的添加剂组合物。
背景技术
高压柱塞泵具有额定压力高、结构紧凑、效率高和流量调节方便等优点,被广泛应用于高压、大流量和流量需要调节的场合,目前在混凝土泵车等行走机械中已广泛使用。为了使柱塞泵及液压系统高效稳定工作,液压油必须具有良好的抗氧化性能,在长时间高温下,减少油泥等物质生成;优异的清净性,对不可避免产生的油泥有良好的溶解性,减少卡阀现象的产生;长时间使用的液压系统难免会进入水,在精密的柱塞泵系统中,液压油表现出优异的过滤性,避免产生堵塞等作用;优良的抗磨性能,在高压下对液压体系提供抗磨保护。
因液压泵、应用设备及工作环境的不同,对液压油的性能要求各有侧重。CN103710082公开了一个低温抗磨液压油,采用雅富顿、路博润等复合剂,油品具有优异的抗磨性、抗氧化性和低温性能。CN101365774公开了一个高抗氧化稳定性的无灰润滑油,并可作为造纸机油,具有高的黏度指数和高的旋转氧弹。CN1115396公开了一种抗磨液压油添加剂组合物,可适用于各种基础油,满足HM抗磨液压油GB11118.1-94标准。CN1952091提供了一种使用于闭门器的液压油组合物。CN103087807提供了一种高清净型液压油组合物,除具有传统液压油的性能,同时保持液压油系统清洁。目前,通用型HM抗磨液压油如长期适用于高压柱塞泵中,常常出现油泥较多,液压系统动作迟缓、卡阀,过滤器堵塞,遇水后油品过滤性较差等问题,而且国内专利未见针对高压柱塞泵性能特点开发的抗磨液压油组合物的专利介绍。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物,包括以下组分:以添加剂组合物为100%计,抗氧剂52-73%、清净剂6-12%、金属钝化剂3-5%、防锈剂3-5%、破乳剂1-3%,余量为稀释剂,其中,所述抗氧剂为半阻型双酚、长链液态高分子量酚类抗氧剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的混合物。
进一步的,所述半阻型双酚为4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚),长链液态高分子量酚类抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸十八碳醇酯,4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)兼顾优异的抗氧化性能外,能有效的减少油泥的生成,并且该双酚的挥发性较低,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸十八碳醇酯进一步减少抗氧剂在高温下的挥发。
进一步的,以添加剂组合物为100%计,添加剂组合物包含20-30%的4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2-3%的β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸十八碳醇酯和30-40%的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌ZDDP(T204),T204中碱式ZDDP含量更多,能进一步改善摩擦性能,在高压下对柱塞泵提供润滑保护,T204复配效果及储存稳定性好。
进一步的,抗氧剂中4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸十八碳醇酯的质量比为10:1。
进一步的,所述清净剂为水杨酸钙T109B和环烷酸钙T112的混合物,双清净剂能更好的溶解分散油泥,同时减少包覆油泥的粒径,使油泥分布合理,大粒径经过滤器后出去,小粒径的油泥悬浮油中,不会沉积在阀上,最终油品具有较好的透过性。
进一步的,所述水杨酸钙T109B的碱值为260,具有优良的清净性、高温稳定性、中和能力强,与环氧酸钙有极好的复配性能;环烷酸钙T112的碱值为200,有极好的过滤性,有较好的清净分散性和一定的中和能力。
进一步的,以添加剂组合物为100%计,添加剂组合物包含5-10%的水杨酸钙T109B和1-2%的环烷酸钙T112。
进一步的,水杨酸钙T109B与环烷酸钙T112的质量比为5-10:1。
进一步的,所述金属钝化剂为苯三唑类衍生物,可以是N’N-二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑,甲基苯三唑等。通过钝化铜、铁等金属,抑制金属及其化合物对油品氧化及催化作用,对柱塞泵的金属期间提供保护。
进一步的,所述防锈剂为壬基苯氧乙酸,通过在金属表面形成吸附性保护膜,进而抑制水和氧的接触,使金属不致锈蚀。
进一步的,所述破乳剂为聚酰胺型破乳剂,n=3-8,亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)为11-13。液压油受到水的污染后,形成乳状液,破乳剂能有效改变油-水界面张力,使油品快速与水分离。
进一步的,所述稀释剂为2-6cSt的中性油,可以是HVI P5,HVIP6等。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物与II或III类基础油调合后,可以得到适用于高压柱塞泵的抗磨液压油,具有优异的抗氧性、过滤性等性能,其各项性能完全满足GB/T11118.1-2011标准的技术要求。

为了对本发明进行进一步的说明,特列举以下实施例,但本发明并不仅限于实施例。

以实施例1、2和3为例,按质量分数0.9%,加入到II类基础油中,进行热稳定性、过滤性和氧化安定性测试,其结果如下表所示:
由以上结果可以看出,液压油在具有优异的热稳定性,总沉渣重均小于10mg,极佳的过滤性,并且氧化安定性在1500小时后,酸值小于0.7mg/KOH,主要性能满足高压柱塞泵的苛刻要求。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,包括以下组分:以添加剂组合物为100%计,抗氧剂52-73%、清净剂6-12%、金属钝化剂3-5%、防锈剂3-5%、破乳剂1-3%,余量为稀释剂,其中,所述抗氧剂为半阻型双酚、长链液态高分子量酚类抗氧剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述半阻型双酚为4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚),长链液态高分子量酚类抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸十八碳醇酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,以添加剂组合物为100%计,添加剂组合物包含20-30%的4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2-3%的β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸十八碳醇酯和30-40%的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,抗氧剂中4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸十八碳醇酯的质量比为10:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高压柱塞泵液压油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述清净剂为水杨酸钙T109B和环烷酸钙T112的混合物。
