技术领域
本发明属于混合动力汽车技术领域,涉及一种混合动力汽车用驱动总成,具体涉及一种双行星排动力耦合传动系统。
背景技术
混合动力汽车作为一种新兴的节能环保型汽车,其整车动力性和经济性主要由整车动力总成系统决定。而现有以功率分流式动力耦合机构为基础的混合动力驱动系统,在E-CVT模式下,若只采用输入功率分流模式,则在低速行驶工况下,传动效率较高,燃油经济性较好,但中高速和高速工况时,传动效率下降,燃油经济性较差;若只采用复合功率分流模式,则在中高速行驶工况下,传动效率较高,燃油经济性较好,但低速和高速工况时,传动效率下降,燃油经济性较差;此外,若只采用输出功率分流模式,则在高速工况下,无电功率循环出现,系统效率较高,燃油经济性较好,但在低速和中速工况下,系统效率低,燃油经济性差。同时,在纯电动模式下,由于电池容量的限制,难以行驶更远的距离,而串联模式的存在则会通过部分燃油消耗的方式增大纯电动行驶里程。
因此,需要对现有技术中的混合动力传动装置的动力耦合系统进行改进,使具有更多的工作模式,以适应低、中、高车速工况,提高传动系统效率,改善整个工况下的燃油经济性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种双行星排动力耦合传动系统,可实现多挡纯电动、串联模式、输入功率分流、复合功率分流、输出功率分流、多挡并联混合驱动等模式,以适应低、中、高车速工况,提高传动系统效率,改善燃油经济性。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明提供一种双行星排动力耦合传动系统,包括第一动力源、第二动力源、第三动力源、减速齿轮机构、输出轴、双行星排齿轮机构,在与第一动力源相连接的第一传动轴上分别通过第一离合器、第二离合器、第三离合器连接有第一齿轮、第二齿轮和第三齿轮;双行星排齿轮机构为共用齿圈、行星架结构,其齿圈通过第四离合器连接有与第三齿轮啮合传动的第八齿轮、行星架通过第四传动轴连接有与第二齿轮啮合传动的第九齿轮、前排太阳轮通过第二传动轴连接有与第一齿轮啮合传动的第七齿轮、后排太阳轮通过第三传动轴与第二动力源连接、前排行星轮与齿圈和前排太阳轮啮合传动、后排行星轮与前排行星轮和后排太阳轮啮合传动;行星架与减速齿轮机构通过第四齿轮啮合传动,减速齿轮机构与输出轴通过第五齿轮啮合传动;齿圈上还设有第一制动器;第二传动轴上设有第二制动器;第三动力源通过第五传动轴连接有与第八齿轮啮合传动的第六齿轮。

实施例1:
请参阅图1,附图中的元件标号分别表示:第一动力源1、第一传动轴2、第一齿轮3、第二离合器4、第二齿轮5、第三齿轮6、第三离合器7、第四离合器8、齿圈9、第一制动器10、前排行星轮11、后排行星轮12、第四齿轮13、行星架14、前排太阳轮15、第二传动轴16、第二动力源17、第三传动轴18、后排太阳轮19、减速齿轮组20、输出轴21、第五齿轮22、第四传动轴23、第六齿轮24、第五传动轴25、第三动力源26、第七齿轮27、第二制动器28、第八齿轮29、第九齿轮30、第一离合器31。
本实施例基本如附图1所示:双行星排动力耦合传动系统,包括第一动力源1、第二动力源17、第三动力源26以及由减速齿轮机构20连接于输出轴21的双行星排齿轮机构,在与第一动力源1相连接的第一传动轴2上分别通过第一离合器31、第二离合器4、第三离合器7结合有第一齿轮3、第二齿轮5和第三齿轮6;双行星排齿轮机构的齿圈9通过第四离合器8结合有与第三齿轮6啮合传动的第八齿轮29、行星架14通过第四传动轴23连接有与第二齿轮5啮合传动的第九齿轮30、前排太阳轮15通过第二传动轴16连接有与第一齿轮3啮合传动的第七齿轮27、后排太阳轮19通过第三传动轴18与第二动力源17连接、前排行星轮11与齿圈9和前排太阳轮15啮合传动、后排行星轮12与前排行星轮11和后排太阳轮19啮合传动;行星架14与减速齿轮机构20通过第四齿轮13啮合传动,减速齿轮机构20与输出轴21通过第五齿轮22啮合传动;齿圈9上还设有第一制动器10;第二传动轴16上设有第二制动器28;第三动力源26通过第五传动轴25连接有与第八齿轮29啮合传动的第六齿轮24;第三动力源26采用发动机,第一动力源1和第二动力源17均采用电机。
本实施例中的双行星排齿轮机构为复合行星齿轮机构,即齿圈和行星架为共用式结构。
本实施例中的前排太阳轮15的齿顶圆直径大于后排太阳轮19的齿顶圆直径,所述前排行星轮11的分度圆直径小于后排行星轮12的分度圆直径,且前排行星轮11的齿宽大于后排行星轮12的齿宽。
本实施例中的第一制动器10和第二制动器28可以采用湿式的,也可以采用干式制动器。
本实施例中的第一离合器31、第二离合器4、第三离合器7均采用湿式的,通过电控液压系统实现其结合与分离功能。当然在不同的实施例中还可以采用干式离合器。
下面针对本发明的工作模式具备的纯电动模式(单电机驱动、双电机驱动)、串联模式、E-CVT混合驱动模式和并联混合驱动模式等做如下描述。现具体阐述下各工作模式的实现方式:并见表1,其中,CL1代表第一离合器31,CL2代表第二离合器4,CL3代表第三离合器7,B1代表第一制动器10,B2代表第二制动器28,令离合器和制动器状态分别是:0为分离状态,1为结合状态;电机Ⅰ代表第一动力源1,电机Ⅱ代表第二动力源15,发动机代表第三动力源26;S1代表前排太阳轮15;

(一)、纯电动模式
纯电动模式1:当CL1第一离合器31、CL3第三离合器7、CL4第三离合器8、B1制动器10、B2制动器28均分离,且CL2第二离合器4结合时,仅电机Ⅰ直接驱动;
纯电动模式2:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器均分离,且B1制动器锁止时,仅电机Ⅱ以固定速比一挡驱动;
纯电动模式3:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器分离,且CL2第二离合器结合及B1制动器锁止时,电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合一挡驱动;
纯电动模式4:当CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器分离,且CL1第一离合器结合及B1制动器锁止时,电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合二挡驱动;
纯电动模式5:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B1制动器均分离,且B2制动器锁止时,仅电机Ⅱ以固定速比二挡驱动;
纯电动模式6:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器分离,且CL2第二离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合三挡驱动;
纯电动模式7:当CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器均分离,且CL1第一离合器结合时,电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转速耦合驱动。
(二)、串联模式
串联模式1:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器分离,且CL3第三离合器结合及B1制动器锁止时,发动机使电机Ⅰ发电,仅电机Ⅱ固定速比一挡驱动;
串联模式2:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL4第三离合器、B1制动器分离,且CL3第三离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,发动机使电机Ⅰ发电,仅电机Ⅱ固定速比二挡驱动。
(三)、输入功率分流模式
输入功率分流模式:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器均分离,且CL2第二离合器、CL4第四离合器结合时,S1前排太阳轮15空转,为E-CVT混合动力驱动模式一。该模式主要用于混合动力驱动下的低速工况,传动系统无电功率循环,传动效率高,整车燃油经济性好。
(四)、复合功率分流模式
复合功率分流模式:当CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器均分离,且CL1第一离合器、CL4第四离合器结合时,为E-CVT混合动力驱动模式二。该模式主要适用于混合动力驱动下的中高速工况,具有较宽的传动效率范围,整车燃油经济较好。
(五)、输出功率分流模式
输出功率分流模式:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器均分离,且CL3第三离合器、CL4第四离合器结合时,S1前排太阳轮空转,为E-CVT混合动力驱动模式三。该模式主要适用于混合动力驱动下的高速工况,传动系统无电功率循环,传动效率较高,可改善高速工况下整车燃油经济性。
(六)、并联混合驱动模式
并联模式1:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、B1制动器分离,且CL4第四离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,发动机和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合驱动;
并联模式2:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、B1制动器分离,且CL2第二离合器、CL4第四离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,发动机、电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合一挡驱动;
并联模式3:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、B1制动器分离,且CL3第三离合器、CL4第四离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,发动机、电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合二挡驱动;
并联模式4:当B1制动器、B2制动器分离,且CL4第四离合器结合,而CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器任意两个结合时,发动机、电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合三挡驱动。
(七)、再生制动模式
当制动时,发动机不工作,主要由单或两电机提供制动转矩和传动系统平衡转矩,以进行制动能量回收,并保持整车平顺行驶。
本实施例增加了第二制动器28和第四离合器8,存在的优点有:其一,从功能上,增加了串联模式1和串联模式2,可增加纯电行驶里程;其二,具有七个纯电动行驶模式,其中还有一个两电机转速耦合驱动模式,有利于对纯电动行驶时两电机状态进行优化以提高动力系统效率,减少整车电耗;其三,具有四个并联混合驱动模式,三动力源的多挡转矩耦合能够具有更强的动力性能。
实施例2:
请参阅图2,附图中的元件标号分别表示:第三制动器32。
本实施例基本如附图2所示:相比于实施例1不同之处在于,第三传动轴18上设有第三制动器32。其工作模式比实施例1多增加两个纯电动模式和三个并联混合驱动模式,具体的各工作模式的实现方式:并见表2

(一)、纯电动模式
纯电动模式1:当CL1第一离合器31、CL3第三离合器7、CL4第三离合器8、B1制动器10、B2制动器28、B3制动器32均分离,且CL2第二离合器4结合时,仅电机Ⅰ直接一挡驱动;
纯电动模式2:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器、B3制动器均分离,且B1制动器锁止时,仅电机Ⅱ以固定速比一挡驱动;
纯电动模式3:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL2第二离合器结合及B1制动器锁止时,电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合一挡驱动;
纯电动模式4:当CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL1第一离合器结合及B1制动器锁止时,电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合二挡驱动;
纯电动模式5:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B1制动器、B3制动器均分离,且B2制动器锁止时,仅电机Ⅱ以固定速比二挡驱动;
纯电动模式6:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL2第二离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合三挡驱动;
纯电动模式7:当CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器、B3制动器均分离,且CL1第一离合器结合时,电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转速耦合驱动;
纯电动模式8:CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器、B3制动器均分离,且当CL2第二离合器结合及B3制动器锁止时,仅电机Ⅰ二挡驱动;
纯电动模式9:当CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第三离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器、B3制动器均分离,且CL1第一离合器结合及B3制动器锁止时,仅电机Ⅰ三挡驱动。
(二)、串联模式
串联模式1:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL4第三离合器、B2制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL3第三离合器结合及B1制动器锁止时,发动机使电机Ⅰ发电,仅电机Ⅱ固定速比一挡驱动;
串联模式2:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL4第三离合器、B1制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL3第三离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,发动机使电机Ⅰ发电,仅电机Ⅱ固定速比二挡驱动。
(三)、输入功率分流模式
输入功率分流模式:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器、B3制动器均分离,且CL2第二离合器、CL4第四离合器结合时,S1前排太阳轮15空转,为E-CVT混合动力驱动模式一。
(四)、复合功率分流模式
复合功率分流模式:当CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器、B3制动器均分离,且CL1第一离合器、CL4第四离合器结合时,为E-CVT混合动力驱动模式二。
(五)、输出功率分流模式
输出功率分流模式:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器、B3制动器均分离,且CL3第三离合器、CL4第四离合器结合时,S1前排太阳轮空转,为E-CVT混合动力驱动模式三。
(六)、并联混合驱动模式
并联模式1:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、B1制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL4第四离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,发动机和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合驱动;
并联模式2:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、B1制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL2第二离合器、CL4第四离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,发动机、电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合一挡驱动;
并联模式3:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、B1制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL3第三离合器、CL4第四离合器结合及B2制动器锁止时,发动机、电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合二挡驱动;
并联模式4:当B1制动器、B2制动器、B3制动器分离,且CL4第四离合器结合,而CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器任意两个结合时,发动机、电机Ⅰ和电机Ⅱ转矩耦合三挡驱动;
并联模式5:当CL1第一离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第四离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器分离,且CL2第二离合器结合及B3制动器锁止时,发动机和电机Ⅰ转矩耦合一挡驱动;
并联模式6:当CL2第二离合器、CL3第三离合器、CL4第四离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器分离,且CL1第一离合器结合及B3制动器锁止时,发动机和电机Ⅰ转矩耦合二挡驱动;
并联模式7:当CL1第一离合器、CL2第二离合器、CL4第四离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器分离,且CL3第三离合器结合及B3制动器锁止时,发动机和电机1转矩耦合三挡驱动。
(七)、再生制动模式
当制动时,发动机不工作,主要由单或两电机提供制动转矩和传动系统平衡转矩,以进行制动能量回收,并保持整车平顺行驶。
实施例3:
请参阅图3,附图中的元件标号分别表示:前排齿圈9a、后排齿圈9b、前排行星架14a、后排行星架14b、第四传动轴23a、第十齿轮33、第十一齿轮34。
本实施例基本如附图3所示:相比于实施例1、2不同之处在于,本双行星排式多模混合动力传动装置中所述共用齿圈、行星架的双行星排齿轮机构由前排行星架14a与后排齿圈9b相连、前排齿圈9a与后排行星架14b相连的两级行星排齿轮机构替代,其中,后排齿圈9b通过第四离合器8结合有与第三齿轮6啮合传动的第八齿轮29,其后排齿圈9b上还设有第一制动器10;第四齿轮13设置在后排行星架14b上;同第二齿轮5啮合传动的第十齿轮33与同第四齿轮13啮合传动的第十一齿轮34通过第四传动轴23a连接;前排行星轮11与前排太阳轮15和前排齿圈9a啮合传动;后排行星轮12与后排太阳轮19和后排齿圈9b啮合传动。其工作模式与实施例2相同,就不在赘述了。

Claims (7)

1.双行星排动力耦合传动系统,包括第一动力源(1)、第二动力源(17)、第三动力源(26)、减速齿轮机构(20)、输出轴(21)、双行星排齿轮机构,其特征在于,在与第一动力源相连接的第一传动轴(2)上分别通过第一离合器(31)、第二离合器(4)、第三离合器(7)连接有第一齿轮(3)、第二齿轮(5)和第三齿轮(6);双行星排齿轮机构为共用齿圈、行星架结构,其齿圈(9)通过第四离合器(8)连接有与第三齿轮啮合传动的第八齿轮(29)、行星架(14)通过第四传动轴(23)连接有与第二齿轮啮合传动的第九齿轮(30)、前排太阳轮(15)通过第二传动轴(16)连接有与第一齿轮啮合传动的第七齿轮(27)、后排太阳轮(19)通过第三传动轴(18)与第二动力源连接、前排行星轮(11)与齿圈和前排太阳轮啮合传动、后排行星轮(12)与前排行星轮和后排太阳轮啮合传动;行星架与减速齿轮机构通过第四齿轮(13)啮合传动,减速齿轮机构与输出轴通过第五齿轮(22)啮合传动;齿圈上还设有第一制动器(10);第二传动轴上设有第二制动器(28);第三动力源通过第五传动轴(25)连接有与第八齿轮啮合传动的第六齿轮(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双行星排动力耦合传动系统,其特征在于,所述第三动力源为发动机,所述第一动力源和第二动力源为电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双行星排动力耦合传动系统,其特征在于,所述前排太阳轮的齿顶圆直径大于后排太阳轮的齿顶圆直径,所述前排行星轮的分度圆直径小于后排行星轮的分度圆直径,且前排行星轮的齿宽大于后排行星轮的齿宽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双行星排动力耦合传动系统,其特征在于,所述第一离合器、第二离合器、第三离合器均为湿式或干式离合器。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的双行星排动力耦合传动系统,其特征在于,所述第三传动轴上设有第三制动器(32)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双行星排动力耦合传动系统,其特征在于,所述第一制动器、第二制动器、第三制动器为湿式或干式制动器。
7.双行星排动力耦合传动系统,包括第一动力源(1)、第二动力源(17)、第三动力源(26)、减速齿轮机构(20)、输出轴(21)、双行星排齿轮机构,其特征在于,在与第一动力源相连接的第一传动轴(2)上分别通过第一离合器(31)、第二离合器(4)、第三离合器(7)连接有第一齿轮(3)、第二齿轮(5)和第三齿轮(6);双行星排齿轮机构为两级行星排齿轮机构,由相连的前排行星架(14a)与后排齿圈(9b)、及相连的前排齿圈(9a)与后排行星架(14b)组成,后排齿圈通过第四离合器(8)连接有与第三齿轮(6)啮合传动的第八齿轮(29),其后排齿圈上还设有第一制动器(10);前排太阳轮(15)通过第二传动轴(16)连接有与第一齿轮啮合传动的第七齿轮(27);第二传动轴上设有第二制动器(28);第四齿轮(13)设置在后排行星架上;同第二齿轮(5)啮合传动的第十齿轮(33)与同第四齿轮啮合传动的第十一齿轮(34)通过第四传动轴(23a)连接;前排行星轮(11)与前排太阳轮(15)和前排齿圈啮合传动;后排行星轮(12)与后排太阳轮(19)和后排齿圈啮合传动;后排太阳轮通过第三传动轴(18)与第二动力源连接;减速齿轮机构与输出轴通过第五齿轮(22)啮合传动;第三动力源通过第五传动轴(25)连接有与第八齿轮啮合传动的第六齿轮(24)。
