Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
A method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium for determining a group to which a user belongs according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining a group to which a user belongs according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for determining a group to which a user belongs according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, acquiring a plurality of attribute information of a target user.
The attribute information of the target user may include static attribute information of the target user, such as gender, age, education degree, occupation, and the like, or dynamic attribute information of purchasing habit, user preference, browsing duration of a certain type of goods, approval, comments, and the like. Optionally, some static attribute information of the target user may be obtained based on the registration information of the target user. Optionally, behavior data of the target user on the network may be collected over a period of time, and dynamic attribute information of the target user may be counted based on the behavior data.
And S102, aiming at each attribute information, matching the attribute information with the attribute information set of each crowd to obtain candidate crowds comprising the attribute information.
There may be similarities between multiple users, and the multiple users may be divided into different groups of people based on the similarities. Each group of people corresponds to an own attribute information set, and the attribute information sets of the groups of people may partially overlap. As shown in fig. 2, the crowd a includes an attribute 1, an attribute 2, and an attribute 3, and the crowd B includes an attribute 2 and an attribute 4, where the attribute 2 is a common attribute of the crowd a and the crowd B.
In the embodiment of the application, each acquired attribute information required by the target user is matched with the attribute information set of each crowd, and if the attribute information set of one crowd includes one attribute information required by the target user, the crowd including the one attribute information required by the target user is called a candidate crowd. The attribute information set of the candidate group may include one attribute information or a plurality of attribute information sets, but the attribute information set of the candidate group needs to include one attribute information of the target user. The attribute information set of a crowd can be understood as a collection of attribute information of the crowd. For example, the crowd a includes an attribute 1, an attribute 2, and an attribute 3, and the crowd B includes an attribute 2, an attribute 3, and an attribute 4, then the attribute 1, the attribute 2, and the attribute 3 are attribute information sets of the crowd a, and the attribute 2, the attribute 3, and the attribute 4 are attribute information sets of the crowd B. Further, setting target user population attribute information to comprise an attribute 1 and an attribute 2, and respectively matching the attribute 1 and the attribute 2 with a population A and a population B, wherein the population A comprises the attribute 1 and the attribute 2 in the target user population attribute information, the population B comprises the attribute 2 in the target user population attribute information, and the population A and the population B are candidate populations comprising the attribute 1 and the attribute 2.
The number of candidate groups may be one or more.
And S103, intersecting the candidate groups corresponding to each attribute information to obtain the target group to which the target user belongs.
In the embodiment of the application, there may be a plurality of candidate groups corresponding to each attribute information. The attribute information sets of the candidate crowds corresponding to the attribute information are different, and the candidate crowds are repeated. And selecting the overlapped part among the candidate crowds through intersection operation, so that the target crowd to which the target user belongs can be obtained.
As shown in fig. 3, the target user population attribute information is set to include an attribute 1 and an attribute 2, and the attribute 1 and the attribute 2 are respectively matched with a population a and a population B, where the population a includes the attribute 1 and the attribute 2 in the target user population attribute information, and the population B includes the attribute 2 in the target user population attribute information, and then the population a and the population B are candidate populations including the attribute 1 and the attribute 2. And if the attribute 1 belongs to the crowd A and the attribute 2 belongs to the crowd A and the crowd B, performing intersection processing on the candidate crowd, and selecting an overlapped part, wherein the obtained crowd A is the target crowd to which the target user belongs.
It should be particularly noted that, in the method for determining the crowd to which the user belongs, the attribute information is taken as a unit, and only one round of matching is needed for each user information and the crowd information set to obtain the candidate crowd and then intersection processing is performed, so that the target crowd can be obtained. Unlike the related art, each attribute information needs to be matched with the attribute of each user, and even if different groups contain the same attribute, the matching is performed multiple times. The method for determining the crowd to which the user belongs has the advantages of being few in matching times and high in matching efficiency.
According to the embodiment of the application, the candidate crowd is obtained by matching the attributes of the target users with the crowd, and further, the candidate crowd is subjected to intersection processing to obtain the target crowd to which the target users belong. According to the method for determining the user crowd, the candidate crowd based on the attribute information of the target user crowd is intersected, the target candidate crowd is determined, the process is simple, the matching times are few, the matching efficiency can be effectively improved, and the target candidate crowd can be determined more accurately.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining a group to which a user belongs according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, a method for determining a group to which a user belongs according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
s401, a plurality of attribute information of the target user is obtained.
S402, aiming at each attribute information, matching the attribute information with the attribute information set of each crowd to obtain candidate crowds comprising the attribute information.
And S403, intersecting the candidate groups corresponding to the attribute information of the target user to obtain at least one target candidate group of the target object.
The contents of steps S401 to S403 can refer to the related contents in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
For example, the attribute 1 belongs to a crowd a and a crowd B, the attribute 2 belongs to the crowd a and the crowd B, and the attribute 3 belongs to the crowd a, the crowd B, and the crowd C, in which case the candidate crowd is subjected to intersection processing, and an overlapping portion is selected, so that the obtained crowd a and the crowd B are at least one target candidate crowd to which the target user belongs.
S404, information related to resource pushing of the target candidate group is obtained.
The information related to resource pushing may include at least one of the number of resource pushing times, the priority of resource pushing, and feedback data of the resource pushed by the target candidate group.
S405, determining a target crowd to which the target user belongs from at least one target candidate crowd based on the information related to resource pushing.
In a resource pushing scenario, different crowds of people tend to have different likes, so that pushed resources received by the crowds are different. In the embodiment of the application, the information related to resource pushing of the target candidate group can be acquired, and the target group to which the target user belongs can be determined from at least one target candidate group based on the information related to resource pushing.
As a possible implementation manner, the target group to which the target user belongs may be determined from at least one target candidate group based on the number of resource pushing times of the target candidate group. Optionally, the resource pushing times of at least one target candidate crowd are obtained, and the target candidate crowd with the resource pushing times not reaching the pushing time threshold is selected as the target crowd to which the target user belongs. In the implementation, a critical value exists in the receiving degree of the user population for the resource advertisement push, excessive resource push can cause the user population to feel the repugnance, and the negative effect of the propaganda causes the reduction of the flow. Meanwhile, frequent pushing cannot achieve effective promotion and drainage, and resource waste is often caused. In the embodiment of the application, after a plurality of target candidate groups are obtained, according to attribute information contained in each target candidate group, the resource pushing frequency threshold of the target candidate group is confirmed, then the number of pushed resources received by each target candidate group is counted, and the target candidate group below the pushing frequency threshold can be confirmed as the target group.
As another possible implementation manner, a target group to which the target user belongs may be determined from at least one target candidate group based on the push priority of the target candidate group. Optionally, a resource pushing priority is set for each crowd in advance, and when the resources are pushed, the resources can be pushed to each crowd according to the priority sequence. According to the resource pushing method and device, the resource pushing priority of each target candidate group can be obtained, then the target candidate group with the highest pushing priority is selected to serve as the target group of the target user, the target user can have higher priority, and the resource can be preferentially pushed to the target user.
As another possible implementation manner, the target group to which the target user belongs may be determined from at least one target candidate group based on feedback data of resources that have been pushed by the target candidate group. Optionally, feedback data of the resources pushed by the target candidate crowd history can be collected and counted to obtain an evaluation result of the target candidate crowd, and the best evaluation result can be selected as the target crowd in the application. Wherein, the evaluation result can reflect the pushing effect of the target candidate group. The pushing effect of the target crowd obtained through evaluation is good, the resources are pushed to the target user according to the target crowd with the good pushing effect, and the accuracy of resource delivery can be improved.
For example, feedback data of the number of commodities purchased in the pushed resource, the amount of the commodities and the like of each target candidate group in the historical resource pushing can be counted, evaluation and comparison are carried out, and the target candidate group with better feedback data can be used as the target group. Taking the mother-baby product promotion activity as an example, counting the purchase quantity and purchase amount feedback data of the candidate group with attribute information of 'mother' in the previous activity node, the candidate group with attribute information of 'woman' and the candidate group with attribute information of '26 years old' for the mother-baby products, evaluating the feedback data of the three groups, wherein the group with the largest purchase quantity and the largest purchase amount is the target group of the activity. As another possible implementation manner, a target group to which a target user belongs is determined from at least one target candidate group based on the resource push times and the push priorities of the target candidate groups. Optionally, the resource pushing times of the target candidate population are compared with respective pushing time thresholds, and in response to that the resource pushing times of at least one target candidate population all reach the pushing time threshold, the pushing priority of each target candidate population is further obtained, and the target candidate population with the highest priority is selected as the target population.
In the embodiment of the application, when the resource pushing times of the target candidate crowd reach the resource pushing threshold, the target candidate crowd with the front priority is determined as the target crowd, so that the target user has higher priority, and the resource can be preferentially pushed to the target user.
Taking a mother-and-baby product promotion activity as an example, setting attribute information required by the mother-and-baby product promotion activity as mom, women and 26 years old, and when the resource pushing frequency of a target candidate group containing the attribute information reaches a resource pushing threshold value, performing priority division on the candidate group. And setting the candidate group with the attribute information 'mom' as a first priority, the candidate group with the attribute information 'woman' as a second priority and the candidate group with the attribute information '26 years old' as a third priority, wherein the target candidate group containing the attribute of 'mom' can be used as the target group for pushing the activity resources.
As another possible implementation manner, a target group to which the target user belongs is determined from at least one target candidate group based on the resource pushing times of the target candidate group and feedback data of the pushed resources. Optionally, the resource pushing times of the target candidate population are compared with respective pushing time thresholds, in response to that the resource pushing times of at least one target candidate population all reach the pushing time threshold, feedback data of resources already pushed to each target candidate population are obtained, the resource pushing effect of the target candidate population is evaluated based on the feedback data, and the target candidate population with the best evaluation result is selected as the target population.
In the embodiment of the application, when the resource pushing times of the target candidate crowd all reach the resource pushing threshold, the target candidate crowd with the best evaluation result is determined as the target crowd, so that the target user has the best pushing resource and can have higher pushing accuracy.
Still taking the mother-and-baby product promotion activity as an example, the attribute information of the mother-and-baby product promotion activity requirement is set as "mom", "woman" and "26 years old", and when the resource pushing frequency of the target candidate group containing the attribute information reaches the resource pushing threshold value, the node of the previous activity is counted, and the purchase amount and the purchase quantity of the candidate group for the mother-and-baby products are calculated. And the target crowd can be identified by considering the crowd with large purchase quantity and high money amount in the candidate crowd.
As another possible implementation manner, the target group to which the target user belongs is determined from at least one target candidate group based on the resource pushing times of the target candidate group, the feedback data of the pushed resources, and the priority. And if two or more target candidate groups are selected based on the feedback data, the priority can be combined, and the target group with high priority is selected. The target candidate crowd with good evaluation results is selected first, and then the target candidate crowd with the highest priority is selected from the target crowd with good evaluation results to serve as the target crowd, so that the target user has the best resource pushing and the highest priority resource pushing.
It should be noted that the three different selection conditions for the target population are parallel in the above embodiment, and when the target population is confirmed, the target population may be screened according to any one of the three selection conditions, or two or more selection conditions may be included at the same time.
S406, obtaining the resource to be pushed matched with the target crowd.
According to the resource pushing method and device, the resources to be pushed, which meet the preference or requirements of each crowd, can be screened out from the massive pushing resources based on the attribute information sets of the crowds.
S407, sending the resource to be pushed to the terminal equipment where the target user is located.
In the embodiment of the application, after the target crowd and the pushed resources are confirmed, the resources can be pushed to the terminal equipment used by the target crowd user through the server.
According to the method and the device, the candidate crowd is obtained by matching the attributes of the target users with the crowd, and further, intersection processing is carried out on the candidate crowd so as to obtain the target crowd for resource delivery. According to the method for determining the user crowd, the candidate crowd based on the attribute information of the target user crowd is intersected, the target candidate crowd is determined, the process is simple, the matching times are few, the matching efficiency can be effectively improved, and the target candidate crowd can be determined more accurately.
In order to implement the method for determining a group to which a user belongs according to the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides a device for determining a group to which a user belongs, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for determining a group to which a user belongs according to an embodiment of the present application, where the device 500 for determining a group to which a user belongs includes a first obtaining module 51, a second obtaining module 52, and a third obtaining module 53, and includes:
