Wherein, the spring roller shutter 3 comprises a curtain cloth clamping strip 301; two ends of one surface of the cord fabric clamping strip 301 are respectively and fixedly connected with a sliding block 302; two ends of one surface of the cord fabric clamping strip 301 are respectively provided with a pull ring 303.
Wherein, a through hole 3021 is formed on one surface of the slider 302; the inner surface of the through hole 3021 is in sliding fit with the peripheral side surface of the upper guide post 1011; the slide block 302 is arranged to enable the curtain cloth to stably extend out and play a role in fixing the curtain cloth.
Wherein, one end of the upper surface of the fixed seat 1 is also provided with a channel 105; the other end of the upper surface of the fixed seat 1 is fixedly connected with a water pipe 106; one side of the fixed seat 1 is fixedly connected with a water tank 107; the channel 105 can better guide rainwater, so that the rainwater can intensively flow into the water tank 107.
Wherein, one end of the channel 105 is communicated with the water tank 107; one end of the water pipe 106 is connected with the water tank 107 through a water pump; the circumferential side surface of one end of the water pipe 106 is provided with a row of through holes, so that water flow can cover the whole solar panel 4 during cleaning, and the cleaning is more thorough.
Wherein, a surface of the water tank 107 is provided with an overflow hole 1071, and the overflow hole 1071 is provided to prevent the water in the water tank 107 from overflowing and flowing back to the fixed seat 1.
Wherein, the upper transmission shaft 1031 and the lower transmission shaft 1032 are respectively connected with a motor at one end.
One specific application of this embodiment is: two steel wire ropes are respectively and fixedly connected to one of the two connecting columns 202 on the two side surfaces of the row brush 2 in the direction close to the first supporting seat 103, and the other end of each steel wire rope passes through a lower driving wheel 1034 on a lower transmission shaft 1032 and then passes through a lower driven wheel 1041 and is connected to the other connecting column 202 on the two side surfaces of the row brush 2; when the motor rotates, the lower driving wheel 1034 pulls the row brush 2 through the steel wire rope; the row brush 2 is rotatably connected with the sliding column 203 through the stepped shaft 201, and because the boss 2011 on the stepped shaft 201 is limited by the fan-shaped notch 2033 on the sliding column 203, the row brush 2 can only rotate to be vertical to the upper surface of the fixed seat 1 in the direction, and when the motor continues to rotate, the row brush 2 slides on the lower guide column 1012 through the sliding column 203, so that the solar panel 4 is cleaned; when the row brush 2 moves to the first support 103 and the motor reversely rotates to pull the steel wire rope reversely, the row brush 2 rotates and is constrained by the sector notch 2033 of the boss 2011, the row brush 2 rotates to be parallel to the upper surface 1 of the fixed seat, the motor continues to rotate to enable the row brush 2 to return to the other end along the lower guide post 1012, and the design can effectively prevent the sand dust from being brought back to the solar panel 4 when the row brush 2 returns to cause incomplete cleaning;
the row brush 2 can also be matched with the water pipe 106 for washing, the water pipe 106 is provided with a row of small holes according to the width of the solar panel 4, when a water pump pumps water from the water tank 107, water flow uniformly covers the surface of the solar panel through the small holes and is matched with the movement of the row brush 2, so that the solar panel 4 can be deeply washed, and the purpose of deep cleaning is achieved.
The water tank 107 collects rainwater through the channel 105 on the fixing base 1, so that power generation places far away from a water source, such as mountainous regions and deserts, can also have enough water source to wash the solar panel 4.
When hail or sand storm weather occurs, the motor rotates to drive the two upper driving wheels 1033 through the upper transmission shaft 1031; the rotation of the upper driving wheel 1033 pulls a steel wire rope, and one end of the steel wire rope is fixed on a pull ring 303 on the cord fabric clamping strip 301; the curtain cloth slides on the upper guide post 1011 through the slide blocks 302 fixedly connected with the two ends of the curtain cloth clamping strip 301 respectively, so that the curtain cloth is unfolded stably; the curtain cloth is well fixed by the matching of the sliding block 302 and the guide post 1011, is not easy to be blown over or rolled up, and can effectively protect the solar panel 4; when the curtain is not used, the motor rotates reversely, and the curtain cloth can be automatically retracted under the action of the spring of the curtain cloth.
