本发明公开了一种凸轮轴衬套的内圆斜油槽加工装置,包括装夹模、导向杆、刀具,装夹模安装于机床上,装夹模的前端设为圆筒状,装夹模的筒外壁设置斜向的导向槽,导向杆竖直设置,导向杆的底端安装于机床台面上,导向杆的顶端置于装夹模的导向槽中,刀具安装于机床上;本发明解决了凸轮轴衬套的内圆斜油槽缺乏专用加工设备的问题,通过设置导向杆和在装夹模的筒外壁设置斜向的导向槽,使装夹模可随刀具的推进而转动,从而方便地在凸轮轴衬套的内圆壁刻出斜油槽,本装置操作简单、稳定性强,提高了斜油槽的加工效率,保证了加工质量,降低了废品率及加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工技术领域,具体涉及一种凸轮轴衬套的内圆斜油槽加工装置。
背景技术
凸轮轴是活塞发动机里的一个部件,用于控制气门的开启和闭合,凸轮轴外部需要安装保护衬套。凸轮轴衬套的内圆壁上设有斜向的油槽,现有工艺为手工对油槽加工位定位标记后操作机床加工,费时费力加工效率低下,且对工人的技术水平要求较高,加工质量不稳定,造成最终产品成品率低,总体加工成本居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种凸轮轴衬套的内圆斜油槽加工装置,克服现有技术的不足,实现弧形油槽的机械定位加工。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种凸轮轴衬套的内圆斜油槽加工装置,包括装夹模、导向杆、刀具,装夹模安装于机床上,装夹模的前端设为圆筒状,装夹模的筒外壁设置斜向的导向槽,导向杆竖直设置,导向杆的底端安装于机床台面上,导向杆的顶端置于装夹模的导向槽中,刀具安装于机床上。
工作时,将待加工凸轮轴衬套装于装夹模的前端模孔中,使刀具的刀头伸入凸轮轴衬套的内圆并与内圆壁相接触,操作机床向后推动工作台面使导向杆和刀具同时向后运动,此时装夹模在导向杆的作用下将沿导向槽方向转动,刀具在随装夹模转动的凸轮轴衬套内圆壁上刻出斜向油槽。
本发明的一种凸轮轴衬套的内圆斜油槽加工装置与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明解决了凸轮轴衬套的内圆斜油槽缺乏专用加工设备的问题,通过设置导向杆和在装夹模的筒外壁设置斜向的导向槽,使装夹模可随刀具的推进而转动,从而方便地在凸轮轴衬套的内圆壁刻出斜油槽,本装置操作简单、稳定性强,提高了斜油槽的加工效率,保证了加工质量,降低了废品率及加工成本。

图1所示的凸轮轴衬套的内圆斜油槽加工装置,包括装夹模1、导向杆3、刀具4,装夹模1安装于机床上,装夹模1的前端设为圆筒状,装夹模1的筒外壁设置斜向的导向槽2,导向杆3竖直设置,导向杆3的底端安装于机床台面上,导向杆3的顶端置于装夹模1的导向槽2中,刀具4安装于机床上。
工作时,将待加工凸轮轴衬套5装于装夹模1的前端模孔中,使刀具4的刀头伸入凸轮轴衬套5的内圆并与内圆壁相接触,操作机床向后推动工作台面使导向杆3和刀具4同时向后运动,此时装夹模1在导向杆3的作用下将沿导向槽2方向转动,刀具4在随装夹模1转动的凸轮轴衬套5内圆壁上刻出斜向油槽。
