Abstract

本发明公开了一种蟑螂诱杀剂及其制备方法,所述蟑螂诱杀剂由以下重量份的组分组成:1‑辛烯‑3‑醇乙酸酯0.1‑1份、4‑丁基辛醇0.1‑1份、二十一烷0.1‑1份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1‑1份、低甲氧基果胶10‑14份、无水氯化钙0.5‑1.5份、饼干1‑5份、硼酸5‑9份和水100‑200份。本发明利用植物源物质(1‑辛烯‑3‑醇乙酸酯和4‑丁基辛醇)对蟑螂信息素(二十一烷和苯甲酸甲酯)增效作用,加强对蟑螂的引诱活性,可以大幅降低了饵料中某些成分对蟑螂的拒避影响,应用本发明蟑螂诱杀剂结合诱捕装置6天后,室内蟑螂密度平均下降97%以上,易于收集处理,起到了很好的引诱加毒杀效果。

Description

一种蟑螂诱杀剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于蟑螂防治技术领域,具体涉及一种蟑螂诱杀剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蟑螂,属于蜚蠊目的昆虫。家居最常见的蟑螂,大的有身长约5.0厘米(1.2英寸)美洲蟑螂(Periplaneta americana)、澳洲蟑螂(Periplaneta australasiae)及短翅的斑蠊(Neostylopyag rhombifolia);小的有体长约1.5cm的德国蟑螂(Blattella germanica)、日本姬蠊(Blattella bisignata)及亚洲蟑螂( Blattella asahinai)。蟑螂繁殖能力强,食性杂。蟑螂进食时,边吃、边吐、边排泄,因此污染食物,传播多种疾病,如痢疾、副霍乱、肝炎、结核病、白喉、猩红热、蛔虫病等。
因此对于蟑螂的防治迫在眉睫。现有蟑螂防治技术已有很多,如一种灭蟑剂(申请号:201310715889.7)、一种粉剂型蟑螂饵料(申请号:201210566178.3)、一种蟑螂毒杀剂(申请号:201310715799.8)以及一种新型蟑螂药及其制备方法(申请号:201510120869.4)等发明专利均是依靠蟑螂取食后的中毒作用进行防治,过度依赖化学药剂或者农药成分,在毒杀蟑螂的同时也污染环境,对人也有伤害,而且当有食物残渣存在的情况下对蟑螂的诱集能力不强;而一种杀灭蟑螂的药物(申请号:200910230996.4)虽然没有化学农药成分但是引诱蟑螂的能力非常弱,并不能有效控制蟑螂的群体数量以及后代繁殖力;专利一种电子灭蟑器(申请号201410480169.1)依靠高压灭蟑,不仅体积较大,而且使用起来具有一定的危险性,特别是家里有老人小孩的时候危险较大。
本发明除了含有可以使蟑螂脱水的硼酸外,还有几种重要的蟑螂诱集信息素(二十一烷和苯甲酸甲酯),和植物源物质(1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇),对蟑螂具有较强引诱活性,可以大幅降低了饵料中某些成分对蟑螂的拒避影响,因此试验中也取得了较好的诱杀效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种蟑螂诱杀剂及其制备方法,解决了现有蟑螂饵料中农药成分过多、引诱能力不强、不易收集的问题。本发明蟑螂诱杀剂结合诱捕装置使用6天后,室内蟑螂密度平均下降97%以上,易于收集处理,起到了很好的引诱加毒杀效果。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
蟑螂诱杀剂由以下重量份的组分组成:1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯0.1-1份、4-丁基辛醇0.1-1份、二十一烷 0.1-1份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1-1份、低甲氧基果胶10-14份、无水氯化钙0.5-1.5份、饼干1-5份、硼酸5-9份和水100-200份。
优选地,所述蟑螂诱杀剂由以下重量份的组分组成:1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯0.3份、4-丁基辛醇0.3份、二十一烷 0.4份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1份、低甲氧基果胶12份、无水氯化钙1份、饼干3份、硼酸7份和水180份。
一种如上所述的蟑螂诱杀剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、二十一烷、苯甲酸甲酯、低甲氧基果胶、饼干、硼酸和水按照比例进行配比得到混合液;
2)将混合液放入80℃水浴锅中,加入无水氯化钙,反应后,取出放置于室温搅拌成膏状,分装即得。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)采用蟑螂信息素与植物源物质复配,再添加硼酸以及常规食料进行配方调制,利用植物源对信息素的增效作用加强对蟑螂的诱集,用硼酸替代农药作为饵料的毒杀成分,硼酸可使蟑螂脱水干瘪死亡,尸体无异味,而且死掉的蟑螂还会被异体吃掉,扩大了直接诱杀范围,达到种群一锅端的目的;
2)本发明对蟑螂具有较强引诱活性,可以大幅降低饵料中某些成分对蟑螂的拒避影响,应用本发明新型蟑螂诱杀剂结合诱捕装置6天后,室内蟑螂密度平均下降97%以上,易于收集处理,起到了很好的引诱加毒杀效果,而且本发明复配物安全性能较高、对环境无污染、持效期长。

具体实施方式
本发明用下列实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于下列实施例。
采用Y型嗅觉仪测定德国小蠊对混配物的定向行为反应(由本实验室根据嗅觉仪基本原理进行改进,授权专利号为:ZL201020239767.7)。Y型管主臂20cm,两臂长度各为10cm,两臂夹角90℃。两臂管末用硅胶管按序接上蒸馏水瓶和活性炭瓶,最后活性炭瓶开口于大气中,昆虫释放瓶处用纱布连于抽气装置。将橡皮头载体置于陷阱入口玻璃管中。
处理1:取1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯:4-丁基辛醇:二十一烷:苯甲酸甲酯质量比为4:3:3:1的混合物5ml滴于一边的味源瓶中,另一边以滴有5ml的花生油作为对照,抽气气流流速为1L/min,分别进入两管的气流经过活性炭过滤和蒸馏水加湿。取20头德国小蠊置于昆虫释放瓶中,重复5次,每次测完即用棉球蘸取无水乙醇Y形管内外壁并烘干,然后调换Y形管两臂与味源瓶、对照,以消除两臂的几何误差对德国小蠊行为可能造成的影响。将试虫放入Y形管的昆虫释放瓶中开始试验,待2个小时后统计实验结果,停留在Y形管主臂上的德国小蠊均视为无反应。结果表明,本实验配制的德国小蠊诱集信息素对德国小蠊的引诱百分比为69.47,显著高于对照的30.53(如图1所示)。
处理2:取1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯:4-丁基辛醇:二十一烷:苯甲酸甲酯质量比为4:3:3:1的混合物5ml滴于一边的味源瓶中,另一边以滴有二十一烷:苯甲酸甲酯质量比3:1的混合物5ml的作为对照,试验方法处理1。结果表明,本实验配制的德国小蠊植物源物质和信息素复合物对德国小蠊的引诱百分比为79.54,显著高于对照的20.46(如图2所示)。
由图1结果可以看出,本发明植物源物质对信息素具有一定的增效作用,植物源物质和信息素复合物对德国小蠊具有显著的引诱作用。
实施例1
按重量比0.4:0.3:0.3:0.1:12:1:3:8:180称取1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、二十一烷、苯甲酸甲酯、低甲氧基果胶、无水氯化钙、饼干、硼酸和水;将1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、二十一烷、苯甲酸甲酯、低甲氧基果胶、饼干、硼酸和水按照比例进行配比得到混合液;将混合液放入80℃水浴锅中,加入无水氯化钙,反应后,取出放置于室温搅拌成膏状,分装即得配方1。
实施例2
按重量比0.3:0.3:0.4:0.1:12:1:3:7:180称取1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、二十一烷、苯甲酸甲酯、低甲氧基果胶、无水氯化钙、饼干、硼酸和水;将1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、二十一烷、苯甲酸甲酯、低甲氧基果胶、饼干、硼酸和水按照比例进行配比得到混合液;将混合液放入80℃水浴锅中,加入无水氯化钙,反应后,取出放置于室温搅拌成膏状,分装即得配方2。
实施例3
按重量比0.4:0.3:0.4:0.1:12:1:4:7:180称取1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、二十一烷、低甲氧基果胶、无水氯化钙、饼干、硼酸和水;将1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、二十一烷、苯甲酸甲酯、低甲氧基果胶、饼干、硼酸和水按照比例进行配比得到混合液;将混合溶液放入80℃水浴锅中,加入无水氯化钙,反应后,取出放置于室温搅拌成膏状,分装即得配方3。
对照组
按重量比0.4:0.3:12:1:3:180称取1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、低甲氧基果胶、无水氯化钙、饼干和水;将1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、低甲氧基果胶、饼干和水按照比例进行配比得到混合液;将混合液放入80℃水浴锅中,加入无水氯化钙,反应后,取出放置于室温搅拌成膏状,分装即得对照。
诱杀试验测定方法
(1)供试昆虫:德国小蠊(Germanica
(2)试验方法
分别将不同配方的蟑螂诱杀剂放入4m2的隔间房中,每个房间放置40头蟑螂,每个房间放置10g诱杀剂,每隔24h观察一次房间蟑螂死亡情况。对照为不添加硼酸和信息素的饵料。
(3)结果与分析
从表1 中可知,没有添加硼酸和信息素的饵料基本对蟑螂没有诱杀效果,药后6天死亡4头,死亡率仅为10%。配方1:在药后6天死亡蟑螂39头,死亡率达到了97.5%;配方2:在药后6天蟑螂全部死亡;配方3:在药后6天蟑螂死亡率为95%。综上所述,配方2对蟑螂的诱杀效果更好。

1.一种蟑螂诱杀剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成:1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯0.1-1份、4-丁基辛醇0.1-1份、二十一烷0.1-1份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1-1份、低甲氧基果胶10-14份、无水氯化钙0.5-1.5份、饼干1-5份、硼酸5-9份和水100-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蟑螂诱杀剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成:1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯0.3份、4-丁基辛醇0.3份、二十一烷 0.4份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1份、低甲氧基果胶12份、无水氯化钙1份、饼干3份、硼酸7份和水180份。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述的蟑螂诱杀剂的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将1-辛烯-3-醇乙酸酯、4-丁基辛醇、二十一烷、苯甲酸甲酯、低甲氧基果胶、饼干、硼酸和水按照比例进行配比得混合液;
(2)将混合液放入80℃水浴锅中,加入无水氯化钙,反应后,取出放置于室温搅拌成膏状,分装即得。
