本发明公开一种诱蚊剂,包括以下重量份数组分:乳酸5~15份;硬脂酸1~5份;碳酸氢铵30~50份;采用乳酸与碳酸氢铵以上述比例混合得到人体出汗的气味,吸引蚊子;气味是蚊子跟踪和定位的主要依据之一,很多化妆品里含有的硬脂酸,使蚊子习惯性追踪硬脂酸的气味,从而提高诱蚊效率。

一种诱蚊剂
技术领域
本发明涉及害虫引诱剂,尤其涉及一种诱蚊剂。
背景技术
蚊,属于节肢动物门(Arthropoda)、昆虫纲(Isecta)、双翅目(Diptera)、蚊科(Culicidae),不仅叮咬人畜,还可传播许多疾病,如疟疾、登革热、丝虫病寨卡病毒病和流行性乙型脑炎等。据世界卫生组织(WHO)统计,全球约30亿人生活在蚊媒传染病的高发区。除南极洲外,各地均有蚊虫分布,常见的传病蚊虫种属有按蚊、伊蚊和库蚊。在我国,库蚊主要传播流行性乙型脑炎,伊蚊传播登革热、寨卡病毒病和基孔肯雅热等。当蚊虫的密度达到一定程度时,传染源一旦输入而未被及时发现和隔离,极易造成蚊媒传染病的流行或爆发。近期,巴西等南美洲国家发生寨卡病毒病暴发疫情,引起全球广泛关注。
传统蚊虫的防制手段包括环境防制、物理防制、化学防制和生物防制。环境防制虽然是病媒生物防制的治本措施,但起效慢;物理防制方法虽然操作简单,污染较少,但是大面积使用成本高、范围有限、长期效果差;化学防制虽然在病媒生物防控中起着主导作用,但是病媒生物抗药性与化学杀虫剂的环境污染问题已成为亟待解决的全球性问题;生物防制作为安全、无污染的新型杀虫剂虽存在着极大的发展潜力,但是其成本较高且在一定情况下也可产生抗药性。保护人体免遭蚊虫叮咬是预防和控制蚊媒传染病的重要手段,特别是对目前尚无疫苗也无特效药的蚊媒传染病如登革热、寨卡病毒病,趋避和引诱消灭蚊虫成为最可行的方法。而以特定气味混合诱杀蚊虫不仅是一种安全环保的方法,而且能持续且稳定的收集并监控蚊媒的生态和行为数据(如种群密度、时点和季节分布、媒介分布和预防措施的效果),同时能避免传统监测方法(如人诱法)监测成蚊密度的危险性和不同人引诱产生数据的差异性。这些数据对于了解病原媒介的流行趋势,制定动态和有效的控制策略有着非常重要的意义。
现有诱蚊技术包括以下几种:
(1)CO2作为引诱物
CO2是指示存在活体宿主的一个显著标志,因此它对于吸血性昆虫是一种普遍的 引诱物,可以广泛用于吸血昆虫的诱捕中。但是,对于特定虫媒病如登革热、寨卡病毒病病 和流行性乙型脑炎的监测和预防来说,需要引诱伊蚊或者库蚊,因此需要有针对特定媒介 蚊虫的引诱物质。同时目前主要产生CO2的技术有干冰、CO2钢瓶、丙烷的燃烧,甚至包括目前 的新技术电解产生CO2,都存在使用不方便,不能持续且稳定的释放CO2等弊端。
(2)紫外灯诱蚊
紫外灯诱蚊是利用灭蚊灯管点亮后发出特殊的紫外线光波,波长为365nm。利用蚊 虫对此波段光敏感的趋光特性,能够引诱蚊蝇等害虫,这对于夜晚活动的蚊虫有一定作用,但是对于主要在白天活动的蚊虫(如白纹伊蚊)效果较差。
因此,亟需一种诱蚊效率高的诱蚊剂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在一种诱蚊效率高的诱蚊剂。
一种诱蚊剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数组分:
乳酸 5~15份;
硬脂酸 1~5份;
碳酸氢铵 30~50份。
采用乳酸与碳酸氢铵以上述比例混合得到人体出汗的气味,吸引蚊子;气味是蚊子跟踪和定位的主要依据之一,很多化妆品里含有的硬脂酸,使蚊子习惯性追踪硬脂酸的气味,从而提高诱蚊效率。
优选的,氨基酸1~3份。
添加氨基酸后,诱蚊剂的组分接近汗液的组分,提高诱蚊效率。
优选的,还包括乳糖5~15份。
乳糖作为母乳中甜味的来源,利用蚊子容易被母乳味道吸引的习性,从而提高诱蚊剂的诱蚊效果。
优选的,还包括甘油20~26份。
添加重量份数为20~26份的甘油,甘油粘稠的物相状态,能有效防止诱蚊剂中的粉末组分被气流带走,从而导致诱蚊剂无法充分发挥作用,被甘油充分包裹的各组分,缓慢且稳定地释放气味,诱蚊剂使用时间长,且气味扩散稳定。
进一步的,诱蚊剂包括以下重量份数组分:
乳酸 10份;
硬脂酸 5份;
碳酸氢铵 41份;
氨基酸 3份;
乳糖 15份;
甘油 26份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点与有益效果:
1. 采用乳酸与碳酸氢铵以上述比例混合得到人体出汗的气味,吸引蚊子;气味是蚊子跟踪和定位的主要依据之一,很多化妆品里含有的硬脂酸,使蚊子习惯性追踪硬脂酸的气味,从而提高诱蚊效率。
2. 添加氨基酸后,诱蚊剂的组分接近汗液的组分,提高诱蚊效率。
3. 乳糖作为母乳中甜味的来源,利用蚊子容易被母乳味道吸引的习性,从而提高诱蚊剂的诱蚊效果。
4. 添加重量份数为20~40份的甘油,甘油粘稠的物相状态,能有效防止诱蚊剂中的粉末组分被气流带走,从而导致诱蚊剂无法充分发挥作用,被甘油充分包裹的各组分,缓慢且稳定地释放气味,诱蚊剂使用时间长,且气味扩散稳定。

本实施例提供一种诱蚊剂,包括以下重量份数组分:
乳酸 5份;
硬脂酸 5份;
碳酸氢铵 30份。

本实施例提供一种诱蚊剂,包括以下重量份数组分:
乳酸 15份;
硬脂酸 1份;
碳酸氢铵 50份;
氨基酸 1份。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种诱蚊剂,包括以下重量份数组分:
乳酸 10份;
硬脂酸 5份;
碳酸氢铵 41份;
氨基酸 3份;
乳糖 15份;
甘油 26份。
将本实施例诱蚊剂放置各不同地点,结合现有的捕蚊器,测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种诱蚊剂,包括以下重量份数组分:
乳酸 10份;
硬脂酸 3份;
碳酸氢铵 40份;
乳糖 5份。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种诱蚊剂,包括以下重量份数组分:
乳酸 10份;
硬脂酸 3份;
碳酸氢铵 40份;
甘油 20份。
对比例
将现有技术的诱蚊灯放置于实施例3所用的捕蚊器,测试结果如表1所示。
