Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus 200 for verifying a mobile phone number binding status according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus 200 includes:
an obtaining unit 201, configured to obtain a current online state of a mobile phone number and a latest network access time of the mobile phone number;
the obtaining unit 201 is further configured to obtain a current binding relationship between the mobile phone number and an account of a third party network platform, and an earliest binding time between the mobile phone number and the account of the third party network platform;
an approval unit 202, configured to approve a binding state of the mobile phone number based on the current binding relationship, the earliest binding time, the latest network access time, and the current network-on state, where the binding state indicates whether a binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal;
an indication sending unit 203, configured to send, to a gateway, indication information based on the binding state of the mobile phone number, where the indication information is used to indicate whether the gateway allows providing, to the mobile phone number, a communication service related to the third-party network platform.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform account is normal is determined based on the current binding relationship and the earliest binding time between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform account, and the current on-network state and the latest on-network time of the mobile phone number in the operator network, and then whether the gateway allows to provide the communication service related to the third-party network platform to the mobile phone number is indicated according to the determined result, so that the gateway limits the mobile phone number to log in the account of the third-party network platform with risk, and the risk that privacy, information leakage, fund and the like are brought to a user when the mobile phone number is restarted because the user does not unbind the bound account when the mobile phone number is sold is avoided.
It is to be understood that the verification unit 202 is further configured to:
when the current binding relationship is that the mobile phone number is not bound with the account of the third-party network platform, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal;
and when the current binding relationship is that the mobile phone number is bound with the account of the third-party network platform, the binding state of the mobile phone number is verified based on the earliest binding time, the latest network access time and the current network-on state.
It is to be understood that the verification unit 202 is further configured to:
when the earliest binding time is later than the latest network access time, judging the current network state of the mobile phone number;
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is online, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal in the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform;
and when the current online state of the mobile phone number is frozen, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is abnormal, wherein the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the mobile phone number is not normally bound with the third-party network platform account.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic block diagram of an apparatus 200 for verifying a binding status of a mobile phone number according to one or more embodiments of the present invention.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus 200 may further include:
a unbinding instruction sending unit 204, configured to send an unbinding instruction for all accounts bound to the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform;
a reply information receiving unit 205, configured to receive reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
the verification unit 202 is further configured to verify, when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound, that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal; and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
As an alternative embodiment, the verification unit 202 is further configured to:
and when the latest binding time is earlier than the latest network access time, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is abnormal as the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform.
As an optional embodiment, the unbinding instruction sending unit 204 is further configured to send an unbinding instruction to the third party network platform based on the current online status of the mobile phone number, where the unbinding instruction is used to instruct the third party network platform to unbind all accounts bound with the mobile phone number before the latest online time or all accounts bound with the mobile phone number;
the reply information receiving unit 205 is further configured to receive reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
the verification unit 202 is further configured to verify, when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound, that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal; and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
As an optional embodiment, the unbinding instruction sending unit 204 is further configured to send an unbinding instruction for all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform when the current online status of the mobile phone number is frozen;
the obtaining unit 201 is further configured to obtain the latest binding time between the mobile phone number and an account of a third-party network platform when the current online status of the mobile phone number is online;
the unbinding instruction sending unit 204 is further configured to send, to the third-party network platform, an unbinding instruction for all accounts that are bound to the mobile phone number before the latest network access time when the latest network access time is later than the latest network access time; and the third-party network platform is used for sending a unbinding instruction of all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform when the latest binding time is earlier than the latest network access time.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus 200 may further include:
a detecting unit 206, configured to monitor whether the current online state of the mobile phone number is changed to the frozen state when the current online state of the mobile phone number is online;
the unbinding instruction sending unit 204 is further configured to send an unbinding instruction for all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform when the current online status of the mobile phone number changes to the frozen state;
the reply information receiving unit 205 is further configured to receive reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
the verification unit 202 is further configured to verify, when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound, that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal; and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
As an optional embodiment, the indication sending unit 203 is further configured to:
when the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal, sending indication information allowing to provide communication service related to the third-party network platform to the mobile phone number to the gateway;
and when the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal, sending indication information which does not allow the communication service related to the third-party network platform to be provided to the mobile phone number to the gateway.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus 200 may further include:
a request receiving unit 207, configured to receive a communication service query request sent by a gateway, where the communication service query request is used to query whether to allow providing the communication service related to the third-party network platform to the mobile phone number.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus 200 may further include:
a building unit 208, configured to build a binding state mapping table according to the binding state of the mobile phone number, where the binding state mapping table records whether a binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal.
The device 200 for verifying the mobile phone number binding state according to the embodiment of the present invention may correspond to an execution subject in the method for verifying the mobile phone number binding state according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the above and other operations and/or functions of each module in the device 200 for verifying the mobile phone number binding state are respectively for implementing corresponding processes of each method in fig. 1, and are not described herein again for brevity.
Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a mobile phone number binding state approval apparatus 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the device 300 includes a processor 301, a memory 302, and a communication interface 303, the memory 302 is used for storing executable program codes, the processor 301 executes programs corresponding to the executable program codes by reading the executable program codes stored in the memory 302, the communication interface 303 is used for communicating with external devices, such as a gateway, a third party network platform, and the like, and the device 300 may further include a bus 304, and the bus 304 is used for connecting the processor 301, the memory 302, and the communication interface 303, so that the processor 301, the memory 302, and the communication interface 303 communicate with each other through the bus 304.
Specifically, the processor 301 is further configured to perform an approval of a mobile phone number binding state; wherein, the mobile phone number binding state is approved to include:
acquiring the current on-line state of a mobile phone number in an operator network and the latest network access time of the mobile phone number in the operator network;
acquiring the current binding relationship between the mobile phone number and an account of a third-party network platform and the earliest binding time between the mobile phone number and the account of the third-party network platform;
the binding state of the mobile phone number is determined based on the current binding relationship, the earliest binding time, the latest network access time and the current network-on state, wherein the binding state represents whether the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal or not;
and sending indication information to a gateway based on the binding state of the mobile phone number, wherein the indication information is used for indicating whether the gateway allows the communication service related to the third-party network platform to be provided for the mobile phone number.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps of the examples described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the components and steps of the examples have been described in a functional general in the foregoing description for the purpose of illustrating clearly the interchangeability of hardware and software. Claims (19)

1. A method for verifying the binding state of a mobile phone number is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the current on-line state of a mobile phone number in an operator network and the latest network access time of the mobile phone number in the operator network;
acquiring the current binding relationship between the mobile phone number and an account of a third-party network platform and the earliest binding time between the mobile phone number and the account of the third-party network platform;
the binding state of the mobile phone number is determined based on the current binding relationship, the earliest binding time, the latest network access time and the current network-on state, wherein the binding state represents whether the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal or not;
when the current binding relationship is that the mobile phone number is not bound with the account of the third-party network platform, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal;
when the current binding relationship is that the mobile phone number is bound with the account of the third-party network platform, and the earliest binding time is later than the latest network access time, judging the current online state of the mobile phone number;
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is online, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal in the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform;
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is frozen, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is abnormal, wherein the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the mobile phone number is not normally bound with the third-party network platform account;
and sending indication information to a gateway based on the binding state of the mobile phone number, wherein the indication information is used for indicating whether the gateway allows the communication service related to the third-party network platform to be provided for the mobile phone number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the verifying that the binding status of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third party network platform account is abnormal, the method further comprises:
sending unbinding instructions for all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform;
receiving reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal in the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform;
and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the validating the binding status of the cell phone number based on the earliest binding time, the latest network entry time, and the current online status comprises:
and when the earliest binding time is earlier than the latest network access time, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is abnormal as the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the verifying that the binding status of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third party network platform is abnormal, the method further comprises:
sending a unbinding instruction to the third-party network platform based on the current online state of the mobile phone number, wherein the unbinding instruction is used for indicating the third-party network platform to bind all accounts of the mobile phone number before the latest online time or to unbind all accounts of the mobile phone number;
receiving reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal in the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform;
and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the sending an unbinding instruction to the third party network platform based on the current online status of the cell phone number comprises:
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is frozen, sending unbinding instructions of all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform;
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is online, acquiring the latest binding time of the mobile phone number and an account of a third-party network platform;
when the latest binding time is later than the latest network access time, sending a unbinding instruction of all accounts binding the mobile phone number before the latest network access time to the third-party network platform;
and when the latest binding time is earlier than the latest network access time, sending unbinding instructions of all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is online, monitoring whether the current online state of the mobile phone number is changed into the freezing state;
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is changed into the frozen state, sending unbinding instructions of all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform;
receiving reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal in the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform;
and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein sending a communication service indication to the gateway based on the binding status of the cell phone number comprises:
when the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal, sending indication information allowing to provide communication service related to the third-party network platform to the mobile phone number to the gateway;
and when the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal, sending indication information which does not allow the communication service related to the third-party network platform to be provided to the mobile phone number to the gateway.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the indication information to the gateway based on the binding status of the cell phone number, the method further comprises:
and receiving a communication service inquiry request sent by the gateway, wherein the communication service inquiry request is used for inquiring whether the communication service related to the third-party network platform is allowed to be provided to the mobile phone number.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and establishing a binding state mapping table according to the approved binding state of the mobile phone number, wherein the binding state mapping table records whether the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal or not.
10. An apparatus for verifying a binding status of a mobile phone number, the apparatus comprising:
the mobile phone comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the current on-line state of a mobile phone number and the latest network access time of the mobile phone number;
the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a current binding relationship between the mobile phone number and an account of a third-party network platform, and an earliest binding time between the mobile phone number and the account of the third-party network platform;
an approval unit, configured to approve a binding state of the mobile phone number based on the current binding relationship, the earliest binding time, the latest network access time, and the current network-on state, where the binding state indicates whether a binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal;
the verification unit is further configured to: when the current binding relationship is that the mobile phone number is not bound with the account of the third-party network platform, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal;
when the current binding relationship is that the mobile phone number is bound with the account of the third-party network platform, and the earliest binding time is later than the latest network access time, judging the current online state of the mobile phone number;
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is online, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is normal in the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform;
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is frozen, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is abnormal, wherein the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the mobile phone number is not normally bound with the third-party network platform account;
and the indication sending unit is used for sending indication information to a gateway based on the binding state of the mobile phone number, wherein the indication information is used for indicating whether the gateway allows the communication service related to the third-party network platform to be provided for the mobile phone number.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
the unbinding instruction sending unit is used for sending an unbinding instruction of all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform;
a reply information receiving unit, configured to receive reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
the verification unit is further used for verifying the binding state of the mobile phone number as the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound; and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the verification unit is further configured to:
and when the latest binding time is earlier than the latest network access time, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is abnormal as the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
a unbinding instruction sending unit, configured to send an unbinding instruction to the third-party network platform based on the current online state of the mobile phone number, where the unbinding instruction is used to instruct the third-party network platform to unbind all accounts bound with the mobile phone number before the latest network access time or all accounts bound with the mobile phone number;
a reply information receiving unit, configured to receive reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
the verification unit is further used for verifying the binding state of the mobile phone number as the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound; and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
14. The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the unbinding instruction sending unit is further configured to:
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is frozen, sending unbinding instructions of all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform;
when the current online state of the mobile phone number is online, acquiring the latest binding time of the mobile phone number and an account of a third-party network platform;
when the latest binding time is later than the latest network access time, sending a unbinding instruction of all accounts binding the mobile phone number before the latest network access time to the third-party network platform;
and when the latest binding time is earlier than the latest network access time, sending unbinding instructions of all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform.
15. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
the detection unit is used for monitoring whether the current online state of the mobile phone number is changed into the freezing state or not when the current online state of the mobile phone number is online;
the unbinding instruction sending unit is used for sending an unbinding instruction of all accounts bound with the mobile phone number to the third-party network platform when the current online state of the mobile phone number is changed into the frozen state;
a reply information receiving unit, configured to receive reply information of the third-party network platform to the unbinding instruction;
the verification unit is further used for verifying the binding state of the mobile phone number as the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is successfully unbound; and when the reply message indicates that the mobile phone number is unsuccessfully unbound, verifying that the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal.
16. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the indication sending unit is further configured to:
when the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal, sending indication information allowing to provide communication service related to the third-party network platform to the mobile phone number to the gateway;
and when the binding state of the mobile phone number is that the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is abnormal, sending indication information which does not allow the communication service related to the third-party network platform to be provided to the mobile phone number to the gateway.
17. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
and the request receiving unit is used for receiving a communication service inquiry request sent by a gateway, and the communication service inquiry request is used for inquiring whether the communication service related to the third-party network platform is allowed to be provided to the mobile phone number or not.
18. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
and the building unit is used for building a binding state mapping table according to the approved binding state of the mobile phone number, and the binding state mapping table records whether the binding relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party network platform is normal or not.
19. An approval apparatus for a mobile phone number binding state, the approval apparatus comprising:
a memory, a processor, a communication interface, and a bus;
the memory, the processor and the communication interface are connected through the bus and complete mutual communication;
the memory is used for storing program codes;
the processor reads the executable program code stored in the memory and runs the program corresponding to the executable program code so as to execute a mobile phone number binding state verification method; the method for verifying the binding state of the mobile phone number comprises the following steps:
