本发明公开了一种能主动引诱苍蝇并使其致死的长效灭蝇挂条,由均一溶液浸泡或涂刷载体挂条后制备而成的:均一溶液由以下重量百分比的组分复配而成:活性成份A 0.1%‑5%、活性成份B 0.1%‑10%、引诱成分0.1%‑10%、助剂75%‑99.7%;活性成份A为氯氟醚菊酯,活性成份B为高效氯氟氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氯菊酯、吡虫啉、甲基吡噁磷中的任意一种,引诱成分为自葡糖糖、果糖、蔗糖、冰糖、麦芽糖、蜂蜜、乳糖、半乳糖、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、甜菊糖、香醋、酱油、吲哚、诱虫烯中的任意一种、两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。本发明的挂条悬挂于室内,可持续引诱苍蝇并将其击倒致死,提供一种方便、便捷、卫生的持效灭蝇方法,持效期可长达一个月。

一种能主动引诱苍蝇并使其致死的长效灭蝇挂条
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型灭蝇产品及其制备方法,具体涉及一种能主动引诱苍蝇并使其致死的长效灭蝇挂条。
背景技术
目前市场上常用的灭蝇产品主要是粉剂、悬浮剂和颗粒饵剂,苍蝇接触滞留喷洒表面或饵剂后杀灭,属于被动杀灭。粉剂、悬浮剂作用方式主要是滞留喷洒,需要喷洒在物体表面,使表面全部覆盖药剂,用量大,且不能用于与人亲密接触的室内、宾馆等高档场所。颗粒饵剂布施后遇潮湿天气或环境易发霉变质,影响药效;容易发生儿童或宠物误食现象,存在一定的安全隐患;且颗粒饵剂持效期不长,如饵剂中添加的蝇引诱剂诱虫烯,蒸气压4.7mPa(27℃),较低易挥发,添加后引诱性只能持续数天,需要频繁更换药剂或补充药剂,增加药剂成本和人工成本。
本发明将有效成分、引诱剂、抑制挥发剂和其他辅料混合后,布药在挂条上,悬挂于室内,可主动持续引诱苍蝇并将其击倒致死。本发明采用有效成份结合载体、添加引诱剂、抑制挥发剂及辅料共同作用,使药效能长达一个月,且外观类似于布条彩带,外形美观,施药方便,只需悬挂即可,为灭蝇提供了一种方便、便捷、卫生的消杀方法,且大大节约了成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种新型灭蝇产品,该产品可持续引诱苍蝇并将其击倒致死,提供一种方便、便捷、卫生的持效灭蝇方法,持效期可长达一个月。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种能主动引诱苍蝇并使其致死的长效灭蝇挂条,由均一溶液浸泡或涂刷载体挂条后制备而成的;所述的均一溶液由以下重量百分比的组分复配而成:活性成份A 0.1%-5%、活性成份B 0.1%-10%、引诱成分0.1%-10%、助剂75%-99.7%。
上述技术方案中,所述的活性成份A为氯氟醚菊酯。
上述技术方案中,所述的活性成份B为高效氯氟氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氯菊酯、吡虫啉、甲基吡噁磷中的任意一种。
上述技术方案中,所述的引诱成分为自葡糖糖、果糖、蔗糖、冰糖、麦芽糖、蜂蜜、乳糖、半乳糖、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、甜菊糖、香醋、酱油、吲哚、诱虫烯中的任意一种、两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。

所述的溶剂为有机溶剂和水,二者的重量比为2-20:1;所述的有机溶剂为可无味煤油、无水乙醇中的任意一种,或两种以任意比例混合而成的混合物;
所述的乳化剂为非离子型羟基聚环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种、两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。

将所述比例的活性成份A、活性成份B、乳化剂溶解于有机溶剂中,搅拌至所加成份完全溶解得到溶液I;将所述比例的引诱成分、抑制挥发剂解于溶剂水中搅拌至所加成份完全溶解得到溶液II;将溶液I和II合并后搅拌均匀得到一溶液,用均一溶液浸泡或涂刷载体挂条,待完全浸润后晾干或烘干,即为本发明所述的灭蝇挂条。
上述技术方案中,所述的均一溶液浸泡载体挂条时,每克载体需5-20g的均一溶液浸泡,浸泡5-60分钟;所述的均一溶液涂刷载体挂条,每平方厘米载体涂刷0.01-1g的均一溶液。
本发明的能主动引诱苍蝇并使其致死的长效灭蝇挂条的靶标为家蝇、市蝇、丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、厩腐蝇、厕蝇、亮绿蝇、红头丽蝇、伏蝇中的一种或多种。
本发明的能主动引诱苍蝇并使其致死的长效灭蝇挂条,使用时将其挂在室内或者室外,其灭蝇持效期可长达一个月。

按以下制备方法制备应用实施例:将所述的活性成份A、活性成份B、乳化剂溶解在有机溶剂中,搅拌至所加成份完全溶解得到均一溶液,引诱成份、抑制挥发剂溶解或溶胀在溶剂水中,将两者混合搅拌的到均一溶液,用均一溶液浸泡或涂刷挂条,待完全浸润后晾干或烘干,即为本发明所述的灭蝇挂条。各实施例配方如表1所示:

测试实施例1
微量点滴法进行毒力测定实验,试虫为淡色库蚊,羽化后3-5天未吸血雌蚊;具体过程为用乙醚麻醉后置于培养皿中备用,将培养皿内试虫逐头进行点滴处理,点滴于试虫前胸背板上,每头点滴药剂1.0μL,点滴后将试虫移至正常条件下饲养。每个处理重复4次,每次10头试虫。实验结果如表3所示:

如表3所示,氯氟醚菊酯:吡虫啉按10:1复配(制备实施例9)共毒系数大于120,有明显的增效作用。
测试实施例2
将挂条按照GB/T13917.10-2009进行灭蝇室内药效测定实验,试虫为家蝇,3-4天雌雄各半成虫;具体过程为用吸蚊管吸取100头试虫(家蝇)放入模拟房中,待试虫恢复正常活动后将挂条悬挂于模拟房中间;观察2小试内引诱试虫次数,每隔一定时间记录被击倒的试虫数,120分钟后将被击倒试虫移至清洁饲养笼内,恢复标准饲养,用5%糖水棉球饲喂,未被击倒的试虫不回收,计入24小时活虫数。结果如表4所是示:

所述的活性成份A为氯氟醚菊酯;所述的活性成份B为高效氯氟氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氯菊酯、吡虫啉、甲基吡噁磷中的任意一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长效灭蝇挂条,其特征在于:所述的引诱成分为自葡糖糖、果糖、蔗糖、冰糖、麦芽糖、蜂蜜、乳糖、半乳糖、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、甜菊糖、香醋、酱油、吲哚、诱虫烯中的任意一种、两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。

5.根据权利要求3所述的长效灭蝇挂条,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为有机溶剂和水,二者的重量比为2-20:1;所述的有机溶剂为可无味煤油、无水乙醇中的任意一种,或两种以任意比例混合而成的混合物。
6.根据权利要求3所述的长效灭蝇挂条,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂为非离子型羟基聚环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种、两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。
