本发明公开了一种发泡绝缘材料,包括塑料基体,所述塑料基体内包含有废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂在所述塑料基体内均匀分布,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物在塑料基体内所占的体积为20%‑40%,所述植物纤维在塑料基体内所占的体积为25%‑35%,所述苯乙烯聚合物颗粒在塑料基体内所占的体积为20%‑24%。本发明的发泡绝缘材料可以可以隔绝电荷对产品部件的伤害,保护产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发泡绝缘材料。
背景技术
在一些机械电器设备中,需要用到发泡绝缘材料,来隔绝电流对产品或环境造成的伤害。设备中的不同部件之间以及设备与环境之间,需要进行电绝缘隔热。这就需要使用相应的隔热绝缘材料,并且尽可能的降低材料成本。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种发泡绝缘材料,该发泡绝缘材料具有很好的隔热绝缘性能,并且价格较低,使用成本不高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种发泡绝缘材料,其包括塑料基体,所述塑料基体内包含有废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂在所述塑料基体内均匀分布,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物在塑料基体内所占的体积为20%-40%,所述植物纤维在塑料基体内所占的体积为25%-35%,所述苯乙烯聚合物颗粒在塑料基体内所占的体积为20%-24%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述胶黏剂在塑料基体内所占的质量百分比为1%-5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述发泡绝缘材料被加工为片材或卷材。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述发泡绝缘材料内填加有颜料,所述颜料在塑料基体内所占的质量百分比为0.05%-0.2%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的发泡绝缘材料具有很好的隔热绝缘性能,并且价格较低,使用成本不高。

本发明的发泡绝缘材料包括塑料基体,所述塑料基体内包含有废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂在所述塑料基体内均匀分布,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物在塑料基体内所占的体积为20%,所述植物纤维在塑料基体内所占的体积为25%,所述苯乙烯聚合物颗粒在塑料基体内所占的体积为24%。
优选的,所述胶黏剂在塑料基体内所占的质量百分比为1%。
优选的,所述发泡绝缘材料被加工为片材或卷材。
优选的,所述发泡绝缘材料内填加有颜料,所述颜料在塑料基体内所占的质量百分比为0.1%。
胶黏剂将废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒和聚氨酯发泡剂结合在一起,聚氨酯发泡剂将废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒进行发泡,使之产生气泡,内部产生空隙。
废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维和苯乙烯聚合物颗粒都具有很好的绝缘性能,植物纤维和苯乙烯聚合物颗粒还具有很好的隔热性能,将发泡绝缘材料安装在设备上,可以对设备不同部件之间起到隔热绝缘作用,保护产品和设备。

本发明的发泡绝缘材料包括塑料基体,所述塑料基体内包含有废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂在所述塑料基体内均匀分布,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物在塑料基体内所占的体积为40%,所述植物纤维在塑料基体内所占的体积为35%,所述苯乙烯聚合物颗粒在塑料基体内所占的体积为24%。
同样的,将发泡绝缘材料安装在设备上,可以对设备不同部件之间起到隔热绝缘作用,保护产品和设备。
本发明实施例三:
本发明的发泡绝缘材料包括塑料基体,所述塑料基体内包含有废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂在所述塑料基体内均匀分布,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物在塑料基体内所占的体积为30%,所述植物纤维在塑料基体内所占的体积为30%,所述苯乙烯聚合物颗粒在塑料基体内所占的体积为22%。
同样的,将发泡绝缘材料安装在设备上,可以对设备不同部件之间起到隔热绝缘作用,保护产品和设备。

1.一种发泡绝缘材料,其特征在于,包括塑料基体,所述塑料基体内包含有废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物、植物纤维、苯乙烯聚合物颗粒、聚氨酯发泡剂和胶黏剂在所述塑料基体内均匀分布,所述废旧橡胶颗粒填充物在塑料基体内所占的体积为20%-40%,所述植物纤维在塑料基体内所占的体积为25%-35%,所述苯乙烯聚合物颗粒在塑料基体内所占的体积为20%-24%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂在塑料基体内所占的质量百分比为1%-5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发泡绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述发泡绝缘材料被加工为片材或卷材。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的发泡绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述发泡绝缘材料内填加有颜料,所述颜料在塑料基体内所占的质量百分比为0.05%-0.2%。
