According to the account management device provided by the embodiment, before the account opening time corresponding to the user identifier is acquired from the background of the operator according to the to-be-unbound request, the identity of the user is verified, and whether the user is the user of the terminal or the telecommunication card is judged, so that the safety of user information can be ensured on the basis of realizing the unbound of the to-be-unbound account and the user identifier.

a second judging module 66, configured to judge whether the registered account meets a preset unbinding condition according to the usage time of the registered account and the account opening time of the user identifier to be queried;
and the second unbinding module 67 is configured to unbinding the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be queried if the registered account and the user identifier to be queried are satisfied.
According to the account management device provided by the embodiment, all registered accounts corresponding to the to-be-queried identification are determined through determining the to-be-queried identification, and when each registered account meets the preset unbinding condition, the binding relation between the registered account and the to-be-queried user identification is unbinding, so that unbinding of a plurality of registered accounts can be realized at one time, a user can register a plurality of application software according to the current user identification, and user experience is improved.
Further, on the basis of any one of the foregoing embodiments, the apparatus further includes:
the system comprises a to-be-unbinding request receiving module, a to-be-unbinding request receiving module and a query module, wherein the to-be-unbinding request receiving module is used for receiving a to-be-unbinding request sent by a user, and the to-be-unbinding request comprises an identification of an to-be-unbinding application and a to-be-queried user identification bound with the to-be-unbinding application identification;
the account opening time inquiry request sending module is used for sending an account opening time inquiry request to the background of an operator according to the to-be-unbinding request, wherein the account opening time inquiry request comprises the to-be-inquired user identifier;
the account opening time receiving module is used for receiving account opening time of the user identification to be queried fed back by the operator background;
the registered account number determining module is used for determining all registered account numbers corresponding to the user identification to be queried;
the second usage time acquisition module is used for acquiring the usage time of each registered account;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the registered account meets a preset unbinding condition according to the use time of the registered account and the account opening time of the user identification to be queried;
the prompt information sending module is used for sending unbinding prompt information to the user, wherein the unbinding prompt information comprises an application identifier of a registered account to be unbinding;
and the third unbinding module is used for unbinding the binding relation between the registered account and the user identification to be queried if the unbinding instruction of the user is received.
According to the account management device provided by the embodiment, before the binding relation between the registered account and the user identifier to be queried is released, the unbinding prompt information is sent to the user according to the identifier of the registered account to be unbinding, unbinding of the registered account and the user identifier to be queried is realized according to the unbinding instruction of the user, and therefore personalized requirements of the user can be met on the basis of unbinding of a plurality of registered accounts at one time.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an account management device according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, where the account management device includes: a memory 71, a processor 72;
a memory 71; a memory 71 for storing instructions executable by the processor 72;
wherein the processor 72 is configured to perform the account management method as described above by the processor 72.
Still another embodiment of the present invention provides a computer readable storage medium having stored therein computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor are configured to implement an account management method as described above.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, reference may be made to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment for the specific working process of the apparatus described above, which is not described herein again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments described above may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The foregoing program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The program, when executed, performs steps including the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program code, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (10)

1. An account management method, comprising:
receiving a to-be-unbinding request sent by a user, wherein the to-be-unbinding request comprises an identification of an to-be-unbinding application and an identification of a to-be-queried user bound with the to-be-unbinding application identification;
sending an account opening time query request to an operator background through a preset operator information calling interface, wherein the account opening time query request comprises the user identification to be queried;
receiving the account opening time of the user identification to be queried fed back by the background of the operator through a preset operator information calling interface;
determining all registered accounts corresponding to the user identification to be queried, wherein all registered accounts are all accounts in which the user identification to be queried is registered on a plurality of application software;
acquiring the service time of each registered account;
judging whether the account to be unbinding meets a preset unbinding condition according to the account opening time and the using time, wherein the account to be unbinding is an account of which the user identification to be inquired has completed registration in the application to be unbinding;
and if yes, the binding relation between the account to be unbinding and the user identification to be queried is released.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining whether the account to be unbundled meets the preset unbundling condition according to the account opening time and the usage time of the account to be unbundled, the method further comprises:
acquiring the service time of the account to be unbinding;
the step of judging whether the account to be unbound meets the preset unbound conditions according to the account opening time and the service time of the account to be unbound, comprises the following steps:
judging whether the service time of the account to be unbinding is before the account opening time;
if yes, judging that the account to be unbound meets a preset unbound condition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the to-be-unbinding request sent by the user, further comprising:
carrying out identity verification on the user, and judging whether the user meets the preset permission requirement;
if yes, sending an account opening time query request to the background of the operator according to the to-be-unbinding request.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before unbinding the registered account and the user identifier to be queried, further comprising:
sending unbinding prompt information to the user, wherein the unbinding prompt information comprises an application identifier of a registered account to be unbinding;
and if the unbinding instruction of the user is received, unbinding the binding relation between the registered account and the user identification to be queried.
5. An account management apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a to-be-unbinding request receiving module, a to-be-unbinding request receiving module and a query module, wherein the to-be-unbinding request receiving module is used for receiving a to-be-unbinding request sent by a user, and the to-be-unbinding request comprises an identification of an to-be-unbinding application and a to-be-queried user identification bound with the to-be-unbinding application identification;
the account opening time inquiry request sending module is used for sending an account opening time inquiry request to an operator background through a preset operator information calling interface, wherein the account opening time inquiry request comprises the user identification to be inquired;
the account opening time receiving module is used for receiving account opening time of the user identification to be queried fed back by the background of the operator through a preset operator information calling interface;
the first judging module is used for judging whether the account to be unbinding meets preset unbinding conditions according to the account opening time and the service time of the account to be unbinding, wherein the account to be unbinding is an account of which the user identification to be inquired has completed registration in the application to be unbinding;
the first unbinding module is used for unbinding the binding relation between the account to be unbinding and the user identifier to be inquired if the account to be unbinding is satisfied;
the apparatus further comprises:
the registered account number determining module is used for determining all registered account numbers corresponding to the user identification to be queried;
the second usage time acquisition module is used for acquiring the usage time of each registered account;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the registered account meets a preset unbinding condition according to the use time of the registered account and the account opening time of the user identification to be queried;
and the second unbinding module is used for unbinding the binding relation between the registered account and the user identifier to be queried if the registered account is satisfied.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the first service time acquisition module is used for acquiring the service time of the account to be unbound;
the first judging module includes:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the service time of the account to be unbinding is before the account opening time;
and the judging unit is used for judging that the account to be unbound meets the preset unbound condition if yes.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the verification module is used for carrying out identity verification on the user and judging whether the user meets the preset permission requirement or not;
and the sending module is used for sending an account opening time query request to the background of the operator according to the request to be unbinding if the account opening time query request is the same.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the prompt information sending module is used for sending unbinding prompt information to the user, wherein the unbinding prompt information comprises an application identifier of a registered account to be unbinding;
and the third unbinding module is used for unbinding the binding relation between the registered account and the user identification to be queried if the unbinding instruction of the user is received.
