Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a system architecture diagram of a case processing system in one embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the system architecture diagram includes a data server 102, a statistics server 104, and a reporting server 106. The statistics server 104 is configured to send a case data obtaining request to the data server 102 at regular time. After receiving the case data acquisition request sent by the statistics server 104 at regular time, the data server 102 acquires the case data according to the case data acquisition request, and sends the acquired case data to the statistics server 104. After receiving the case data sent by the data server 102, the statistics server 104 performs statistics on the case data according to a preset dimension, and sends a statistical result to the report server 106. The case data are counted according to preset dimensionality, namely, a counting condition is set according to one or more dimensionalities in the case data, and the data quantity meeting the counting condition in the case data is counted. For example, the data amount of case data occurring in 2017 and 2 months is counted by counting the time of case occurrence.
In an embodiment, the statistics server is further configured to send a first data acquisition request to the first data server at regular time, send a second data acquisition request to the second data server at regular time, receive first data sent by the first data server and second data sent by the second data server, perform statistics on the first data and the second data according to a preset dimension, and send a statistical result to the report server.

The generated data report displays the statistical result according to a certain rule, so that the states of all cases can be clearly displayed, and the tracking and processing of all cases are facilitated.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a data report generated in an embodiment, and as shown in FIG. 4, the generated data report includes a report tracking table, an indemnity tracking table, and a status change table.
