Abstract

一种用于柴油发动机、喷油式汽油发动机、喷汽式发动机等喷油式发动机带电喷油装置。由高压电源和绝缘喷油器组成。其喷油器上装有绝缘层与缸体、缸盖、燃烧室金属体绝缘。喷油器与喷油泵连接处绝缘。当其通电时,喷油器与缸体、缸盖、活塞、燃烧室金属体之间形成强电场,使喷进气缸、燃烧室内的油粒带电,使油粒变小。分布均匀,油粒运动速度和距离加大,从而达到和气缸、燃烧室内空气混合更均匀,燃烧更充分,节约能源,减少环境污染。

Description

喷油式发动机带电喷油装置
本发明用于柴油发动机,喷油式汽油发动机,喷气式发动机等喷油式发动机的喷油装置。
传统喷油式发动机,因喷油器所喷的油粒较大,且分布不均匀,故油料燃烧不充分,严重者产生大量黑烟,严重污染环境,并且耗能增加。
近年来为解决发动机燃烧不充分的问题提出一些新的改进。例如:1992.3.25公开的专利CH2099850U,采用将柴油用管道导引穿过排气管的节能助雾管加热,一定程度地解决了雾化均匀的问题,但因燃油在缸内燃烧时间很短,仅此并不能完全使燃油充分燃烧,同时在排气管道上增加一个管道,使结构庞大。
本发明针对上述问题对喷油装置进行改进,使其在很大程度上改善喷油器的喷油效果,使油粒细小,且分布均匀,能和气缸(燃烧室)内的空气充分混合,使燃油最大程度完全燃烧,减少环境污染,同时节约能量。
本发明的技术方案是:总体结构由高压电源(1)和绝缘喷油器两部分组成。
电源(1)输出的一级(2)与绝缘喷油器相接,另一极(3)与缸体(11)、缸盖(9)、燃烧室金属体相接组成电路,使绝缘喷油器与缸体、活塞、燃烧室金属体之间形成电场,喷油器喷出的油粒带电荷。
喷油器的外壳(8)与针阀偶件[针阀(5),针阀体(6)]之间有绝缘层(7),喷油器与高压油管的连接处有绝缘物质(4),使绝缘喷油器与缸体、缸盖、活塞、燃烧室金属体绝缘,与高压油泵绝缘。
本发明的电源(1)可为衡压电源即持续性高压电,也可为同步升压电源即在喷油器喷油时电压才升高。电压升高可用发电机所发的电经变压器升压后整流形成,也可采用其他形式形成高电压。
本发明绝缘层(7)下端作成园楔形,使其与外壳(8)之间形成间隙沟(12),当其喷油器下端有一定的积炭也能与缸体、缸盖、活塞、燃烧室金属体绝缘。
本发明的绝缘层(7)为陶瓷绝缘层。
本发明因为喷油器带高电压,喷出的油粒带同性电荷,喷油时在喷油泵冲击力的作用下,由于同性电荷之间的相斥作用,使油粒变得细小,同时因喷油器与缸体、缸盖、活塞、燃烧室金属体之间形成强电场,喷出的细小油粒沿电力线分布,使油粒分布均匀,再有因油粒和缸体、缸盖、活塞、燃烧室金属体的电荷相反,根据异性电荷相吸的原理,故油粒的运动速度和运动距离较传统发动机相比均较大。其结果油粒细小,分布均匀,达到油粒和空气更充分地混合、燃烧,达到节约燃油,降低黑烟,减少环境污染的目的。

本发明的电源(1)利用发动机自身的电源升压整流形成,电源(1)的两极分别与绝缘喷油器的针阀体(6)、针阀(5)和缸体(11)、缸盖(9)用导线(2)、(3)连接组成电路。绝缘层(7)用陶瓷制作而成,下端成园楔形,装在喷油器外壳(8)与针阀偶件[针阀(5)针阀体(6)]之间,绝缘层下端楔形与金属外壳(8)之间形成一间隙沟(12),当其针阀偶件下端有一定积炭也能与缸体、缸盖、活塞、燃烧室金属体绝缘。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于柴油发动机,喷油式汽油发动机,喷气式发动机等喷油式发动机带电喷油装置,其特征在于:由电源(1)和绝缘喷油器组成;电源输出端(2)和绝缘喷油器相接,另一极(3)和缸体、缸盖、燃烧室金属体相接;绝缘喷油器的外壳(8)与针阀偶件[针阀(5),针阀件(6)]之间有绝缘层(7);喷油器与高压油管连接处有绝缘层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的喷油装置,其特征在于:电源(1)可为衡压电源即持续性高电压,也可为同步升压电源,即喷油器喷油时电压才升高。电压的升高可用发电机所发电经变压器升压后再整流,也可用其他形式。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带电喷油装置,其特征在于:绝缘层(7)为陶瓷绝缘层。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的带电喷油装置,其特征在于:陶瓷绝缘层(7)下端成园楔形。陶瓷绝缘层(7)下端和金属外壳(8)之间有一间隙沟(12)。
