本发明属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
胃痛是指上腹胃脘部(脐上剑突下)经常反复发作疼痛的特征的病症。胃痛一般有寒凝胃痛型和脾胃虚寒型。寒凝胃痛型突然发作、疼痛较剧，畏寒喜热，得热痛减，得寒痛甚，泛吐清水，纳少倦怠，腹胀便糖，手足欠温，脾腧胃腧多有压痛。现代医学对此症的治疗一般采用中西医内科疗法，但没有独特的疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗胃痛的药磁灸疗仪。它具有艾灸的功能，又具有磁疗和药物透皮治疗的多重功能，并可同步进行，具有良好的治疗效果，开辟了治疗胃痛的一个新途径。
本发明是通过这样的技术途径实现的：
一、提供一种治疗胃痛的药磁灸疗仪，它由磁药器顶盖、艾绒灸部、磁药器壳体、药磁部等构成。磁药器顶盖是半圆形或方形，在它的内壁上连接固定艾绒灸部。艾绒灸部由艾绒灸架、艾绒灸管夹、艾绒管、艾绒组成。艾绒灸架由不锈钢丝条制成，它的上端连接固定在磁药器顶盖内壁上，下端是2-4个艾绒管夹。艾绒管夹能夹紧稳固艾绒管。艾绒管由不锈钢丝编织而成，能填装艾绒。磁药器顶盖下端连接磁药器壳体。磁药器壳体上设置观察窗和出烟孔，其外壁上安装固定环和松紧固定带，其内壁靠下部安装固定一层透气隔离网。磁药器壳体下端连接药磁部。药磁部由药磁部壳体、透气隔离网、药垫、磁疗体构成。磁药器顶盖、磁药器壳体、药磁部壳体由金属、塑料、竹木或其他具有防火耐热的复合材料制成，它们之间由磁性连接件或其他丝扣、扣类等连接方式连接。
二、药垫中使用的是具有温中祛寒、活血化瘀、健脾益胃、和胃止痛功能的药物香附15份、当归12份、乌药12份、赤芍12份、高良姜12份、红豆蔻10份、干姜12份、延胡索15份、白芨12份、五灵脂12份、陈皮12份、吴茱萸12份。将上述药物炮制制成药液使用。
三、选用穴位：中脘、神阙、足三里、脾腧、胃腧。
本发明的有益效果是提供了一种治疗胃痛的药磁灸疗仪，它具有药物的温中祛寒、活血化瘀、健脾益胃、和胃止痛的功能，又有艾灸的温经散寒、祛瘀止痛的功能及磁疗作用，并可同步进行，治疗胃痛效果好，开辟了治疗胃痛的新途径。

具体实施方式
附图中，1为磁药器顶盖，2为艾绒灸部，3为磁药器壳体，4为药磁部。磁药器顶盖1为半圆形或方形，在它的内壁上安装固定艾绒灸部2。艾绒灸部2由艾绒灸架5、艾绒管夹6、艾绒管7和艾绒8组成。艾绒灸架5由不锈钢丝条制成，它的上端固定在磁药器顶盖1内壁下，另一端有2-4个艾绒管夹6。艾绒管7由不锈钢丝编织而成，可以充填艾绒8。磁药器顶盖1的下端连接磁药器壳体3。磁药器壳体3上设置观察窗9和出烟孔10。观察窗9由玻璃等透明材质制作，可观察艾绒8的燃烧状况。出烟孔10可补充空气排出烟雾。磁药器壳体3的外壁上安装设置固定环15和松紧固定带16，它们的作用是将本发明固定于需要治疗的人体穴位上。磁药器壳体3的内壁靠下部安装固定一层透气隔离网11，它由不锈钢丝编织制成，既可使温热艾雾通过，又能阻隔艾灰落下灼伤皮肤。磁药器壳体3的下端连接药磁部4。药磁部4由药磁部壳体12、透气隔离网11、药垫13、磁疗体14组成。透气隔离网11安装固定在药磁部壳体12的内壁上。药垫13安装固定在透气隔离网11上。在药磁部壳体12和药垫13内安置多个磁疗体14。药垫13里倒入的治疗胃痛的药物是香附15份、当归12份、乌药12份、赤芍12份、高良姜12份、红豆蔻10份、干姜12份、延胡索15份、白芨12份、五灵脂12份、陈皮12份、吴茱萸12份。将上述药物炮制合格，制成药液使用。磁药器顶盖1、磁药器壳体3、药磁部壳体12由金属、塑料、竹木或其他具有防水耐热的复合材料制成，它们之间由磁性连接件17或丝扣、扣类等其他连接方式连接。
使用时，首先将药磁部从本发明上取下，先将治疗胃痛的药液倒入药垫内，再将药磁部和磁药器壳体连在一起。然后取下磁药器顶盖，将艾绒用圆棒或竹筷填入艾绒管内，一般填入量以艾绒能自燃15-45分钟为宜，再将艾绒点燃后将磁药器顶盖连同艾绒灸部一起盖在磁药器壳体上，然后用松紧固定带将本发明依次固定于需要治疗的人体穴位上开始治疗。仰卧时取中脘、神阙、足三里，俯卧时取脾腧、胃腧。治疗过程中，可通过观察窗观察艾绒的燃烧情况。以患者自感温热舒适或有微热感为宜。治疗15-45分钟。治疗结束后，取下本发明，或将未燃尽的艾绒熄燃，倒出艾灰。治疗过程中，注意防火防灼伤。
