Abstract
本发明涉及一种三叶青抑菌软膏及其制备方法,其中三叶青抑菌软膏包括以下重量组份的原料:三叶青50‑60份、板蓝根5‑10份、黄芩5‑10份、苦参5‑10份、白鲜皮5‑10份、青蒿3‑5份、重楼3‑5份、白芨3‑5份、栀子3‑5份、油脂60‑70份;上述三叶青抑菌软膏主要用于皮肤抑菌止痒、消肿和滋润,并提供一种三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,其制备工艺简单,设备需求量小,化学试剂添加量少。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医药制备技术领域,具体涉及一种三叶青抑菌软膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活环境的改变,皮肤是人体直接暴露于外界环境的重要器官,也是机体第一道抵御环境因素影响的屏障,在一定程度上保护体内各种组织和器官免受物理、化学和生物等有害因素的侵袭。皮肤的功能主要是参与整个人体的平衡调节及实现与外界环境的统一。当外界环境因素作用强度增加或机体的易感性增高时,皮肤的功能将削弱或丧失,导致皮肤病的发生,但皮肤与各种致病病原微生物(细菌、真菌、酵母菌、藻类及病毒等)的接触仍不可避免,空气污染,蚊虫叮咬等,容易使皮肤造成感染。
三叶青,又名金线吊葫芦、丝线吊金钟、三叶扁藤、石老鼠、石猴子、土经扁,为葡萄科崖爬藤属植物三叶崖爬藤Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Dielset Gilg的块根及全草。三叶青是多年生草质藤本,长可达数米,着地部分节上生根;块根卵形或椭圆形,棕褐色,全草均可入药,以地下块根和果实的药用效果最好。三叶青功效:其性平,味微苦,具有清热解毒、活血止痛,止痒,轻微烫伤,小儿高热惊厥等。
抑菌软膏:一般分为抗生素类,抗菌类,激素类和天然中药制剂类。抗生素类,抗菌类,激素类抑菌软膏见效快,但是通常毒性较大,长时间使用对人体有害。天然中药制剂类软膏:药性温和,而且通常毒性较小。
三叶青中药制剂类软膏:解毒、活血,修复皮肤,能改善局部血液循环,促进上皮细胞修复,润肤和生肌,疏通并收敛毛孔,清除皮肤内毒素杂质,促进受损血管神经细胞的生长修复和止庠,而且通常毒性较小。天然植物中提取,在使用过程中对人类和环境一般不产生污染危害,生物相溶性好,药效温和而且通常毒性较小。
目前的抗(抑)菌软膏在制备过程中一般加入较少中药提取物,加入激素和抗生素、抗菌剂等西药,对人体的皮肤有一定的影响,且功效较为单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种三叶青抑菌软膏及其制备方法,其制备工艺单,改善局部血液循环,促进上皮细胞修复,还具有缩短凝血时间、抑制机体对纤维素的溶解作用,能够平衡油脂分泌,疏通并收敛毛孔,清除皮肤内毒素杂质,促进受损血管神经细胞的生长修复和止庠、润肤、抗菌等:

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种三叶青抑菌软膏,包括以下重量组份的原料:三叶青50-60份、板蓝根5-10份、黄芩5-10份、苦参5-10份、白鲜皮5-10份、青蒿3-5份、重楼3-5份、白芨3-5份、栀子3-5份、油脂60-70份。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述油脂为凡士林。
具体地,所述三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青50-60份、板蓝根5-10份、黄芩5-10份、苦参5-10份、白鲜皮5-10份、青蒿3-5份、重楼3-5份、白芨3-5份、栀子3-5份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量6-8倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;
步骤三:对步骤二所得进行过滤去杂渣,得到过滤液;
步骤四:将过滤液烘干,之后粉碎处理,过100目筛,得到粉末待用;
步骤五:将60-70份的凡士林加热至65-95℃,混入30-40份的粉末,搅拌均匀后冷却至40-42℃,即得到三叶青抑菌软膏;
步骤六:灌装即可。
上述技术方案中提供的三叶青抑菌软膏,采用原料包括三叶青、板蓝根、黄芩、苦参、白鲜皮、青蒿、重楼、白芨、栀子,其中:
三叶青功效:清热解毒、活血止痛,促进受损血管神经细胞的生长修复和止庠、润肤、抗菌等:
板蓝根功效:清热解毒、凉血利咽等;
黄芩功效:清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血等;
苦参功效:清热解毒、止庠等;
白鲜皮功效:清热解毒、止庠、消斑等:
重楼功效:清热解毒、消肿止痛等;
白芨功效:有收敛止血、消肿生肌等:
栀子功效:凉血解毒,活血化瘀等:
另外本发明三叶青抑菌软膏内还添加凡士林,凡士林是一种矿物蜡,具有很好的保湿效果,适合干燥肌肤使用,同时还具有去除伤疤的效果。三叶青的提取物具有清热解毒、活血止痛、抑菌和修复皮肤功效,能改善局部血液循环,促进上皮细胞修复,润肤和生肌,还具有缩短凝血时间、抑制机体对纤维素的溶解作用,能够平衡油脂分泌,疏通并收敛毛孔,清除皮肤内毒素杂质,促进受损血管神经细胞的生长修复和止庠、润肤、抗菌等功效。

具体地,所述三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青50-60份、板蓝根5-10份、黄芩5-10份、苦参5-10份、白鲜皮5-10份、青蒿3-5份、重楼3-5份、白芨3-5份、栀子3-5份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量6-8倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;
步骤三:对步骤二所得进行过滤去杂渣,得到过滤液;
步骤四:将过滤液烘干,之后粉碎处理,过100目筛,得到粉末待用;

另外本发明三叶青抑菌软膏内还添加凡士林,凡士林是一种矿物蜡,具有很好的保湿效果,适合干燥肌肤使用,同时还具有去除伤疤的效果。三叶青能改善局部血液循环,促进上皮细胞修复,能止血、敛疮、润肤和生肌,同时三叶青的提取物还具有缩短凝血时间、抑制机体对纤维素的溶解作用,能够平衡油脂分泌,疏通并收敛毛孔,清除皮肤内毒素杂质,促进受损血管神经细胞的生长和修复。

实施例1
一种三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青50份、板蓝根5份、黄芩5份、苦参5份、白鲜皮5份、青蒿3份、重楼3份、白芨3份、栀子3份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量6倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;
步骤三:对步骤二所得进行过滤去杂渣,得到过滤液;
步骤四:将过滤液烘干,之后粉碎处理,过100目筛,得到粉末待用;
步骤五:将60份的凡士林加热至65℃,混入30份的粉末,搅拌均匀后冷却至40℃,即得到三叶青抑菌软膏;
步骤六:灌装10g、15g、20g、25g、30g、35g、40g、50g、60g、80g即可(可根据实际需要设定)。
实施例2
一种三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青55份、板蓝根8份、黄芩8份、苦参8份、白鲜皮8份、青蒿4份、重楼4份、白芨4份、栀子4份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量7倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;
步骤三:对步骤二所得进行过滤去杂渣,得到过滤液;
步骤四:将过滤液烘干,之后粉碎处理,过100目筛,得到粉末待用;
步骤五:将65份的凡士林加热至80℃,混入35份的粉末,搅拌均匀后冷却至41℃,即得到三叶青抑菌软膏;
步骤六:灌装10g、15g、20g、25g、30g、35g、40g、50g、60g、80g即可(可根据实际需要设定)。
实施例3
一种三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青60份、板蓝根10份、黄芩10份、苦参10份、白鲜皮10份、青蒿5份、重楼5份、白芨5份、栀子5份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量8倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;
步骤三:对步骤二所得进行过滤去杂渣,得到过滤液;
步骤四:将过滤液烘干,之后粉碎处理,过100目筛,得到粉末待用;
步骤五:将70份的凡士林加热至95℃,混入40份的粉末,搅拌均匀后冷却至42℃,即得到三叶青抑菌软膏;
步骤六:灌装10g、15g、20g、25g、30g、35g、40g、50g、60g、80g即可(可根据实际需要设定)。
实施例4
一种三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青50份、板蓝根5份、黄芩5份、苦参5份、白鲜皮5份、青蒿3份、重楼3份、白芨3份、栀子3份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量6倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;
步骤三:对步骤二所得液进行过滤去杂渣,得到过滤液;
步骤四:制备1000克三叶青抑菌软膏所用的油相和水相,所述油相包括复合乳化剂30g、单硬脂酸甘油酯20g、硬脂酸80g、十六十八醇40g、液状石蜡80g、丙二醇50g、二甲硅油30g;所述水相包括醋酸氯己定2g、尿囊素3.5g、甘油48g、羟苯乙酯1.5g、三乙醇胺15g、纯化水200g、步骤三所得过滤液400g;
步骤五:取上述水相和油相分别加热至85℃,将所述油相加入水相中,搅拌至乳化,继续搅拌至35℃,即得三叶青抑菌软膏;
步骤六:灌装10g、15g、20g、25g、30g、35g、40g、50g、60g、80g即可(可根据实际需要设定)。
实施例5
一种三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青55份、板蓝根8份、黄芩8份、苦参8份、白鲜皮8份、青蒿4份、重楼4份、白芨4份、栀子4份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量7倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;

一种三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青60份、板蓝根10份、黄芩10份、苦参10份、白鲜皮10份、青蒿5份、重楼5份、白芨5份、栀子5份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量8倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;

步骤六:灌装10g、15g、20g、25g、30g、35g、40g、50g、60g、80g即可(可根据实际需要设定)。
毒理学检验
取3只新西兰家兔(两雄一雌)进行试验,试验前将实验动物背部脊柱两侧被毛剪掉,去毛范围为3cm×3cm,涂敷面积2.5cm×2.5cm。取三叶青抑菌软膏涂敷在一侧皮肤上,另一侧作为对照,在涂抹后4h,用水或无刺激的适宜溶剂清洗,除去残留物,每天涂敷1次,连续涂敷14天。在每次涂抹后24h观察结果,如下表1所示:

由表1可知,三叶青抑菌软膏对新西兰家兔多次皮肤刺激性检验结果为无刺激性,未见其它毒性。
微生物指标检验
检测依据为一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准GB 15979-2002附录B,检验结果如下表2:

由表2可知,本发明三叶青抑菌软膏的微生物指标结果均符合《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准GB 15979-2002》的要求。
抑菌环试验
本试验培养基为营养琼脂,试验菌株为大肠杆菌8099,金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538,有中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心提供。经过3次重复试验,结果表明三叶青抑菌软膏对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径均>7.00mm,如表3所示:

附注:各次阴性对照抑菌环直径均<7.00mm。
由表3可知,抑菌环试验结果表明,三叶青抑菌软膏对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑菌效果。
上面结合实施例对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在获知本发明中记载内容后,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对其作出若干同等变换和替代,这些同等变换和替代也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种三叶青抑菌软膏,其特征在于包括以下重量组份的原料:三叶青50-60份、板蓝根5-10份、黄芩5-10份、苦参5-10份、白鲜皮5-10份、青蒿3-5份、重楼3-5份、白芨3-5份、栀子3-5份、油脂60-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三叶青抑菌软膏,其特征在于;所述油脂为凡士林。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青50-60份、板蓝根5-10份、黄芩5-10份、苦参5-10份、白鲜皮5-10份、青蒿3-5份、重楼3-5份、白芨3-5份、栀子3-5份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量6-8倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;
步骤三:对步骤二所得液进行过滤去杂渣,得到过滤液;
步骤四:将过滤液烘干,之后粉碎处理,过100目筛,得到粉末待用;
步骤五:将60-70份的凡士林加热至65-95℃,混入30-40份的粉末,搅拌均匀后冷却至40-42℃,即得到三叶青抑菌软膏;
步骤六:灌装即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的三叶青抑菌软膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取三叶青50-60份、板蓝根5-10份、黄芩5-10份、苦参5-10份、白鲜皮5-10份、青蒿3-5份、重楼3-5份、白芨3-5份、栀子3-5份,各自切片混合;
步骤二:加入上述混合物总质量6-8倍的水煮沸5分钟,之后恒温80℃煮6小时;
步骤三:对步骤二所得液进行过滤去杂渣,得到过滤液;
步骤四:制备1000克三叶青抑菌软膏所用的油相和水相,所述油相包括复合乳化剂30g、单硬脂酸甘油酯20g、硬脂酸80g、十六十八醇40g、液状石蜡80g、丙二醇50g、二甲硅油30g;所述水相包括醋酸氯己定2g、尿囊素3.5g、甘油48g、羟苯乙酯1.5g、三乙醇胺15g、纯化水200g、步骤三所得过滤液400g;
步骤五:取上述水相和油相分别加热至85℃,将所述油相加入水相中,搅拌至乳化,继续搅拌至35℃,即得三叶青抑菌软膏;
步骤六:灌装即可。
