Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a number processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, in this scenario a first user terminal 100, a second user terminal 200 and an access network device 300. The data transmission is performed between the first user terminal 100 and the second user terminal 200 through a network, and the data transmission is performed between the first user terminal 100 and the access network device 300 through a network.
The access network device 300 may be a base station (Base Transceiver Station, BTS) in global mobile communication (Global System of Mobile communication, GSM) or code division multiple access (Code Division MultipleAccess, CDMA), a base station (NodeB, NB) in wideband code division multiple access (Wideband Code DivisionMultiple Access, WCDMA), an evolved base station (Evolutional Node B, eNB or eNodeB) in LTE, a relay station or access point, or a base station in a 5G network, etc., which are not limited herein.
The first user terminal 100 and the second user terminal 200 may be wireless terminals, which may be devices that provide voice and/or other traffic data connectivity to a user, or handheld devices with wireless connection capabilities, or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem. A wireless terminal may communicate with one or more core networks via a radio access network (Radio Access Network, RAN for short), which may be mobile terminals such as mobile phones (or "cellular" phones) and computers with mobile terminals, e.g., portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-built-in or vehicle-mounted mobile devices that exchange voice and/or data with the radio access network. A wireless Terminal may also be referred to as a system, subscriber Unit (Subscriber Unit), subscriber Station (Subscriber Station), mobile Station (Mobile Station), mobile Station (Mobile), remote Station (Remote Station), remote Terminal (Remote Terminal), access Terminal (Access Terminal), user Terminal (User Terminal), user Agent (User Agent), user equipment (User Device or User Equipment), without limitation.
When the user performs a call, the mobile phone number of the other party is dialed. When the user does not want to continue to use the original mobile phone number, the user can apply for the sales process to the operator.
In the conventional technology, after a user logs in, an operator can recycle and freeze the mobile phone number of the user. After standing for a period of time, the operator will put the mobile phone number into a number pool for number sales. When a new user opens an account, the number can be selected from the number pool to be used. At this time, the new user recognizes whether the selected number is a new number or a twice-played number, and the new user decides whether to accept the twice-played number. However, currently, many internet third party platforms (such as instant messaging application, shopping website, video platform, etc.) are bound with mobile phone numbers, and after the numbers of the secondary number release are put into use, the new users will be bothered, and the original users will be hidden with safety hazards, so that the service risk of operators is increased. In order to avoid the risk brought by secondary number placement, new users usually use new number segments as much as possible, so that some numbers for secondary number placement are not used by users, and resource waste is caused.
Based on the conventional technology, the number processing method provided by the embodiment of the application scans the service condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform before the user is sold, and identifies the service condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform; if the third party using the number to be sold is found, prompting the user to process the number to be sold on the third party platform and then to process the number to be sold. On one hand, the perception of the selling user is improved, and the selling user is helped to control the risk of secondary use of the mobile phone number; on the other hand, the recovered mobile phone number and the third party platform are bound, so that the mobile phone number can be safely used for secondary number release, trouble is not brought to a new user, the recovered mobile phone number can be used again quickly, and the resource utilization rate of the mobile phone number is improved.
It should be noted that the beneficial effects or the technical problems to be solved by the embodiments of the present application are not limited to this one, but may be other implicit or related problems, and particularly, reference may be made to the following description of embodiments.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present application and how the technical scheme of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In one embodiment, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a number processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be applied to a communication device, for example, the method may be applied to the first user terminal 100 or the second user terminal 200 in fig. 1, and the method may also be applied to a server. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
step S201, responding to the operation of the sales user, and scanning the service condition of the sales user number on the third party platform.
A logoff operation may be performed when the user does not continue to use a certain telephone number, i.e. the number of the user who wants to sell, i.e. the number of the user to be sell. The pin operation may be used to de-register the number of the to-be-pin. Optionally, the user may perform the sales operation on a mobile phone, a personal computer or a business hall self-service platform, or the user may delegate the customer service to perform the sales operation on an operator system.
The communication device, in response to the sales operation, may scan the use of the sales number on the third party platform. The third party platform can represent a platform other than an operator platform, and the third party platform comprises, but is not limited to, instant messaging application, shopping websites, video platforms, music websites, reading websites and the like. By scanning the use condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform, whether the number to be sold is used or not in each third party platform can be obtained, and whether the third party platform using the number to be sold exists or not is further obtained. It will be appreciated that when the number to be sold is used on one or more third party platforms, a third party platform on which the number to be sold is used is available; when the number to be sold is not used in all the third party platforms, the third party platform without the used number to be sold can be obtained.
In one possible implementation, the third party platform may be an authorized collaboration platform or an unauthorized collaboration platform. The authorization collaboration platform may represent a third party platform that authorizes an open query interface to an operator by collaborating with the operator to sign up for a collaboration agreement. The unlicensed collaboration platform may represent a third party platform that does not sign up for a collaboration agreement with the operator, and thus does not authorize the operator to open a query interface. For example, a third party platform that can be queried in a communication-portal open internet account-for-a-license can be further processed as an authorized collaboration platform, while a third party platform that cannot be queried in a communication-portal open internet account-for-a-license can be further processed as an unauthorized collaboration.
Optionally, the communication device may provide a third party platform interface library in which an open query interface and/or a new user registration interface of the third party platform may be included. Wherein an open query interface may be used to query for usage and a new user registration interface may be used to simulate registration. Specifically, the third party platform interface library may include an open query interface of the authorized collaboration platform, and an unauthorized collaboration platform and a new user registration interface. The open query interface and the new user registration interface in the third party platform interface library can be added, deleted or updated as required, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.
In the embodiment of the application, the open query interface or the new user registration interface can be quickly obtained by providing the third-party platform interface library, so that the use condition of the number to be sold on the third-party platform can be quickly queried, and the scanning speed and the scanning efficiency are improved.
The scanning process of the use condition of the number to be sold in the unauthorized cooperation platform is described below.
In one possible implementation, step S201 may include: when scanning is carried out, if the scanned third party platform is an unauthorized cooperation platform, adopting the number to be sold to carry out simulated registration processing of a new user on the third party platform; and determining the service condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform according to the feedback result of the simulated registration.
Optionally, the performing the simulated registration processing of the new user on the third party platform by using the number to be sold may include: acquiring a new user registration interface of a third party platform from a third party platform interface library; and carrying out the simulated registration processing through the new user registration interface.
The communication device may obtain a new user registration interface of the third party platform from the third party platform interface library, and then send a new user registration request carrying the number of the to-be-sold user to the third party platform through the new user registration interface of the third party platform. After receiving the new user registration request, the third party platform can acquire the number to be sold from the new user registration request, and perform new user registration processing by adopting the number to be sold. If the user is registered on the third party platform by using the number to be sold, the third party platform determines that the number to be sold is used, and at the moment, the third party platform can send a feedback result representing that the registration is impossible to be performed to the communication equipment. If no user registers on the third party platform by using the number to be sold, the third party platform determines that the number to be sold is not used, and at this time, the third party platform can send a feedback result representing that registration is allowed to the communication equipment. In general, the third party platform may maintain a user information base, and the third party platform may obtain a feedback result by querying a number to be sold in the user information base. The embodiment of the application does not limit the process of obtaining the feedback result by the third party platform. After receiving the feedback result, the communication device can determine the service condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform according to the simulated registration feedback result.
Optionally, the determining, according to the simulated registration feedback result, the use condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform may include: when the feedback result characterization allows registration, determining that the third party platform does not use the number to be sold; and when the feedback result characterization cannot be registered, determining that the third party platform uses the number to be sold.
In the embodiment of the application, for the unauthorized cooperation platform, the service condition of the number to be sold can be rapidly determined by simulating and registering a new user, a query channel for the service condition of the number of the unauthorized cooperation platform is provided, the gap for querying the service condition of the unauthorized cooperation platform is filled, the application range is enlarged, the service scene is enriched, the universality is improved, and the scanning speed and the scanning efficiency are improved.
In one possible implementation, after determining that the third party platform does not use the number to be sold, the account that was simulated to be registered at the third party platform using the number to be sold may also be unregistered.
Considering that part of third party platforms can give feedback results of whether the number to be sold is used or not before the registration of the new user is completed, the third party platforms do not realize the real registration of the new user when sending the feedback results; and the feedback result can be obtained only after the other part of third party platform finishes the actual registration of the new user. For the other part of the third party platform, after the communication equipment determines that the third party platform does not use the number to be sold, the account which is simulated and registered by the number to be sold on the third party platform can be logged out, so that the risk brought by secondary number release of the number to be sold is reduced. In an example, the communication device may send a cancellation request carrying the number of the to-be-cancelled user to the third party platform, and the cancellation process is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein.
The scanning process of the use condition of the authorized cooperation platform for the number of the to-be-sold user is described below.
In one possible implementation, step S201 may include: when scanning is carried out, if the scanned third party platform is an authorized cooperation platform, an open query interface of the third party platform is obtained from a third party platform interface library, and the service condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform is queried through the open query interface.
After the communication device obtains the open query interface of the third party platform from the third party platform interface library, a number service condition query request carrying the number to be sold can be sent to the third party platform through the open query interface. After receiving the number service condition query request, the third party platform can query whether the number to be sold is used. If the number is used, the third party platform sends information representing that the number to be sold is used to the communication equipment; and if not, the third party platform sends information representing that the number to be sold is not used to the communication equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, for the authorized cooperation platform, the service condition of the number of the to-be-sold user can be quickly and directly inquired, and the scanning speed and the scanning efficiency are improved.
Step S202, if a third party platform using the number to be sold exists, a prompt message is sent.
The prompt information is used for prompting a user to process the number to be sold on a third party platform and then process the number to be sold.
If the sales process is directly performed under the condition that a third party platform using the number to be sold exists, the risk of secondary number release is brought. In order to reduce the risk of secondary number release and further improve the resource utilization rate of telephone numbers, under the condition that a third party platform using the number to be sold exists, the communication equipment can send prompt information to prompt a user to process the number to be sold on the third party platform and then process the number to be sold.
Optionally, the prompt information may include a name of a third party platform that needs to process the number to be sold, access a website, or download a link, etc., so that a user can conveniently and quickly access the third party platform, reduce waiting time of the user to be sold, and improve user friendliness.
Optionally, the prompting information may be further used to prompt the user to reserve the number of the to-be-sold user, and/or prompt the user to perform association number change or account cancellation on a third party platform using the number of the to-be-sold user.
The user is reminded of canceling the sales process by prompting the user to reserve the sales number, so that the user can be reminded to continue to use the sales number, and the old user can be saved. Particularly, when the number of third party platforms to be processed is large, the effect of maintenance and saving is better.
By prompting the user to carry out association number change or account cancellation on the third party platform using the number to be sold, the possibility that the old user cannot log in the third party platform after the old user is logged in is reduced, and the service quality and the user experience are improved.
And if the third party platform using the number to be sold does not exist, carrying out the user selling process. The sales process may include number reclamation and number pooling, among others. After the number is put into the pool, the number selling process can be carried out on the number to be sold, so that the resource utilization rate of the mobile phone number is improved.
The number processing method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the steps of firstly scanning the service condition of the number to be sold on a third party platform before the user selling process, and identifying the service condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform; if the third party using the number to be sold is found, prompting the user to process the number to be sold on the third party platform and then to process the number to be sold.
According to the number processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, an operator can control risks brought by potential secondary number release from the source, so that users waiting for sales can avoid hidden danger of safety and use, and the service quality of the operator can be improved. In addition, the user waiting for sales is prompted to process the mobile phone number associated with the third party platform in advance, so that the recovered mobile phone number is shortened or even the freezing period (generally 90 days) is canceled, secondary sales is rapidly put into, and the resource utilization rate of the mobile phone number is improved. Furthermore, if the user to be sold is widely used in the third party platform, the user can be killed, so that the customer maintenance is realized, and the resource utilization rate of the mobile phone number is improved because the user does not sell any more.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a number processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
in step S301, the communication device scans the service condition of the number to be sold on the third party platform in response to the operation of the user to be sold.
Step S302, the communication equipment judges whether a third party platform using a number to be sold exists; if yes, go to step S303 to step S306; otherwise, step S306 is performed.
In step S303, the communication device sends a prompt message for prompting the user to process the number to be sold on the third party platform.
In step S304, if the user selects to continue using the information of the number, the communication device ends the flow.
In step S305, if the user confirms that there is no third party platform using the number to be sold, the communication device performs the process of selling the number to be sold.
In step S306, the communication device performs a number recovery process.
In step S307, the communication device performs a number entry process.
Step S308, the salesman carries out secondary sales on the number of the to-be-sold user.
On one hand, the perception of the selling user is improved, and the selling user is helped to control the risk of secondary use of the mobile phone number; on the other hand, the recovered mobile phone number and the third party platform are bound, so that the mobile phone number can be safely used for secondary number release, trouble is not brought to a new user, the recovered mobile phone number can be used again quickly, and the resource utilization rate of the mobile phone number is improved.

in step S401, the communication apparatus receives a pin user operation.
Step S402, the communication equipment responds to the operation of a sales user and judges whether an operator has a number use condition confirmation cooperation protocol with a third party platform or not; if yes, go to step S403 to step S409; otherwise, step S410 is performed.
Step S403, the communication device sends a number service condition query request carrying the number to be sold to the third party platform through an open query interface of the third party platform.
In step S404, the third party platform receives the number usage query request.
Step S405, the third party platform inquires whether the number of the to-be-sold subscriber is used; if yes, go to step S406 and step S407; otherwise, step S408 and step S409 are performed.
In step S406, the third party platform sends information characterizing that the number of the to-be-sold subscriber has been used to the communication device.
In step S407, the communication device determines that the third party platform has used the number to be sold.
