Therefore, the user can continuously register a new account on the application software according to the user identifier to be inquired, and the user experience is improved.

if so, judging that the account number to be unbound meets a preset unbinding condition;
and the judging unit is used for removing the binding relationship between the account to be unbound and the user identifier to be queried if the condition is met.
The account management device provided by the embodiment acquires the service time of the account to be unbound, and determines whether the service time of the account to be unbound is before the account opening time, so that the account to be unbound can be determined to meet the preset unbinding condition, and if the account to be unbound and the user identifier to be inquired are met, the binding relationship between the account to be unbound and the user identifier to be inquired can be relieved. The account management device provided by this embodiment establishes the operator information call interface with the operator background in advance, so as to implement information interaction with the operator background, and thus, can implement inquiry of account opening time of the user identifier to be inquired, and provide a basis for a subsequent user to register a new account through the user identifier.

a first judging module 55, configured to judge whether the account to be unbiased meets a preset unbinding condition according to the account opening time and the service time of the account to be unbound, where the account to be unbound is an account for which the registration of the user identifier to be queried in the application to be unbound has been completed;
and the first unbinding module 56 is configured to, if the first unbinding is satisfied, release the binding relationship between the account to be unbound and the user identifier to be queried.
The account management device provided by this embodiment verifies the identity of the user before the account opening time corresponding to the user identifier is obtained from the operator background according to the request to be unbiased, and determines whether the user is the user of the terminal or the telecommunication card, so that the safety of the user information can be guaranteed on the basis of realizing unbinding of the account to be unbound and the user identifier.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an account management apparatus according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, where on the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
a to-be-unbind request receiving module 61, configured to receive a to-be-unbound request sent by a user, where the to-be-unbound request includes an identifier of an application to be unbound and an identifier of a user to be queried, which is bound to the identifier of the application to be unbound;
an account opening time query request sending module 62, configured to send an account opening time query request to an operator background according to the request to be unbound, where the account opening time query request includes the user identifier to be queried;
an account opening time receiving module 63, configured to receive the account opening time of the user identifier to be queried, which is fed back by the operator background;
a registered account determining module 64, configured to determine all registered accounts corresponding to the user identifier to be queried;
a second usage time obtaining module 65, configured to obtain, for each registered account, a usage time of the registered account;
a second determining module 66, configured to determine whether the registered account meets a preset unbinding condition according to the usage time of the registered account and the account opening time of the user identifier to be queried;
and the second unbinding module 67 is configured to, if the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be queried is satisfied, unbind the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be queried.
The account management device provided by this embodiment determines all registered accounts corresponding to the identifier to be queried by determining the identifier to be queried, and removes the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be queried when the binding relationship satisfies a preset unbinding condition for each registered account, so that unbinding of multiple registered accounts can be realized at one time, and then a user can register multiple application software according to the current user identifier, thereby improving user experience.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the apparatus further includes:
the system comprises a to-be-unbiased request receiving module, a to-be-unbound application obtaining module and a to-be-inquired user identification, wherein the to-be-unbound request receiving module is used for receiving a to-be-unbound request sent by a user, and the to-be-unbound request comprises an identification of an to-be-unbound application and an identification of the to-be-inquired user bound with the to;
an account opening time query request sending module, configured to send an account opening time query request to an operator background according to the request to be unbound, where the account opening time query request includes the user identifier to be queried;
the account opening time receiving module is used for receiving the account opening time of the user identifier to be inquired fed back by the operator background;
a registered account number determining module, configured to determine all registered account numbers corresponding to the user identifier to be queried;
the second using time acquisition module is used for acquiring the using time of the registered account for each registered account;
the second judgment module is used for judging whether the registered account meets the preset unbinding condition or not according to the use time of the registered account and the account opening time of the user identifier to be inquired;
a prompt message sending module, configured to send a unbinding prompt message to the user, where the unbinding prompt message includes an application identifier of a registered account to be unbound;
and the third unbinding module is used for unbinding the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be inquired if the unbinding instruction of the user is received.
According to the account management device provided by the embodiment, before the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be inquired is released, the unbinding prompt message is sent to the user according to the identifier of the registered account to be unbound, and the unbinding between the registered account and the user identifier to be inquired is realized according to the unbinding instruction of the user, so that the personalized requirements of the user can be met on the basis of realizing the unbinding of a plurality of registered accounts at one time.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an account management device according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the account management device includes: a memory 71, a processor 72;
a memory 71; a memory 71 for storing instructions executable by the processor 72;
wherein the processor 72 is configured to execute the account management method as described above by the processor 72.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and the computer-executable instructions are executed by a processor to implement the account management method as described above.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (14)

1. An account management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a request to be unbiased sent by a user, wherein the request to be unbound comprises an identifier of an application to be unbound and a user identifier to be inquired bound with the identifier of the application to be unbound;
sending an account opening time query request to an operator background according to the request to be unbound, wherein the account opening time query request comprises the user identifier to be queried;
receiving account opening time of the user identification to be inquired fed back by the operator background;
judging whether the account to be unbound meets a preset unbinding condition or not according to the account opening time and the service time of the account to be unbound, wherein the account to be unbound is an account of which the user identifier to be inquired has been registered in the application to be unbound;
and if so, removing the binding relationship between the account to be unbound and the user identifier to be queried.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before determining whether the account number to be unbound meets a preset unbinding condition according to the account opening time and the use time of the account number to be unbound, the method further comprises:
acquiring the service time of the account number to be unbound;
the method for judging whether the account number to be unbound meets the preset unbinding condition or not according to the account opening time and the service time of the account number to be unbound comprises the following steps:
judging whether the use time of the account number to be unbound is before the account opening time;
if so, judging that the account number to be unbound meets a preset unbinding condition.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending an account opening time query request to an operator background according to the request to be unbound comprises:
sending an account opening time query request to an operator background through a preset operator information calling interface;
correspondingly, the receiving the account opening time of the user identifier to be queried, which is fed back by the operator background, includes:
and receiving the account opening time of the user identification to be inquired fed back by the operator background through the operator information calling interface.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the request to unbind sent by the user, the method further comprises:
performing identity authentication on the user, and judging whether the user meets a preset authority requirement;
and if so, sending an account opening time query request to an operator background according to the request to be unbiased.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the account opening time of the to-be-queried user identifier fed back by the operator background, further comprising:
determining all registered accounts corresponding to the user identification to be inquired;
acquiring the service time of the registered account for each registered account;
judging whether the registered account meets a preset unbinding condition or not according to the using time of the registered account and the account opening time of the user identifier to be inquired;
and if so, removing the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be inquired.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein before releasing the binding relationship between the registered account and the to-be-queried user identifier, the method further comprises:
sending a unbinding prompt message to the user, wherein the unbinding prompt message comprises an application identifier of a registered account to be unbound;
and if a unbinding instruction of the user is received, the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be inquired is released.
7. An account management apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a to-be-unbiased request receiving module, a to-be-unbound application obtaining module and a to-be-inquired user identification, wherein the to-be-unbound request receiving module is used for receiving a to-be-unbound request sent by a user, and the to-be-unbound request comprises an identification of an to-be-unbound application and an identification of the to-be-inquired user bound with the to;
an account opening time query request sending module, configured to send an account opening time query request to an operator background according to the request to be unbound, where the account opening time query request includes the user identifier to be queried;
the account opening time receiving module is used for receiving the account opening time of the user identifier to be inquired fed back by the operator background;
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the account to be unbound meets a preset unbinding condition or not according to the account opening time and the service time of the account to be unbound, wherein the account to be unbound is an account of which the user identifier to be inquired has been registered in the application to be unbound;
and the first unbinding module is used for removing the binding relationship between the account number to be unbound and the user identification to be queried if the binding relationship is met.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the first using time obtaining module is used for obtaining the using time of the account number to be unbound;
the first judging module comprises:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the service time of the account to be unbound is before the account opening time;
and the judging unit is used for judging that the account number to be unbound meets a preset unbinding condition if the account number to be unbound meets the preset unbinding condition.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the account opening time query request sending module comprises:
the inquiry unit is used for sending an account opening time inquiry request to the operator background through a preset operator information calling interface;
correspondingly, the account opening time receiving module comprises:
and the receiving unit is used for receiving the account opening time of the user identifier to be inquired fed back by the operator background through the operator information calling interface.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the verification module is used for verifying the identity of the user and judging whether the user meets the preset authority requirement;

the second using time acquisition module is used for acquiring the using time of the registered account for each registered account;
the second judgment module is used for judging whether the registered account meets the preset unbinding condition or not according to the use time of the registered account and the account opening time of the user identifier to be inquired;
and the second unbinding module is used for unbinding the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be inquired if the binding relationship is met.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
a prompt message sending module, configured to send a unbinding prompt message to the user, where the unbinding prompt message includes an application identifier of a registered account to be unbound;
and the third unbinding module is used for unbinding the binding relationship between the registered account and the user identifier to be inquired if the unbinding instruction of the user is received.
13. An account management device, comprising: a memory, a processor;
