慢性腹泻症见腹泻经久反复不已，大便溏薄，日二三次，夹赤白粘液。腹痛隐绵，按之不减，形体消瘦，四末不温，神疲倦怠，纳谷不馨，脘腹不适，口干粘或苦，不甚喜饮，舌质淡红或暗红，多细裂纹，苔薄白微腻，脉虚濡或细弦略数。现代医学对此症的治疗一般采用中西医内科疗法，但疗程长，疗效并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗慢性腹泻的药磁灸理疗器。它具有药物的补脾益肾、祛邪厚肠止泻的功能，又具有温灸和磁疗的作用，并可同步进行，具有良好的治疗效果，开辟了治疗慢性腹泻的一个新途径。
实施本发明的技术方案是：

选用穴位：中脘、神阙、关元、足三里、关元腧、大肠腧。
本发明的有益效果是提供了一种治疗慢性腹泻的药磁灸理疗器，它具有药物的补脾益肾、祛邪厚肠止泻的功能，温灸的温经散寒、祛瘀止痛的功能及磁疗作用，并可同步进行，治疗慢性腹泻效果好，开辟了治疗慢性腹泻的新途径。

附图中，1为理疗器上部，2为艾绒灸部，3为理疗器壳体，4为药磁部。理疗器上部1为半圆形或方形，在它的内壁上安装固定艾绒灸部2。艾绒灸部2由连接件6、艾绒燃烧管夹7、艾绒燃烧管8和艾绒9组成。连接件6由不锈钢丝条制成，它一端固定在理疗器上部1内壁下，另一端有2-4个艾绒燃烧管夹7，它可以夹紧稳固住艾绒燃烧管8。艾绒燃烧管8内可以充填艾绒9。理疗器上部下端连接理疗器壳体3。理疗器壳体3上设置有观察窗10和出烟孔11。观察窗10由玻璃等透明材质制作，可观察艾绒燃烧状况。出烟孔11可补充空气排出艾烟。理疗器上部的外壁上连接固定支架5的支杆16的一端。支杆16的另一端安装固定在底座，它们的作用是将本发明固定底座17上，组成支架5，它的作用是支撑本发明便于应用治疗；理疗器壳体3的内壁下部安装固定一层透气隔离网12，透气隔离网12由不锈钢丝编织制成，它既可使温热通过，又能阻隔艾灰落下，以免灼伤皮肤。理疗器壳体3的下端连接药磁部4。药磁部4由药磁部壳体18、透气隔离网12、药垫13、磁疗体14组成。透气隔离网12安装固定在药磁部壳体18的内壁上。药垫13安装固定在透气隔离网12上。在药磁部壳体18的下端和药垫13内设置多个磁疗体14。磁疗体14由稀土磁性材料等生物磁制成。药垫13里倒入的治疗慢性腹泻的药物液是党参20份、椿皮10份、土茯苓12份、黄连6份、干姜5份、阿胶10份、旱莲草20份、当归10份、白术12份、木香10份、肉豆蔻12份、乌梅6份经炮制制成。理疗器上部1、理疗器壳体3、药磁部壳体18由金属、塑料、竹木或其他具有防水耐热的复合材料制成，它们之间由磁性连接件15或丝扣、扣类等其他连接方式连接。
使用时，首先将药磁部从本发明的理疗器壳体上取下，先将治疗慢性腹泻的药液倒入药垫内，再将药磁部和理疗器壳体连在一起。然后将艾绒用圆棒或竹筷填入艾绒燃烧管内，一般填入量以艾绒能自燃15-45分钟为宜，再将艾绒点燃后将理疗器壳体连同药磁部一起连接在理疗器上部上，然后调整支架的角度和高度，以药磁部紧贴对应在需要治疗的人体穴位上开始治疗。仰卧时取中脘、关元、神阙、足三里，俯卧时取关元腧、大肠腧。治疗过程中，可通过观察窗观察艾绒的燃烧情况。以患者自感温热舒适或有微热感为宜。若患者感觉热甚，可略抬高本发明至适宜为止。治疗15-45分钟。治疗结束后，取下本发明或将未燃尽的艾绒熄燃，倒出艾灰。治疗过程中，注意防火防灼伤。
Claims (1)
1.一种治疗慢性腹泻的药磁灸理疗器，其特征是由理疗器上部、艾绒灸部、理疗器壳体、药磁部和支架构成；理疗器上部的内壁上连接固定艾绒灸部，艾绒灸部由连接件、艾绒燃烧管夹、艾绒燃烧管和艾绒组成；理疗器上部下端连接理疗器壳体，理疗器壳体上安置观察窗和出烟孔，其内壁靠下部设置固定一层透气隔离网；理疗器壳体下端连接药磁部，药磁部由药磁部壳体、透气隔离网、药垫、磁疗体构成，在药磁部壳体下端和药垫内放置多个磁疗体，药垫内倒入的药液由党参20份、椿皮10份、土茯苓12份、黄连6份、干姜5份、阿胶10份、旱莲草20份、当归10份、白术12份、木香10份、肉豆蔻12份、乌梅6份炮制制成。理疗器上部、理疗器壳体和药磁部壳体之间由磁性连接件或其他丝扣、扣夹连接方式连接。
