As shown in fig. 4, a user subscription apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes:
an information obtaining module 401, configured to obtain user identifier information of a user to be signed;
an information searching module 402, configured to search, according to the user identification information, subscription information corresponding to the user to be signed in a preset storage space;
and a secret-free subscription module 403, configured to freeze the subscription information when the subscription information meets a preset subscription freezing condition, and perform secret-free subscription with the user to be signed according to the user identification information.
In the embodiment, user identification information of a user to be signed is obtained; searching the signing information corresponding to the user to be signed in a preset storage space according to the user identification information; and when the subscription information meets the preset subscription freezing condition, freezing the subscription information, and performing secret-free subscription with the user to be signed according to the user identification information. Before the secret-free subscription is carried out, the subscription information corresponding to the user to be signed is searched in the preset storage space according to the user identification information of the user to be signed, the subscription information is verified, the subscription information is frozen when the subscription information meets the preset subscription freezing condition, and then the secret-free subscription is carried out again according to the user identification information and the user to be signed, so that the technical problem that the secret-free substitute deduction error deduction is caused because the subscription cannot be carried out again when the binding is not timely unbound due to the subscription relationship can be effectively solved.
Further, the information searching module 402 is further configured to perform a secret-free subscription with the user to be signed according to the user identifier information when the subscription information corresponding to the user to be signed is not found.
Further, the information search module 402 is further configured to obtain a historical signing time according to the signing information, and determine a signed duration according to the historical signing time and a current time; when the signed duration is greater than a preset signed duration threshold value, verifying whether the signed information belongs to the user to be signed; and when the subscription information does not belong to the user to be signed, freezing user information corresponding to the subscription information, and judging that the subscription information meets a preset subscription freezing condition.
Further, the information searching module 402 is further configured to obtain a real-name verification status of the user to be signed when the subscription information belongs to the user to be signed; performing security verification on the user to be signed according to the real-name verification state; when the security verification passes and the real-name verification state is non-real-name verification, acquiring the active interval duration of the user to be signed; and when the active interval duration is greater than a preset interval threshold, judging that the subscription information meets a preset subscription freezing condition.
Further, the information searching module 402 is further configured to, when the real-name verification status is real-name verification, obtain real-name verification information of the user to be signed, and perform security verification on the user to be signed according to the real-name verification information; and when the real-name verification state is not real-name verification, performing security verification on the user to be signed according to a security verification code.
Further, the information obtaining module 401 is further configured to receive a digital identity sent by the installation-free client; when the corresponding user information is not found in a preset storage space according to the digital identity, acquiring the user information of a user to be signed in the installation-free client according to the digital identity; and determining the user identification information of the user to be signed according to the user information.
Further, the information obtaining module 401 is further configured to, when obtaining the user information of the user to be signed according to the digital identity fails, perform identity verification on the user to be signed, so as to obtain the user information of the user to be signed.

Claims (8)

1. A user signing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring user identification information of a user to be signed;
searching the signing information corresponding to the user to be signed in a preset storage space according to the user identification information;
when the subscription information meets a preset subscription freezing condition, freezing the subscription information, and performing secret-free subscription with the user to be signed according to the user identification information;
when the subscription information meets the preset subscription freezing condition, the step of freezing the subscription information and performing the secret-free subscription with the user to be signed according to the user identification information further comprises the following steps:
acquiring historical signing time according to the signing information, and determining signed duration according to the historical signing time and the current time;
when the signed duration is greater than a preset signed duration threshold value, verifying whether the signed information belongs to the user to be signed;
when the subscription information does not belong to the user to be signed, freezing user information corresponding to the subscription information, and judging that the subscription information meets a preset subscription freezing condition;
after the step of verifying whether the subscription information belongs to the user to be signed, the method further comprises:
when the subscription information belongs to the user to be signed, acquiring a real-name verification state of the user to be signed;
performing security verification on the user to be signed according to the real-name verification state;
when the security verification passes and the real-name verification state is non-real-name verification, acquiring the active interval duration of the user to be signed;
when the active interval duration is greater than a preset interval threshold, judging that the subscription information meets a preset subscription freezing condition;
the active interval duration is the difference value between the latest operation time of the user and the current time, and the preset interval threshold is set based on the interval duration of the communication operator for putting the mobile phone number into the market again.
2. The user subscription method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of searching the subscription information corresponding to the user to be subscribed in the preset storage space according to the user identification information, the method further comprises:
and when the subscription information corresponding to the user to be signed is not found, carrying out secret-free subscription with the user to be signed according to the user identification information.
3. The user subscription method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing security verification on the user to be subscribed according to the real-name verification status comprises:
when the real-name verification state is real-name verification, acquiring real-name verification information of the user to be signed, and performing security verification on the user to be signed according to the real-name verification information;
and when the real-name verification state is not real-name verification, performing security verification on the user to be signed according to a security verification code.
4. A user subscription method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein, before the step of obtaining the user identification information of the user to be subscribed, further comprising:
receiving a digital identity sent by an installation-free client;
when the corresponding user information is not found in a preset storage space according to the digital identity, acquiring the user information of a user to be signed in the installation-free client according to the digital identity;
and determining the user identification information of the user to be signed according to the user information.
5. The user subscription method according to claim 4, wherein before the step of determining the user identification information of the user to be subscribed according to the user information, further comprising:
and when the user information of the user to be signed is failed to be acquired according to the digital identity, performing identity verification on the user to be signed so as to acquire the user information of the user to be signed.
6. A user subscription device, characterized in that the user subscription device comprises the following modules:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring user identification information of a user to be signed;
the information searching module is used for searching the signing information corresponding to the user to be signed in a preset storage space according to the user identification information;
the secret-free signing module is used for freezing the signing information when the signing information meets a preset signing freezing condition and conducting secret-free signing with the user to be signed according to the user identification information;
the information searching module is further used for acquiring historical signing time according to the signing information and determining signed duration according to the historical signing time and the current time; when the signed duration is greater than a preset signed duration threshold value, verifying whether the signed information belongs to the user to be signed; when the subscription information does not belong to the user to be signed, freezing user information corresponding to the subscription information, and judging that the subscription information meets a preset subscription freezing condition;
the information searching module is further configured to obtain a real-name verification state of the user to be signed when the subscription information belongs to the user to be signed; performing security verification on the user to be signed according to the real-name verification state; when the security verification passes and the real-name verification state is non-real-name verification, acquiring the active interval duration of the user to be signed; when the active interval duration is greater than a preset interval threshold, judging that the subscription information meets a preset subscription freezing condition;
the active interval duration is the difference value between the latest operation time of the user and the current time, and the preset interval threshold is set based on the interval duration of the communication operator for putting the mobile phone number into the market again.
7. A user subscription device, the user subscription device comprising: memory, processor and user signing program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the user signing program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the user signing method according to any one of claims 1-5.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a user subscription program, which when executed performs the steps of the user subscription method of any one of claims 1-5.
