背景技术
用于轮式车辆的液力机械自动变速器,包括行星排、离合器、壳体、液压控制系统。变速器可以有多个行星排、离合器和内部旋转部件。
通过控制不同离合器实现变速器的不同速比,以适应不同载荷情况下变速器的工作速比需求。通过内燃机、动力电机的协调控制可以实现输出速度的连续变化,实现车辆经济性的提高。
现有自动变速器在运行过程中没有发动机停机功能,从整机吸收的机械能在能量回收时一部分会被发动机消耗,发动机属于燃油消耗件。现有自动变速器不能实现停机节能功能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器,能够实现在变速器运行过程中发动机停机节能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器,所述自动变速器包括输入轴、输出轴、两个动力电机、三个行星排、两个离合器和两个制动器;所述动力电机具备驱动模式和发电模式;
输入轴通过第一离合器与第一行星排框架连接,同时第一行星排框架通过第一制动器与变速器箱体连接实现制动,第一行星排齿圈与第二行星排框架连接,并通过第二离合器和第三行星排框架连接;第一行星排太阳轮和第二行星排齿圈均连接到第一动力电机;第二行星排太阳轮与第三行星太阳轮连接,并连接到第二动力电机;第三行星排框架与输出轴连接,第三行星排齿圈通过第二制动器和箱体相连实现制动;
通过结合或分离制动器、离合器,第三行星排具有两个不同的输出传动比,实现自动变速器十七种工作状态。

有益效果:

其次,由于动力电机转速高,发电机速度低,转速范围不同、转速受限,本发明将动力电机连接第一行星排太阳轮,将发动机与第一行星排框架连接,使得二者转速匹配性好,体积小,能够发挥各自工作区域的优势。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并举实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
本实施例提供了一种两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200,如图1所示,包括连接内燃机的输入轴201、用于动力输出的输出轴202、第一行星排205、第二行星排206、第三行星排207、第一动力电机208、第二动力电机209、第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2、第一制动器B1及第二制动器B2。第一动力电机208、第二动力电机209具备驱动模式和发电模式,既有动力输入又有动力回收的作用。
输入轴一端与动力源发动机连接,输入轴另一端通过第一离合器与第一行星排框架连接,同时第一行星排框架通过第一制动器与变速器箱体连接实现制动,成为第一电机扭矩输出支点;第一行星排齿圈与第二行星排框架连接,并通过第二离合器和第三行星排框架连接;第一行星排太阳轮和第二行星排齿圈均连接到第一动力电机接收第一电机的能量输出或输出能量至第一电机去发电;第二行星排太阳轮与第三行星太阳轮连接,并连接到第二动力电机,第二动力电机可以将能量传递到第二行星排和第三行星排;第三行星排框架与输出轴连接,完成能量汇流和动力输出功能,第三行星排齿圈通过第二制动器和箱体相连实现制动。第一动力电机208、第二动力电机209、输入轴、输出轴在同一中心线布置。
两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200能够接受能量多路输入,并且具有能量回收功能,具有将内燃机能量转换为电能进行输出的功能。在车辆的不同运行需求状态下,具有内燃机驱动、内燃机电机耦合驱动、内燃机驱动一个动力电机发电另一个动力电机驱动输出、双动力电机驱动内燃机停机、单动力电机驱动内燃机停机、一个动力电机发电另一个动力电机驱动输出内燃机停机六种驱动模式。第一离合器C1和第一制动器B1结合或分离决定了内燃机是否工作,并在外部控制器控制下确定两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200的驱动模式。
内燃机直接连接到两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200或通过变矩器连接到两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200的输入轴201;输入轴201通过第一离合器C1连接到第一行星排205的第一行星排框架213上。当发动机工作时,第一离合器C1结合,动力经过第一离合器C1传递到两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200,这时输入的机械能可以有一部分传递给第一动力电机M1转化为电能,也可以全部经过第一行星排框架213,经过第一行星排205的转化,输出到第一行星排齿圈214,传入两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200内部向后传递;这两种能量传递模式可由外部控制器控制选择。
当在运行过程中发动机停止工作时,第一离合器C1松开,第一制动器B1结合,两个动力电机可以将电能转化为机械能,经过第一行星排205的转化输出到第一行星排齿圈214,传入两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200内部。第一动力电机M1也可以吸收第一行星排205的机械能,机械能通过第一行星排太阳轮212将机械能转化为电能由动力电机M1输出到电力系统进行存储发电。
当在运行过程中发动机停止工作时,第一离合器C1和第一制动器B1松开,第一行星排205不传递动力,两个动力电机通过第二行星排齿圈218输出动力到第二行星排206。两个动力电机也可以通过第二行星排齿圈218吸收机械能转化为电能。
第一离合器C1结合,第二离合器C2和第一制动器B1、第二制动器B2松开,两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200处于空挡状态(例如在车辆启动时),第一动力电机M1和第二动力电机M2共同作用,可以启动发动机。
第一动力电机M1和第二动力电机M2,共有四种工作模式:第一动力电机M1和第二动力电机M2共同输出机械能,叫做DD模式;第一动力电机M1输出电能、第二动力电机M2输出机械能,叫做GD模式;第一动力电机M1输出机械能、第二动力电机M2输出电能,叫做DG模式;第一动力电机M1和第二动力电机M2共同输出电能,叫做GG模式。
在双电机的不同驱动模式下,第三行星排207可以处在两个不同的输出传动比,故此本发明叫做两段式混合动力变速器;第二制动器B2和第二离合器C2都松开时,两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200处于空挡状态;车辆运行在低速状态时第二制动器B2结合,第二离合器C2松开;车辆运行在高速状态时第二制动器B2松开,第二离合器C2结合。第二制动器B2和第二离合器C2结合或分离决定了输出传动比。
配合两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200,第三行星排207可以处在两个不同的输出传动比,第一动力电机208和第二动力电机209可以选择工作在DD、GD、DG、GG四种模式下,这样就出现了两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200的八种工作状态。再结合发动机停机与否两种状况,实现了变速器的十六种工作状态,加上空挡状态,共十七种工作状态。
为了进一步说明两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200的不同工作状态,将第一行星排205、第二行星排206、第三行星排207的K值举例为:1.7、2.5、1.9;这样得到第三行星排207在第二离合器B2制动的情况下,第三行星排太阳轮220输入传递到第三行星排框架221输出到输出轴202的一个传动比,即第三行星排太阳轮220与第三行星排框架221的速度比值2.9。
当第二离合器C2结合、第二制动器B2松开时,第一行星排框架213和第一行星太阳轮212转速相同时可以得到第三行星排框架221与第三行星排太阳轮220的速度比值1.0,即三个行星排整体旋转,两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200输出转速和内燃机相同,这相当于液力机械自动变速器的直接挡。
在实例中,为了说明本发明的工作模式,设定发动机工作范围在600r/min至2100r/min内,两个动力电机M1、M2的工作转速范围设定在反向16000r/min至正向16000r/min转。
当第一离合器C1结合,第二离合器C2、第一制动器B1和第二制动器B2松开,这时变速器处于空挡状态。车辆通过整车制动器停车,第三行星排207不传递力矩。第二动力电机M2处于发电模式时,第二动力电机M2的发电转速影响了第一动力电机M1的转速。举例可见内燃机工作在1500r/min时,当第二动力电机M2发电转速控制在正向5600r/min,第一动力电机M1工作在正向600r/min,处于稳态,内燃机提供的机械能由两个动力电机吸收进行发电,同时当内燃机输入到输入轴201的扭矩工作在1000Nm时,第一动力电机M1工作在发电状态,此时第二动力电机M2工作在发电状态,第二动力电机M2的发电功率是第一动力电机M1发电功率的2倍左右。
当第一离合器C1、第二制动器B2结合,第二离合器C2、第一制动器B1松开,这时变速器处于低挡状态,两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器200的输出轴202需要满足整车起步运行的需求。第三行星排207开始传递力矩。举例可见发动机工作在1500r/min时,输出轴202转速从0到2100r/min对应第二动力电机M2的驱动转速从0到6090r/min,第二动力电机M2在该范围处于驱动状态,第一动力电机M1从正向1829r/min的驱动状态逐渐过渡到正向493r/min的驱动状态。
当第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2结合,第一制动器B1、第二制动器B2松开,这时变速器处于高挡状态,混合动力变速器的输出轴需要满足整车高速运行的需求。第三行星排207不传递力矩。举例可见发动机工作在1500r/min时,输出轴202转速从1500r/min到2600r/min对应第二动力电机M2的驱动转速从1500到10025r/min,第一动力电机M1从1500r/min到反向370r/min,通过调节第二动力电机M2在该范围的状态,第一动力电机M1可以处于发电或驱动状态,适应整车的需求。
当第一制动器B1、第二制动器B2结合,第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2松开,这时变速器处于低挡状态。第三行星排207传递力矩。举例可见发动机这时可以处于停机状态,变速器处于纯电动状态。输出轴202转速从0r/min到1500r/min对应第二动力电机M2的驱动转速从0到4350r/min,第二动力电机M2在该范围在可以处于驱动状态也可以处于发电状态,第一动力电机M1从0r/min到反向954r/min,第一动力电机M1在该范围在可以处于驱动状态也可以处于发电状态。
当第一制动器B1、第二离合器C2结合,第一离合器C1、第二制动器B2松开,这时变速器处于高挡状态。第三行星排207不传递力矩。举例可见发动机这时处于停机状态,变速器处于纯电动状态。输出轴202转速从1500r/min到3500r/min对应第二动力电机M2的驱动转速从11625r/min到27125r/min,第二动力电机M2在该范围可以处于驱动状态也可以处于发电状态,第一动力电机M1从反向2550r/min到反向5950r/min,第一动力电机M1在该范围可以处于驱动状态也可以处于发电状态。
综上所述,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器,其特征在于,所述自动变速器包括输入轴、输出轴、两个动力电机、三个行星排、两个离合器和两个制动器;所述动力电机具备驱动模式和发电模式;
输入轴通过第一离合器与第一行星排框架连接,同时第一行星排框架通过第一制动器与变速器箱体连接实现制动;第一行星排齿圈与第二行星排框架连接,并通过第二离合器和第三行星排框架连接;第一行星排太阳轮和第二行星排齿圈均连接到第一动力电机;第二行星排太阳轮与第三行星太阳轮连接,并连接到第二动力电机;第三行星排框架与输出轴连接,第三行星排齿圈通过第二制动器和箱体相连实现制动;
通过结合或分离制动器、离合器,第三行星排具有两个不同的输出传动比,实现自动变速器十七种工作状态。
2.如权利要求1所述的两段式双电机混合动力自动变速器,其特征在于,所述两个动力电机、输入轴、输出轴在同一中心线布置。
